Sean's Shack

Sean's is our go to place. Always awesome, fair priced, great service and wonderful variety of food. Lots of items to choose from and also awesome variety of shacks! Never disappointed! All the sauces are house made and burgers cooked fresh to order.

Please check your prices. What it list on the board at the drive thru and the price they charge are not the same. The sales person was Chris, who stated the manager, John, is aware of this. I didn't buy anything. I was turned off by the incorrect prices.

Beautiful diner, the lady at the front was very patient with me while I looked over the menu, food is delicious. Also came out pretty fast and a good bang for your buck!!!

DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE THROW YOU OFF!! I have passed this place 1000 times and never stopped but I should have! It has a drive thru and inside seating! We sat down and we were greeted by a server! Our food came out quick and was fresh as stated on the menu! Fresh ingredients and freshly made! We had burgers fries tots chicken tenders and tried the hotdog(they do have a beef option just ask) ! All of the above was great and we feed two adults and a growing toddler for $30!

We were exhausted from being in town from a softball tournament and just wanted to hang at our Airbnb for the evening. We didn't want to break the bank but were starving and decided to look for some quick delivery food. We stumbled across Sean's Shack and quickly decided that we would give it a shot. I had the sourdough burger and my guy had the california skillet. We got our food super quick and it was delicious. It's totally one of those places we will order from again when we are in town and want something that it delicious and priced well. You could tell the burger was good quality, the bread was delicious and held up well to the sauce and toppings. The frisco sauce was on point. I had the Cajun fries and they had a good crisp and tasted great. Not overly seasoned. I didn't try the California skillet, but my guy said it was delicious as well, (and he is a breakfast connoisseur .) Contemplating stopping by in the morning for breakfast on our way out of town.

The menu is pretty much sandwiches and burgers but they also have a limited all day breakfast menu. Ordering was smooth with an attentive server who checked back often. The Nashville Chicken sandwich can be ordered grilled and came in a basic bun with pickles and hot sauce (nothing fancy) and the same with the Cajun fries which were just basic fries with a shake of Cajun seasoning on them. Overall, for a burger joint, they are a good choice and would certainly recommend them.

Just not for us too much was going on for 1 place... the bathrooms I would not recommend and be careful with spicy foods here you will need the restroom.

Sean's Shack was my dining choice after a rock cracked my windshield on my way to Note in the Pocket. I had never been there before but remember hearing rave reviews and I was looking for good food.You have a choice of drive thru; dine in or ordering to go at the counter. I opted for to go as I wanted to get started on my insurance claim. But next time I will want to dine in as I liked the decor and vibe.I was immediately welcomed when I entered and asked if I wanted dine in or to go. They are locally owned so that is a plus. The menu has a variety of items. There is breakfast foods until 2pm or they have burgers; hot dogs; chicken and salads.The burgers start at $3.50 and you can make it a combo. I got a double; fries and upgraded to a milkshake and my total was much less than a fast food place. The food is so so much better than fast food. There is no comparison. When my order was ready, it was brought out to me and not just handed over the counter and got a suggestion where I could get my windshield repaired. The service here is top notch.I will be back to try one of the specialty burgers.

I'm going to say this up front. Sean's Shack is the best kept secret in Raleigh. I could write an hour long review. Since I've started going there, it is a constant option weekly. Sunday brunch, Weeknight snack, you name it. The staff make you feel like you're at home. Sure the setting is a little weird, but you get over that quickly when the food hits. Burgers are slightly above average, sides are solid, service is quick and thorough. Where this place shines is absolutely it's chicken. I'm hard pressed to find better chicken in Raleigh. Everything here is scratch made and you can tell. Sauces, seasonings, coatings... all out of Chondru's kitchen. Shakes are superlative.Breakfast is up there with any diner or brunch spot you can find. Maybe Metro Diner or Another Broken Egg surpasses this. MAYBE. Do yourself a favor. Visit Sean's Shack and start with an order of Chicken Minis. Garlic or Cajun. Take a deep breath, and sink your teeth into it. It's transformative. Every single person I've brought as a guest and had their eyes fly open wide. "Sean" treats his guests like family. He really does. He demands that this attitude cascade down through his entire operation, you can feel it when you walk in the door. You can tell he knows how to build a following. You wont believe your eyes when you see how affordable it is to eat there either. I can't say enough about Sean's Shack in a crowded food scene in Raleigh. This is the brightest of stars. I promise.

website and google say open until 10pm. came at 8:50 and was told they were closed. You could see the one of the workers go to lock the door once we pulled in. There were a few other cars that also got turned away, so not sure why they decided to close over an hour early.
