We yelped the restaurant and noticed reviews and ratings all over the place. We decided to give it a try. We ordered a cup of beans and sausage soap. Came put luke warm. My waitress was nowhere to be seen. I finally asked another waiter if he would please warm it up. I was very disappointed in the service. I alao ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. That was delicious, but my mashed potatoes and my cream of spinach were not warm at all. Our waitress only came back once to ask if we needed something. I had to find her to ask her for our check. I gave it 4 stars, because the food even though cold was very tasty.

Everyone I know in SSH area raves about this spot so I had to try it out. Needless to say, it lived up to the reputation. We had the salads and oh my gosh they were soooo tasty! Nice, complex flavors and what a bargain. Lunch menu is very affordable, around $10 a plate. This is my new fav lunch spot in SSH.

Came here for my birthday since the line was out the door for another restaurant we were trying to get into. The host was able to seat us fairly quickly though despite being a busy Friday night.Since it was my birthday, I got a complimentary bread pudding dessert. I'm not normally a fan of bread budding, but we'll get to that later on in the review.I ordered the BBQ pork ribs because that is my #1 ultimate favorite food. Put a slab of that baby on my plate and I can eat that for the rest of my life, until the day I die. The ribs were fairly good. They were fall of the bone which I thoroughly enjoyed. And the sauce was perfect in the sense where it wasn't too much, but also not too little. I obviously had to get carbs upon carbs as my side dishes, so I got the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They weren't anything spectacular, but they were good for what it was. Now the bread pudding... I mentioned to the waitress that I don't really like bread pudding and so I asked if we could substitute it for the cheesecake. She insisted that it was really good and if I ended up not liking it, then I could get the complimentary cheese cake instead. Well, she was right. I tried it and I was in pure sugary bliss. This bread pudding basically changed my whole idea of the possible bread pudding variations out there and now I am a huge fan! It was so deliciously sweet. A match made in heaven for sweet tooths everywhere!Overall, my experience here was pleasant and enjoyable. The food was better than what I had expected and I will definitely be coming back - for that bread pudding.

First visit, and I was impressed. The food was great, the service was great, and the time waiting was as expected. The lighting and areas to sit were nice. Love that they have outdoor seating. The bar area looked quite cool. Definitely will be back. Sorry, no pics. We were hungry...lol

Been here twice. Had the crab cakes the first time. The entree was too much food so I should have gotten the appetizer. But it was pretty good. Ordered the chicken melt the second time. It was delicious, but again a lot of food.
