Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

Chicken is bland and overcooked. Bbq is dry and has no spice to it. Shrimp plates are so small.

It was absolutely mold I know what it looks like and smells like. When I went up to the front and spoke to the manager, Michelle, about it nicely, just informing her of it, she rolled her eyes at me and started talking amongst her other people, in what seemed to be gossiping about it, giving me looks, and saying I'm not special. It was beyond disrespectful. This place is a health hazard, please beware. This isn't the first time.

Has got to absolutely basically the best barbecue. There's not one close to me so this one right here is usually my go to stop. They're always quick and friendly and when we go inside, the restaurant is always clean. I will always return over and over.

We recently visited this location while we were home visiting family for the holidays (I currently live in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area but am originally from Fayetteville, NC). It's hard to find good Eastern NC style BBQ in GA and so I decided to fill my craving by coming here.Everything was excellent. The service was even above and beyond in my opinion - our food was brought out to us, but I was expecting them to just call my name to come up to the counter to pick it up.I almost never see this level of service and friendliness anywhere anymore so was very impressed. It's also not far from my mom's place so I'm sure we'll be back whenever we come home to visit.

Service is good but food was not-especially for the $$ - both of us ordered the bbq sandwich combo- dine in- bread was completely stuck on the wrapper on both sandwiches-so they brought us two new top bun pieces lol - $20 tho- definitely a no

We always stop here first before we get to our families house. Great Bbq,slaw, hush puppies and service. Never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend.

Great food and very clean.The lady who took our order was extremely sweet and helped me decide on what I wanted.

Let me be the first to say that no other BBQ store makes a BBQ sandwich like this one! Great food and southern hospitality at its finest!

Love SCNB but not so much today...$15 for a shrimp plate with 1/2 cup of shrimp...CRAZY...come on SCNB step it back up please!

Such a fantastic place.... there is a fabricated review below this from some child named hope. So sad when people leave or get dismissed from a company they try to post negative stuff about them. Thankful there are laws in place for such childish nonsense. Great food great people glad to see they are weeding out their problem people that lie. The BBQ Chicken is the best
