The meal and atmosphere was great. The owner gave us a tour of the downstairs. The server was very attentive and ensured we had a very pleasant dining experience.

My friend and I decided to visit Slush restaurant on a Friday night for some late-night food. Despite having a reservation, our experience left much to be desired.Upon arrival, we were initially directed to a bar with a less-than-ideal view and atmosphere. It wasn't until I requested a different seating arrangement that we were accommodated elsewhere. However, our troubles were far from over.Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, it took the bartender an excessive amount of time to take our orders, as she seemed preoccupied with other patrons. Once we finally placed our orders, the wait continued. It took an additional 20 minutes just to receive our slush drinks, and when it came time to order food, we were met with further delays.I opted for the Spanish Potatoes and Wings, specifically asking if the wings were fried and crispy. Despite the bartender's assurance, the wings I received tasted baked, not at all as described. The Spanish Potatoes were disappointing as well, lacking seasoning and resembling plain breakfast potatoes rather than the flavorful tapas-style dish I anticipated. Additionally, the promised aioli sauce was nowhere to be found, and the bartender seemed unaware of its absence. When I raised these issues, the cook, whom I mistook for a manager, approached me from behind. Her response was dismissive and unhelpful, with excuses about not knowing the menu and deflecting responsibility. This lack of accountability was frustrating, especially considering the subpar quality of the food. All she really had to say was that I am the 1st to complain and took all my food away. At this time the manager came to ask what was going on, apologized and said the cook shouldn't have approached me the way she did. I still paid, but know that I won't be back based on this.Overall, my experience at Slush was disappointing and marred by poor service, unfulfilled promises, and lackluster food quality. I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on my experience.

I went here during Atlanta's Mardi Gras celebrations and loved it! It was my first time visiting Slush and was quite pleased. Upon entry, I was instantly impressed by the chill vibes yet exciting energy. The place was nicely decorated and clean. My friend and I sat at the bar mainly to get one of the slushies when we noticed the food being brought out. The food looked so good we had to order some of their egg rolls. Which was delicious! And slushies were nice as well!Great place to stop by if you want to spend some time out!

Well of course I had to come through for the Founders Day Celebration on J15!! My Soror's and I really enjoyed ourselves. This place is so cute! We def left with our tastebuds fulfilled. I had 2 orders of the jerk chicken egg rolls (they were so good!!) and the margarita slush. The service was a little slow due to it being Founders' day but it was not unbearable. Also, parking is not the best so I do recommend car pooling or doing ride share. Happy Slushing!!

Last Thursday my friends and I were looking for a place to have drinks, light bites, and conversation. We stumbled upon SLUSH and boy are we happy we did. It's a gem of a restaurant located in the heart of Edgewood. It was a light night so we were able to take in the full experience of the restaurant. We started with the drinks and I must say I am not a fan of slushy drinks infused with alcohol because often times the blend isn't even. But not here, their slushy drinks have the perfect blend of alcohol and flavor. I love that they have a variety of slushy's to choose from. I ordered a mix of the ATL Hoe & Black Magic and it was perfect from start to finish. As for the food, I ordered the Seafood Eggrolls and they were surprisingly delicious and filling. Some places like to skimp on the amount of meat they fill their egg roll with but not SLUSH. You could taste the lump crab and shrimp in every bite. They were flavorful and seasoned well. The customer service is A1! We got the chance to meet the owners, Daphne & Walter, and they truly gave us the All Star treatment. They showed us around the space and I was really impressed with how vast the space is. They have a basement that is equipped with plenty of seating and another full bar, which is great for private events. I will definitely be using that space for my Birthday! I'd also like to give our Bartender, Toni and our Server, Poni a BIG SHOUT OUT! They were friendly and recommended great drink and food options. They were very attentive and made our experience enjoyable. We WILL be back!!!

We came here on a brunch roll with my homegirls, so we had a limited amount of time to spend here. Their alcoholic slushies are what they're known for. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us samples of the different flavors, and let us know that we could mix flavors. The slushies are good, but a bit overpriced in my opinion ($18). For my meal, I had fried lobster tail, and french toast. The lobster tail was fried, and I've never had it served that way. It was VERY good. I feel like I'm only going to have it that way from now on. The French toast was peach cobbler, with peaches and a small amount of sauce. I would've preferred a bit more sauce, but that's just a personal preference. Overall, a great experience!

We visited Slush on Sat, Sept 17th and sat at the bar. The drinks could've been stronger for the price. 3 drinks (2 slushes and 1 long island) totaled $78 after sales tax and auto added 20 % gratuity. Nice crowd, good music, but subpar customer service at bar. The host was amazing though.

Decided to come to Slush for a Sunday Funday. We snowed up at around 3pm and the vibes were amazing! Whoever was the DJ that day definitely did it's thing. It is a very loud environment so don't think you're showing up to have an intimate conversation. This is the place to laugh, drink, and eat. Everyone around was so lively and energetic that it made the experience worthwhile.I ordered the shrimp and grits and was very impressed! Most of the time, lounges don't really hit the mark with food but the shrimp and grits was great. There was an ample amount of shrimp and the portion size was hefty. I ate about half before I tapped out. If we weren't planning on going to another location after I definitely would've taken a to go box. The menu was also very seafood friendly which I loved cause I'm a newfound pescatarian but if you're someone who doesn't eat seafood I'd recommend eating at home unless you're a fan of chicken and waffles.I ordered a mixture of Social Butterfly and Democratic Party after trying both (love that about Slush! You can try the flavors before ordering!) and it was 10/10! For both mixed I believe it was about $20 which for the size and the alcohol content I definitely think was feasible. I drank one and definitely feeling it, but that's on me for mixing tequila and rum Shrimp & Grits $16Slush Democratic Party & Social Butterfly $20-22TOTAL $45Overall, I will definitely be coming back! Looking forward to trying the lobster and waffles!

I visited Slush Atlanta for a mixer event for Black Wall Street. This was my first time visiting this location since new ownership, so it was interesting seeing what they did to make things look different. Slush is located on Edgewood right across from Hendrixx Ultra Lounge. The Parking: Awful. It's downtown Atlanta, so everything is typically off of the street. I believe there is a lot, but when we arrived, it was full. The Atmosphere: It was a cool vibe. I love how the renovation looks. Definitely more of a today look. There's a large room on the regular level and a bar on the bottom floor. The music was okay. It was a little all over the place. The Service: It was cool. The staff we encountered were nice. The Food: We ordered Slush Wings & fries...AMAZING! The flavor of the wings was beyond this world. The fries were also really good!Hookah: If you want to smoke hookah while you're here, expect to spend a MINIMUM of $50. This is ridiculous! Too high for me, so I didn't partake.Overall, my experience was okay, but I doubt I'll be back.

Slush is a fairly new daiquiri bar located off Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta. It's accessible by taking the light rail, and parking will be about $20-25. There is free street parking but you'll be circling the block for quite sometime and walking at least 4-5 blocks.Reservations are required and each tables is allotted 1.5hr to dine. I think the time goes up if you have 4 or more guests. There is a dress code but to me it's a nuisance because some patrons fit the code but look a mess. A comment was made to me to button one more button on my shirt, so you see the point I'm making... my chest is nice and I had a nice piece of jewelry on....There is a large variety of slushees and I had the Democratic Party and ATL Hoe. I enjoyed the Democratic Party more than ATL Hoe as I prefer pineapple over peaches. Service is average so nothing remarkable and certainly not bad....I think the restaurant may be best for late night eats or evening turn ups. The shining star of the restaurant is the furniture with accents of gold and marble! Very unique for the city as most places don't look like this. The food tbh, is over priced and marginal at best. Typical menu of shrimp and grits, wings and Mac n cheese with lamb chops being one of the glam items...I will say the lamb chops are a generous serving and are thicker cut from what I've had other places. In general though, the menu is Nothing different and that's what's frustrating about many of the restaurants that play the music I like but offer carbon copy menus... The seafood Mac tasted like they used crawfish instead of lobster and had a funky after taste. Will I be back, possibly. I'm sure for a late night gathering or something like that but I don't frequent Edgewood too much and for what you pay for 2 drinks and a couple bites it's over priced for average tasting food. My friend and I spent roughly $200 for the 2 of us in total not counting the parking.
