Really good food here, and as someone who doesn't eat just vegan food, I would say that this is on par with non-vegan options.Everything we ordered was so crispy and well seasoned, but just enough so that you could alter the taste to your own preference with sauce. I especially liked the krab kake, really hit the spot. Give this place a try if see it!

I could not believe this was vegan. I sampled the Carolina BBQ, chicken wrap, onion ring and Mac and cheese and could not find a favorite. All was mouth watering. It is owned by a husband and wife team who were both very delightful. You can't miss the colorful bus where all this delicious food is made. Stop by and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I discovered this food truck at an event in knightdale. I was very pleased with the po boy! You don't have to be vegan to enjoy the delicious food on this food truck. My friend who is a meat eater enjoyed the po boy as well. The mushrooms were fried and seasoned perfectly-not just salt either. The shrooms were not too oily either fried perfect! The bread was able to hold the many mushrooms in the sandwich. It was a big mouth sandwich- a sandwich where you have to open your mouth wide to eat. If you ever see this food truck please go and try it. You will not be disappointed. The only down side is that food was priced on the higher side of things but I didn't mind it. The owner is pleasant as well.

Absolutely delicious! You can tell they put their love and soul into what they make! I had the Mac n cheese and BBQ sandwich and I'm they were both fantastic!

they were at Charlotte VegFest. I got the mushroom Po' boy. It was tasteless and the deep fried mushrooms were stale and the tomato and lettuce were soggy.At least the fries were edible!

This food truck was AMAZING. The Po Boy Mushroom Sandwich was delicious, not sure how anyone would call it tasteless. I've had it several times and it was wonderful. Wish I could give 10 stars and the family that runs this truck are the sweetest people. Great food, great experience.
