I finally ventured into this establishment after placing my order over the phone. First, let me say DEVIN is such a well mannered and respectable young man. He took my order, along with all requests with the upmost respect and patience.I ordered the Catfish Dinner with Okra and Macaroni/Cheese. Unfortunately, They were out of Macaroni/Cheese. I opted for Potato Salad instead.Once I returned home and began to eat, I noticed how Well the fish tasted. Like, Seasoned to Perfection, to the point where I didn't even put my standard Hot Sauce on it. The Price point was high for 2 pieces of Fish, Potato Salad, and Okra. With a single order of Peach Cobbler $30 and some Change.Other than that, I'd say everything was great.

In the mood for some good catfish, tried to go to another restaurant, which was closed, and I'm glad it was because it made me look up another place which turned out to be delicious! The catfish was seasoned well and fried hard, just the way I like it! The okra and tomatoes are a must try...also very tasty and flavorful!Servicers were on point; very attentive, friendly, and awesome.This cute spot is high up on my regular rotation list. Yum!!

Came here for take outLost one star due to the many items the restaurant did not have. Everything was made fresh.Burger was mediocre honestly. Wished it had more juice Chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectlyPork chop was amazing Mac and cheese was also great Will most likely return to try other things on the menu. Hopefully they will have to e things next time

Ambiance was very nice. Service was slow. Do not go on your lunch break, I was late getting back to work. One plate at a time came out the kitchen and by the time the next plate came the original person at finished their food. Food was okay. Pricing is $$. For four ppl total I paid $70 out the door.

Today was our first visit. Menu had so many offerings but we decided on fried shrimp and grilled pork chops, starting with a cup of gumbo. Mercy! The gumbo was fabulous with lots of protein which is often lacking at other places. The deep dark roux had so much flavor. The entrees came out hot and equally as delicious. Portions are very generous and we ended up bringing enough home for dinner. Oh!.....and the sweet tea was perfect!!!The two ladies working the front of the house were quite busy with to go orders, waiting tables, and answering the phone yet still managed to be personable and efficient. It's a clean, spacious place with food that feeds your soul. I highly recommend!

Evidently, this place has been open since Feb 2022. I wish we would have known about it b4. You can smell the seasoning in the parking got before you walk in. Already a good sign!! Menu has great variety. Service is nice and friendly. Food tastes fresh and has good flavor. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some 'down home' meals with wonderful customer service. Nice esthetic, playing old school jazz from 50's or so. We will be back for sure to check out the brunch!

Waitstaff was wonderful. Wasn't sure what to expect going in but everything was amazing. I always judge a place by getting shrimp and grits, if they have it on the menu. I would say this is the best version of that dish I had ever had. They nailed it. Plenty of food. I had to bring some home and it was just as good the next day, if not better as the flavors set in. We went with some friends that frequent the establishment every week or two and they did not disappoint. I do not understand the 1 or 2 stars. Those people might need to stick to something simple like a plain burger or hot dog because this place will surely tease your palate. Nicely done inside with the lighting. Weird it used to be a 5 Guys and they did great work changing it!

Not what we were expecting tonight. It's decent but not an establishment where we will dine in anymore. 1. The service is slow. Don't know if they're understaffed or what but it took a long time for a waiter to come to the table. 2. The atmosphere is ok. It's not fancy, very comfortable. You can probably come as you are. They have a wine display of basic wines with blue LED lights it, so you can kind of gather what I'm saying. It almost gives off Chinese or Italian restaurant vibes. 3. The food. We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes for starters then Catfish Opelousas and the Combo platter with the catfish, fried shrimp, fried chicken wings, red beans and rice and onion rings. The fried green tomatoes were garbage. The Catfish Opelousas we gave a 5 out of 10 because they didn't have any dirty rice to go with it and the crawfish cream sauce wasn't all that. It was too tangy for some reason. On the Combo Platter the chicken wings had no flavor, but the fish and shrimp on both dishes had good flavor. The red beans and rice were tasty and the onion rings were seasoned well. Overall if we did order again, it would be for fried fish and shrimp with maybe some red beans and rice. The lady who seems like she's the owner was very nice and friendly.

Everything about this place was amazing. The food was so good and there is a nice variety of options. The staff were so genuine and friendly and provided updates about our food. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Food Was ok taste like heat and eat basically.Spirit wasn't really giving spriteService was great I mean she was on it.Music sounded great nice jazzy vibeClean and neat but the hall to the restroom was awfully dark
