Love this spot in old Katy!! The ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating with a southern home feel. And the food tastes like my grandmas! The Monday special is chicken and dumplings! So so good!!! I'll be back for them as soon as possible! The service is excellent. There was an issue with the water spigot on the soda machine and they immediately brought us water bottles. A manager came to our table to make sure all was good.

Real cute, real delish little spot in Old Katy. They've done a great job of restoring an old building and celebrating all kinds of vintage bakery/deli decor while still making it look new and fresh. A few things I think you need to know:1) Get the buttermilk pie. Don't ask questions. Just do it. 2) Their soups are du jour. In English, they rotate. If you want chicken noodle soup (and you really do, according to my MIL), check their menu before you head this way or before you try an online order. We ordered online a couple weeks ago and the menu said they had chicken noodle that day but it was tomato bisque (which I'm told was "fine", but not amazing). 3) The people here are SO kind. Word is getting out about this place so it gets a little busy. Even in the middle of the craziness, everyone behind the counter is attentive and sweet.I'm a bit of a fry snob and these fries do not disappoint, nor does their ranch dressing. Really great lunch spot, go check it out!

Free street parking in front in this quaint, cozy Katy old town when you walk in, you are immediately enveloped in the charming atmosphere. Stand in line, order and pay for your food and they will give you a table number where they will bring out your order. If you have ordered hot coffee, iced tea, or sodas, there is a Self-serve station adjacent to the cashier. The food options are limited to sandwiches and warmed quiche and I ordered a slice of coconut cream pie to go and shared it with my mom, and we absolutely loved it from the homemade crust to the fluffy not overly sweet, coconut filling to the meringue. It was absolutely delicious and at less than six dollars a slice. I thought it was a great deal. I will definitely return!

It was thinly sliced pastrami with aus jois from a box.-The Spicy BLT left a lot to be desired.

I had the club sandwich and it was really good. A nice size sandwich for the price. I would definitely go back!

It's located in old Katy on somewhat of a cute Main Street with red brick lining the streets. The interior has a modern, homey, country feel to it. Clean and neat.The chicken sandwich was good ! Good flavor, good bun, and the chicken was juicy. Nice spot. They even gave us a free sandwich bc they realized they gave us the wrong order. We didn't even realize it was incorrect ! Really honest establishment.

A great cafe on the square in Katy. A great sandwich collection, outstanding cobb salad and homemade pies galore. Dinner specials throughout the week. Pies can be ordered for events and the holidays. Friendly staff, always clean, seating inside and out on the patio or plaza.

Nice ambience and cute part of town, but the sandwiches we got were so overdone. There was a pretzel bun sandwich that was just so soggy from the grease and my turkey club was so obnoxiously filled with meat that it broke apart as I ate. Picked this place for its "corner deli" feel, but was a bit disappointed.Staff was so sweet and nice... just wish the food had been better.

Food is 10/10. We enjoyed everything that we had! Chicken fried steak, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, Cesar salad and tomato basil soup were all delicious! We were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and yummy everything was. Will definitely be back! Also wasn't expecting there to be so much seating, that was nice!
