Mediterranean Kebab

I ordered the hummus #1 appetizer which was delicious. Super flavorful and the right texture. Comes with pita bread and I ordered an additional pita which was not needed and their portion is a good size.The side of falafel has four pieces in it was good as well. They come with a good dipping sauce. The other item I got was the beef kebab a la cart. This was so flavorful and well cooked. Juice delicious flavors with every bite. The restaurant itself is small inside but clean and ample places to sit. The staff was friendly. Will definitely be back to try other items!

Decided to stop in to Mediterranean Kebab with a friend after work. I ordered the lamb & beef gyros warp which comes on lavash bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and tahini sauce. The tahini sauce comes in a small container on the side; I could've used more sauce because the meat was a little dry and didn't have much flavor.Parking in downtown Burlingame can be hard because it can get crowded, but there are a few public lots available close by.

Great food, great service! Stuff serves with smile on their faces. Taste of the food can not be compared with any restaurant's in the neighborhood. They have been around for quite long time and they maintain the quality. They have OPEN KITCHEN so you can see the hygiene and the clean food preparation.

Service was kind, food was bussin, and there was nice seating and very clean? It was super quick as well and lots of pics on the wall showing the food

Mediterranean Kebab is located in the heart of Burlingame along the busy street of Burlingame Ave. They offer the classic Mediterranean wraps and plates in a casual atmosphere. I ordered the Mediterranean Combo Kebab and when I picked up the food, it was hot and fresh. There was an abundance of meat and the rice and salad helped make the perfect balanced meal. Of the meats, the standout was the adana kebab. It was nicely seasoned and maintained moisture despite being a takeout order. If you're looking for a quick Mediterranean bite, give Mediterranean Kebab a try for a balanced classic!

I've always found restaurants like Mediterranean Kebab to be very satisfying. The portions are large, the food is fresh and tasty, the service is quick and the pricing is fair.On Saturday evening, my wife and I came to Mediterranean Kebab for dinner. She was craving their food and so we made the trek out to Burlingame. While parking isn't great (is it ever?) the restaurant had plenty of seating and the staff helped us immediately.The menu is wide but not too confusing. I went with the chicken kebab plate and a couple of appetizer's consisting of hummus and the cigarette pastry. The name is confusing but this is a must have! It comes with (4) pastry rolls filled with feta cheese & parsley. These are delicious and best eaten when warm. Our pita bread was refilled once and so was my diet coke. The service on the refills was quick, which I appreciated. This is a great spot to grab food quickly and inexpensively. While Burlingame Ave has many good places to eat, Mediterranean Kebab offers a different category and vibe. I'll be back!

Restaurant with incredibly fast service!! Came during lunch time for a quick bite, and was so surprised with how fast we were able to get in and out. You order at the register and grab a table either inside or outside. I ordered the lamb and beef gyro plate, and it was so delicious! The rice was also perfectly seasoned, and the pita was so soft. I only wish they gave more sauce. Highly recommend for a quick bite for lunch if you're craving Mediterranean!

Very good place for a quick meal. I tried the Alexander plate that had gyro meat with tomato sauce and yogurt. Very good! The hummus is creamy and the chicken plate was tasty too. Casual service at the counter and they brought the order in a few minutes.

Love the wraps and plates. Great place to grab takeout or a nice casual sit down place where you order at counter and grab a table.

I was so disappointed in our meals. Ordered moussaka. I've ordered it for years and could always count on it as good. What's the main ingredient in Moussaka? Eggplant. None. Potatoes are optional in the dish. So ok none. Tomatoes, onions, cinnamon, oregano are advised in the beef or lamb. Lacking any depth of flavor to the meat.This was the most bland moussaka imaginable and a far cry from the moussaka they used to make. I never bother to write reviews but this meal broke my heart. We won't be back. Salad and rice hadn't changed and were solid sides to the plate.
