Iniburger

Had a nice lunch here today with my husband. This was our first time here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. You had the option of ordering from their self serve kiosk or from an employee. We ordered from their self kiosk. We ordered the Americano burger and the Hawaiian spice burger with a side of onion rings. What I liked about the kiosk was that everything was customizable. You can add or remove toppings to your burger.They delivered our order to us within 5 minutes. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh. The burgers were very delicious. The burgers were seasoned well and all the vegetables were fresh. The ini sauce was really tasty. The Hawaiian spice burger had pineapple and jalapeños which added a nice quick. The onion rings were piping hot, crispy and seasoned perfectly. It came with a side of ranch. There were plenty of seating options inside and a covered patio area for outdoor seating. The inside was clean and tidy. Overall, the food was excellent and the menu had a lot of options. I'd like to try the chicken sandwich next time.

I'd give this place a 3.5/5 stars. I thought the food was okay but nothing crazy. Decent enough but nothing stood out. Here's everything my bf and I tried:Bigi Americano: 6/10 It was okay, nothing crazy. It's a basic burger. Bigi Nashville: 7/10 I liked the spicyness of the chicken. It was flavorful. Pretty good chicken sando.Onion rings and fries 8/10: Taste was good, I feel like it's hard to get these wrong. Pretty solid.Crispy Chicken Nacho Fries 6/10: It was okay. I feel like I didn't really taste the boom sauce that much. The jalapeños weren't that spicy. Overall:It's nice and clean inside. The service was good and fast. The price point in my opinion is expensive and unjustifiable. Everything cost us a total of $45. The combos don't come with drinks.

First time here with 4 high energy kids. Got mini burgers and Bigi burger, fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, chicken tenders. Ini sauce is really good. Amr helped us and was so patient with all our specific requests and all the asks of our kids. He made their milkshakes (freshly made) with whatever toppings they wanted. Excellent food, excellent service. Thanks for making our night more fun, Amr!!

3.5 stars I thinkI got two mini burgers & fries - portions looked small (box was mostly fries) but filled me up enough ; I expected the buns to be dry but surprisingly they weren't

I was curious about iniBurger, because of its already high ratings. I was skeptical, but I have to admit, they really earn the high ratings people have given them.The staff were super warm and welcoming, and they were very attentive to our needs. The space was nice, and there was plenty of seating (indoor and out). And of course, the food was really really good.I can't say I have ever found myself wanting halal burgers, but I'm very happy I tried it. Also, you HAVE TO get the spicy garlic fries. They are spectacular. That said, they do actually have a kick to them. Folks that don't handle spice well might not enjoy them, but they are quite good if you can handle a little heat.

I had iniBurger at the Fremont location a few years back and really liked it, so I was excited to hear that one was opening up near me! I came by for their ribbon cutting to check it out, and it was just as good as I remembered! I like that they have full sized burgers and minis, and especially like that you can opt for multiple different burgers if you are getting the minis! Since it had been years since I ate here, and I'm a huge fan of trying it all, I ended up getting the mini trio and trying the mushroom swiss, hawaiian spice, and falafel burgers. I liked each one of them and would order any again. The combo also came with fries, which are crinkle cut and crispy! Even though the burgers are mini, they do indeed fill you up. I tried my best, but I was not able to finish all 3 of my minis or the fries. I was surprised to see a pretty large outdoor patio that was mostly covered and had heaters! They also have a good amount of seating inside. You can order at a kiosk yourself or with someone at the register. I ordered on the kiosk, but still received friendly customer service from everyone that I interacted with.

This is a new addition to the area. I was warmly greeted by the manager, a young woman, who walked me through all the options. Great attitude, she is going to go far.I settled for the Bigi burger and fries which was good, not great. It was $17 with tip and I could not help but think how this would have been $6-7 not that long ago. Well...that's another story. Note there is a significant premium if you order online even if it is for a pickup which seems wrong. Wonder if other restaurants do the same thing, I will check going forward.

This was our first visit to Iniburger. The service was great. We were immediately greeted when we came in. I had the western burger, while the wife had a regular burger. The good was good, cooked right and the fries were crispy and hot! I would recommend this burger restaurant.

The new iniburger in Campbell is nice and clean. The service is fast and friendly, but there's a weird shortage of napkins and utensils. You would also expect a burger place to have self service ketchup mustard and other condiments. The real issue is the food. They have a few things to work on. The chicken wings were overcooked and dry yet not that hot. Maybe they were sitting under heat lamps for a while? The bbq sauce was also caked on (so again heat lamps??)The chicken in the mini burger was barely hot and weirdly rubbery. The vegetables (lettuce tomato and avocado) didn't seem fresh. The bun was cold and bland (like wonder bread). The burger was also bland and dry. Same complaints about the bun and vegetables though the Swiss cheese seems ok. The sweet potato fries were decent but probably manufactured and frozen. I hope they improve because this would be incredibly convenient.

Service is great. Very attentive and kind. Ambiance is cool burger place and the food is great. Recommend.
