Breading was perfect! I'm not usually a fan of crinkle cut fries, these were good! It seems like they mixed their own cocktail sauce, which I appreciated as well!

Outstanding service and top-line food! They tend to my request and provide an abundance of food for my guests!

The people are extreme kind always . The shrimpIs amazing . The fried fish to me taste like eggs a bit like maybe the dip in eggs before frying. I also recently tried the gumbo . They let you sample before buying but it was just the roux which wasn't bad . Upon getting home and actually trying the gumbo it was almost like some kind of shredded meat or something I'm not sure but I wasn't feeling the overall flavor or texture of the gumbo. The customer service is a 10 for sure and give their shrimp a try !

The food was amazing, fish and shrimp fried to perfection. The fried mushrooms, cowboy bites and fired okra and red beans really hit right. Will definitely be back.

You might have passed by this place a few times while driving on Atascocita, but once you eat here the red trailer and and yellow sign will stick in your head. My mother took me by this place a few years and raved about how fresh the seafood is and how well they cooked the meals. Skeptical me was like, "Alright, Mom let's make this drive and see what you are talking about". Years later, I come back to Houston and the food is just as good if not better and the gentleman who own the establishment still love what they do. Be forewarned, the food is so good that you want to take a bite as soon as you are handed your food container. Learn from my mistake...Do Not Do It!!! I made an impromptu decision to take a small bite of catfish fillet as soon as I was handed my container and it stuck to the side of my tooth near my gum line and caused a 2nd degree burn. I braved through the pain, but in hindsight, yeah, I should have waited or opened the container to let the food cool down some more. The food is fresh, crispy and fried to a golden perfection and it is worth the wait.

Great food. Service hit or miss. Depending on the weather is the ambiance. Shrimp basket is always good.

We went to the Atascocita location, because the Porter location was closed. That's a whole different story. Anywho! Everything was fresh, also I never experienced their red beans and rice. Boy what a treat the guy that was running the truck, was so gracious that he gave me one complimentary. It was forreal red beans and rice. Seafood was crispy and seasoned southern style. We will be back!

The food is ALWAYS FRESG AND HOT... well seasoned...Service is down home Louisiana....hit the place about three times a month.

They had some of the best fried shrimp I've ever tasted. I normally get grilled. My mom got the smallest fried catfish plate. They were super thin and she said they were good but not the best she's had (we take her to get catfish at least twice a week) lol. The portion sizes were great with a lot of fries. They do have different amounts you can purchase. We got there and was the first in line. By the time we left 3 more people had come. The hush puppies were on the smaller side and a bit dry, but they were good and had corn in them!!! I definitely would like to come by and try this again. Good prices and nice service!!!

These guy's are the best. Excellent food along with great prices! I've been going here for years! Great catfish
