Sichuan Pepper Express

Me and my dad come here almost all the time and this is the best place ever and it is way better then Panda Express

They make it hard to be healthy right next to Salata lol this is my first time here but I am sure it's the same across the board. The original one I went to was on Eastex freeway and the service was great there, and the food delicious. By the ambiance of this place I can tell it's gonna be a great experience as well. I am anticipating what this will be like.

3.5 starsNot bad for the price. $9.45 for 1 side + 2 entree (this means 1 carb + 2 proteins)BF got thick chow mein noodles + pepper steak & general tso's chicken. I got fried rice + orange chicken & Mongolian beef.We preferred the orange chicken and pepper steak. Mongolian beef was mixed with too many onions, so I feel it wasn't worth it. Pepper steak was surprisingly tender and tasty. General tso's chicken had a lot of batter that was too soggy. Orange chicken had more chicken. BF really liked the thick chow mein noodles. Both the noodles and rice were good to me. Noodles were a bit greasier than the fried rice.It was a generous portion, especially for the price, but we killed our food since we were both starving. You could make it into 2 meals if you're not that hungry.We might return if we're craving Chinese food. There was actually a consistent flow of customers coming into the restaurant (mainly Caucasian tbh).

Regular Chinese food similar setup to what you'd see in a mall or Panda Express (except food tastes way better)Pretty cheap prices and they give you A LOT of food!! I opted for the 3 option combo (3 meats + rice or noodles) which was around $11.The only con about this place is none of the food is labeled. I inquired about a few of the meats and the guy working there never gave me a clear answer on what the dish/meat entree was. I only got responses like "this is white meat and this is dark meat " and "the sauces are different " So I was kinda guessing what I was choosing just by the look of the food.Other than that the establishment is real nice and clean. Food is good and pricing is more than reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Staff is great!

Picked up food to go, it was my first time trying this place and I was a bit hesitant to order from here because it reminds me of the fast food Panda Express but my friend said it was good so I tried it. There is plenty of parking because it is located in a commercial building plaza. I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived. They have tons of sauces and wonton cookies too. The portions are really generous and it is inexpensive. The food itself isn't 5 star worthy. It it is very good for it being fast food. If you live near by or are just in the area and want some inexpensive Chinese food, this is the place to go.

The service was quick and friendly. It smelled really good and the food looks fresh. The restaurant is clean and the employees are actually smiling. Can't wait to try my food. Will update review once done.

The food is decent but it's Incredibly annoying that their Apple Pay/phone pay doesn't work!!! That's why I'm giving 2 stars. Get a new working machine so customers have options w payment if they don't have cards/money on hand. You will gain more business w that and it will be worth it ‍
