Zaza Grill

This place was so fantastic. We ordered a Turkish coffee, tea, cold sampler, and chicken kebab. All of the dishes came out quickly and were of high quality. The service was great, and the overall vibe felt very homey. I felt like a family member was just serving me a meal of something homemade.

Garlic and feta Fries were not special but still good! pretty comparable to nick the Greek. The soup was exactly what I was craving and the fries x soup combo was a good lunch. The To go container for the soup is really small which was a bummer considering how big the bowl is for dine in....

The lamb and beef kebab had an old taste and smell.If you guys have old meat that did not sell previously, please throw it away and serve fresh meat instead. I don't mind to pay the high price but at least deliver fresh meat and fresh food to your clients.Over an hour later I started to feel the bad food and more over hours later my wife is feeling worse.

What a lovely Mediterranean place! Slightly hidden within the Pacific Manor plaza is this beautifully designed Mediterranean restaurant. It has a very intimate, casual setting. I absolutely love the beautiful purple, pink, and white floral designs all over. I especially love the super cute "Food, I think about you all the time" sign, it's sooo trendy, cute, and unexpected! lol. I told the owner how much we loved their interior design and he said thank you that his wife had designed it. I made sure to let her know that I love her design, both he and his wife were so friendly and nice. Everything looked new and so clean inside which was so refreshing! We also loved the artistic pieces they had on the wall and the how they showcase calming aerial scenery on the televisions. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed this restaurant. The quality of the food is immaculate. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasted so fresh! They also have a decent price point so it isn't too expensive or pricey at all. I ordered the Lamb Kabob plate and my bf got the Lamb and Beef gyro plate. We also opted for the Hummus starter prior to our meal that is accompanied by bread. Everything was great! My lamb was cooked to perfection, soooo juicy, and so flavorful. The rice was soft, fluffy, and buttery. The salad tasted so fresh. My bfs gyro plate was just as yummy! Sheeeesh the cook their meat perfectly! The only thing I think we were missing was pita for the hummus but this restaurant gives bread for the hummus instead which was still good. Highly recommend if you try if you're in the area. When arrived on Tuesday around 2ish and the restaurant was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. The food came out so fresh and so fast. Friendly staff, delicious food, and affordable pricing. Only tip! It's a little hard to find because they don't have a large sign but it's right next to the Enchilada place.

We were on the lookout for a Mediterranean spot around the peninsula and came across Zaza Grill. With plenty of parking and no reservation needed, it was an easy choice for our Saturday evening. We arrived around 5:30 and were immediately greeted and seated--great first impression!Ordering was quick and simple. We went with the Grilled Octopus and the Mixed Grill, which turned out to be perfect for the two of us. For dessert, we tried the Kunefe, and it did not disappoint--everything was delicious!It was a wonderful choice for our anniversary dinner. The service was friendly and attentive, and the parking situation was stress-free, which is always a plus. Ambiance was casual. We'll definitely be back!

Zaza Grill has been open for 2 months to rave reviews and the hype is real. I find more Turkish restaurants in the Bay than I do in LA and at Zaza, I was able to relive some of the flavors I experienced in Istanbul. [RED LENTIL SOUP]: A warm, comforting soup that has a buttery richness and nourishing taste for the cold nights here. The squeeze of lemon is a must for a more homemade taste. [IMAM BIYALDI PLATE]: Among the many variations of this roasted eggplant dish, this was pretty solid with a homemade taste as well. [COMBO GYRO PLATE]: The lamb and beef taste was very authentic, but the chicken was as bit dry.Bread was warmed, toasted, soft and fluffy, which is a welcome relief since it's not always the case for restaurants. The salad had the best olive oil I've tasted, which means Zaza places a premium on quality. Hummus was also excellent with a smooth texture with the full nutty flavor of the chickpeas. The staff is very friendly and I saw some regulars and family friends supporting the business, so it felt very homey. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes next time, and maybe some Turkish coffee in the daytime!

Food and service are wonderful. Decor is a little odd, but it's very clean. I recommend this restaurant for Mediterranean cuisine

Four star food. It's close but doesn't really knock it out of the park. But it's consist, the people are great, and it's above par for Pacifica. Happy to have the option here and hope they're in it for years to come.
