I love this location. The owner's mom is always so personable. The cake jars are a game changer and I have yet to find another location that sells them. The store is always nice and neat and they have mini cupcakes available for purchase and you don't have to preorder. My favorite is the wedding cake!

I pre-ordered a dozen cupcakes on the Smallcakes Website and prepaid. I put a note seeing if they had one gluten-free serving for one guest available, and they sent me a text back within minutes of my online ordering indicating that, yes, they did have a gluten-free vanilla cupcake that they could substitute for one of the cupcakes I had pre-ordered. I really appreciate their customer service and prompt feedback! And of course, their products are scrumptious and irresistible!

I stop by here every time I'm in the area, and my friends always request these cupcakes when they visit from out of town, and it's easy to see why! Location and Parking Small cakes is located at the intersection of Briarcliff and North Druid Hills. It's in a shopping center with Newk's and a T-Mobile store. Parking is free. Venue and Atmosphere The interior is friendly with pink walls and a list of "permanent" flavors on your left. On the right side wall is the daily menu, which has rotating flavors. Luckily today they had decadent vanilla which is one of my favorites. Food and Beverages I typically get red velvet, decadent vanilla, cookies and creme, and birthday cake. The cupcakes are always perfectly moist, and the icing isn't too heavy. I actually don't like icing (from any brand) so I scrape most of it off anyway. If you like coffee then FYI: they advertise that they have coffee but it really just comes from a Keurig machine. Service The woman working there was friendly and answered my questions about the flavors with ease. Verdict I'll certainly be back!

My daughter saw this place randomly and she wanted some cupcakes. They don't have all items on the menu as more are provided on the counter for display. The box that they place the cupcakes in are so cute.

Came here after dinner to grab a cupcake to share. We got the cookies and cream cupcake to go and they packed it securely in a box. The two ladies working there were very friendly and helpful and sweet towards my toddler. Cupcakes were a little pricey but it was super tasty and moist! Definitely the perfect size to share! Will be back again to try their other flavors. They also have a different flavor every day and they all sounded delicious! Inside was nice and clean but no seating inside.

Nice frosting to cake ratio! I personally don't like too much frosting so these are great for me(still didn't eat all the frosting if you're worried) cake is moist and frosting not too sugary but I do t like that some of the frosting is colored. Flavoring and zest would be better. $40 for a dozen isn't awful I suppose
