Seasoned Swine

Thank you fellow Yelpers for rating this great find. We drove up and it had a dive bar kind of look. A few motorcycles outside. My friend says: I've got a good vibe about this place. You walk up the stairs and you're greeted by the menu of amazing meats. You order at the counter and they bring to food to your table. I got 4 rib bones, cheddar jalapeño link, and chile Mac and cheese. DELICIOUS. The ribs were super tender. They have 2 sauces at the table you can add to your meat. The link was good but the Mac and cheese.... Good Lord. What a combination. I tried someone's baked beans and I will totally get those next time. My friend's brisket was fork tender. The staff was so great about giving suggestions and explain items. The owner came by to check on us. He asked if there was anything else he could get us. I said: a bigger stomach. We don't live in this area, but we're going to try to be back. Awesome BBQ!

Food: 4.5 stars- do NOT order the slaw it is bagged slaw with a little bit of vinegar poured over it. I payed $5.49 for this and let's just say I was UPSET at the cost. I can buy 2 bags of slaw mix for that price myself. Burnt Ends- were amazing in flavor, tenderness and juicy. I just used the house BBQ and was pleased with flavor. Baked cherry beans were good (a little thick on the sauce for me)Sweet potato roll was very tasty! Service: 3 stars the guy behind the counter taking orders and giving direction was easily flustered. Ambiance: a little bar top with 4 stools and 2 tables with 2 chairs. It would probably be best to place an order to go.

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a burnt end sandwich to be picked up. I got home and got pork sandwich and a brisket sandwich. I called and was told that brisket and burnt ends are the same thing. Not true. The buns were also stale, so I told them that. They offered nothing. I don't suggest eating here.

Food 5 stars, service 5 stars. Just realize it's not really a sit down kinda restaurant, it's really meant for take out. I love the Mac & cheese and the ribs!!

Burnt ends were amazing. Beautiful smoke ring on the brisket; would love more bark. Sausages made locally, and it shows. Friendly, knowledgeable staff Excellent new BBQ, we will return!

Some of the best bbq I've had in colorado! This is their 2nd location (first was in golden) and the flavors are top tier. Lots of options for different types of meat and sides. This location is pretty small but still plenty of room to enjoy your meal.

Forgive me, for I have sinned. I have become a gluten for this seasoned swine hahaha Today I tried the wings and the prime brisket! I had the blueberry habanero wings which were absolutely delicious! I expected them to be super hot but they have a very balanced flavor between the spicy and blueberry. Neither is overbearing for a perfect blend! The other flavor I received was the house sweet bbq which is perfect how it is! A great bbq flavor with a hint of sweetness! I also tried the prime brisket which a guy in front of me has gotten (with extra juice!) and it was just as good as he promised! The pictures of prime brisket were from after I put them in the fridge so don't be deceived! One last thing - if you are hankering for something specific, call ahead and make sure they aren't sold out! Or if you don't want to wait in line for long! Also, the location has parking in the back!

I have eaten this BBQ three times since they opened. Absolutely great food. I love the burnt ends and the green chili Mac. The sauce is also dynamite. The staff are cool folks. I will try and visit more frequently as this is such a treat to have in the neighborhood. Try it out but save some for me as this is a traditional "open til sold out" joint.

Great, authentic barbecue, and their dry-rub wings will have you arm-wrestling over them!

Just visited this restaurant for dinner and I needed to make sure I took photos before I bodied this. We were greeted by the sweetest person and I have to say the menu is alot to take in because everything sounds (and is) good. As you can see in the photos you do get quite big portions we even had a hard time finishing this. My husband did lick that bowl of pudding clean so I will guess that was his favorite dish. The restaurant itself has plenty of street parking (free) and is very clean. Please make sure to try their house sauce it just complements the meats so well.
