Skilled Cheese

I ordered this via Uber eats tonight and was honestly a little scared bc of the lack of yelp reviews - but guys, I am blown away! I got the grilled cheese with the patty and added mushrooms, and also got the tomato bisque on the side. It was soooo delish! I think next time I'll prolly just get the regular grilled cheese, because for me, personally, it was a little too heavy. However, the bread was so flavorful, cheese was really good and the tomato bisque was divine! I also got the black truffle tots... they were okay but not really needed with what I had already ordered.

Havent had a better grilled cheese sandwich... anywhere. Loved the vibes as well. They have heaters under the awning, so youll be ok with the slight chill in the afternoon. Ordering was super easy. When you enter your number, they'll text you when everything is ready. We tried the Filet Me-On, Cinco, and the balboa. If youre looking for a tender chew with a gourmet fill, get the Filet me on. If you want a spicy italian-esque sandwich filled with cheese and fresh herbs, grab the Balboa. If just an extra cheesy sandwich on toasted butter bread is your ask, the Cinco is what you need. We eat at a nee restaurant weekly. We will definitely be back here!!!

I am so disappointed and I don't want to be. We ordered a variety but didn't get to try everything. Our Mac and cheese never made it to the bag and they were closed before we got to the car. My filet mignon was amazing if there was more filet. They we're "out" of tomato bisque (the only reason I came) and out of the cheese that made the tater tots (they did state that part before we ordered) but we took the risk and bombed miserably. The customer service was fun and I wish them the best.

Came on a Thursday for lunch, they supposedly open at 12pm - 8pm. But when I got there the gate was locked, so disappointing

Found this restaurant through an internet ad. Didn't know it was a food truck but I stayed to try it. Based on the pictures I thought the skilled cheese sizes were bigger but it was still enough. I had the Skilly Cheese...the bell peppers were sweet (yes yes yes). Very flavorful. I typically don't like loaded tots but theirs was good. Plenty of meat and cheese. The entire meal was kind of pricey but I'd go back.

We were looking for something new and interesting. We were not disappointed!!! We will be bringing our friends back!

Wow... all cheese lovers come through! I had the Balboa and it was delicious. I also grabbed the truffle tots... very yummy! I love the environment... very chill and family friendly. I'll definitely be back.

These grilled cheeses are worth the $$!! We stopped here after we dropped our son off at Georgia Tech. The little sitting area was very comfy and the service was very good. Besides a slight technical problem with grub hub everything else was great!!! Try this place! My husband got the Buffalo chicken grilled cheese by far the best. I got the 5 cheese and I added bacon and onion. The only thing is I wish I asked for bbq dipping sauce it would've topped it off so well!!!! Eat here!!!

I was able to try while visiting Triton yards! I got the "yardie" grilled cheese which has jerk salmon & a mango habanero sauce that paired nicely! The only reason for 3 stars is because of the price, for $20+ there's no reason the sandwiches shouldnt come with a side OR drink or something! Other than that I would probably be a regular!

I'm very disappointed with my experience. We went lastNight and ordered take out. We purchased two lemonades. They ran out of straws so we didn't look to open up our cups until we got home. We got home and our two "lemonades" were a brownish color liquid. Which is not the color of lemonade at all. It tasted more like tea than lemonade which is was not what we ordered. Then we get our grill cheese, neither of them are cut in half for us. The skilla-dilla had thick chunks of chicken that were not cut up in pieces. It literally was if someone just cut a chicken breast in half and put it on the grilled cheese. We also were charged for tomato bisque which we found out later that they didn't have any left after we ordered and were already waiting for our food. We were offered a refund for it but was never shown a receipt for the refund. I even asked the service up front when picking up our food and was ignored. I won't be going back because I felt as if my order looked nothing like how they promo on their social media platforms. If you purchase please check everything before leaving!
