Son Nam Restaurant

The Vietnamese restaurant is within a mall and has ample parking. We have visited it an year ago and has been refreshingly cleaned up (they were using the corners as storage space last year). The waitress was polite and seated us promptly. We ordered traditional Pho and were delighted at the quality, freshness and quantity of Pho served. There's a fish tank with beautiful fish swimming on one side and the music is light to keep a relaxing ambiance. Will be going back !!

Single Family Order and the waiter wrote nothing down so of course items were wrong and missing. All food was brought out at different times and my child's Chicken Nuggets meal was assuming forgot because I had to ask 2 times for it until it came out almost 10mins after our own food did. The food itself was way too salty and tasted old, rice was soggy. Safe to say we won't be returning anytime soon. This place used to be so good and now it's just disappointing.

Combination pho w/ spring shrimp/pork I was pretty exited about visiting this restaurant, I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I wouldn't bring this food home to my dog. I'm shocked w their food quality and just the general ora of the establishment. I can think of a million better places to have delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

This place used to have better customer service. Never fails when I want to call in a pick up order the phone sounds disconnected or get hung up on or never answer.

This place used to be decent, but now it's not even okay. The Vietnamese egg rolls are small, only come 2 per order and not quite sure what's even in them because it looked like literal mush. The vermicelli bowls were equally disappointing. The noodles were all broken & completely overcooked. The grilled pork was anything but grilled. Seemed more like baked - rubbery, mostly gristle & lacked flavor. Too many other Vietnamese options in the area way better quality & with better prices!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE FOOD. hated my experience today, my pho came out first and sandwiches took 15 minutes to come out. My husband ate my pho with me while waiting. Server was rude and apparently unaware that 75% of the fountain drinks were out. Then said "oh yes they are out" sorry. Ridiculous. And sucks that I love this place. She checked on us one time, while checking on her other table multiple times. As always food 10/10

Food is awesome. Love their spring rolls and chicken Bahn mi. Definitely recommend. Lunch and dinner

The food wasn't worth the price. The panda restaurant is better and that should tell you something. Save your money.

I wouldn't say I'd return here again. Was just okay. I've had better. Restaurant could of used some cleaning. 6 out of 10.

I used to love coming here until recently. The service has gotten so bad that I will not be returning. Plus it smells like sewage in the place which affected my appetite. My wonton was delicious though. I'll miss it but service is always the reason for a successful business and experience for the customers. I had to check myself out after waiting for over 30 minutes for some water, my check, and not being able to add more to my order. When I went to the front, the hostess didn't even notice me because she was on her phone. The waiter didn't even bother to apologize or say anything. They were all in the kitchen talking and it was not a busy night during the week.
