Spoon at Paper Plane

What could improve? Timeliness, it took over an hour to get food for a party of 12 with a reservation. Other tables with large parties that arrived after us were served first. Service, the host seating us never said one word. She took more than 15 minutes to bring water to our table. Never said one word to anyone until after the waters were served then it was only to ask what everyone wanted to drink. Took over 10 min to get 5 sodas after that. Runners brought out the food finally....we didn't see our server again until we had to ask Eduardo/Edward for our checks to which he rudely told us they can only do 4 separate checks. Everyone told him we all needed separate checks (no one had mentioned this while taking the reservation nor at any point prior). He rudely walked away. It was 10-15 min later he told our server, as she was walking by our table to serve another table, we wanted separate checks. He told her he wasn't doing it, she could handle us, literally standing by our table. We figured out the 4 checks after they were not willing to budge on it, but she had all of them wrong. Had to take them back and they were all wrong a 2nd time when she brought them back. It took an additional 15-20 min to get checked out once the checks were finally figured out. At no point during our 2+ hours there did we see any employee smile or actually greet anyone. Neither restroom had paper towels.The food is overpriced for the amount of food you receive, but everyone agreed it was pretty good.It seems no one in our party will return to this establishment. We do not recommend this restaurant! Only giving 2 stars because the food was tasty.

I've been here several times (dine in and take out) the food is good just not as consistent as I would like. Service is nice and polite and is a very relaxing atmosphere. Happy hour approved! I haven't tried the brunch menu yet but it looks like they are drawing in a good crowd for it. Maybe I plan something soon for me and my friends to go.

I absolutely love this place, specifically sitting at the bar. The service is top notch from the bar tenders. Very engaging and attentive. The drinks (house made old fashioned especially) are great and the food is greater. Womderful spice to everything, cooked hot and fresh with good vegetable mixes. Came for a late lunch/early dinner. I've driven by the spot many times but only recently learned of the meal options available. The restaurant has a welcoming layout incorporating both outdoor and indoor seating. There is a courtyard space and they have live music on certain days of the week (Thursday & Friday, I think). There's a full bar and signature drinks. The menu features Asian inspired dishes such as fried rice and Thai dishes. I got the pad Thai. It was good. My companion has the lychee martini, which looked tasty. She wanted a mocktail which the bar accommodated. Overall a nice space to grab a nice meal.

Great selection and very convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We went there as it was the only late night grocery in the area. The assortment of items was vast and attention grabbing. Being a medical tourist to the area I highly recommend Mayo patients check it out for all of their grocery needs.

Nice Thai place...really noisy, service was kind of slow. Food is excellent, but probably will consider another place a little quieter with faster service.

Very good Thai food in Hapeville, GA. I have also reviewed the Paper Plane and this seems to be the same place. I came here to eat, however this is also a great gathering place for groups of any size wiht an outdoor patio, social games, etc. A full bar is available with local and signature drinks.My dish was the 3 flavor chicken stir fry. As I implied before fresh made and tasty.I will come again when I am in the area.

Exceptional service every time! This place never miss. From the front door, on the phone, or dining in phenomenal service. Food is superb and very fresh. Spicy cherry margarita is delicious. Great music and ambiance is pleasant. Hands down my favorite place. Thank you
