Groovy Goose is such a cute spot! I visited to meet up with a few friends so appreciated the amount of seating they had. The indoor/outdoor patio/garage like opening was neat.Service was fairly quick. Their groovy greens smoothie and sandwiches were delicious!

I've only tried their coffee, and it's pretty good. Seating is a bit crammed as a spot is small, so I'm not sure there's much they can do about that. There are a couple outdoor tables and hopefully they can add some more for warm days. They've got a small menu and the food does look pretty good, but I have not tried it. I would love to see something like a Chia pudding or overnight oats on the menu as well. Every time I stop by here I'm a little bummed that's not on the menu because that's my usual go-to for light breakfast or brunch. Staff is friendly, and you can order ahead to speed up the wait time as they do tend to get busy.

Cute coffee shop, small seating area inside, and a couple of patio tables out front. I walked over from Belmont to try a local coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks or Peet's. I'm glad I got my steps in and found a more unique option. Service was fine, cashier was nice enough, I'm glad I asked my questions about sweetness levels since I usually don't like most places recommended sweetness. I learned the matcha latte here comes unsweetened which is nice. Most places it's too sweet. But I wanted a little sweet so I added a pump of simple syrup. Then I requested oak milk versus whole. And before I knew it, I had a $7 iced matcha latte that was the smallest size. I was fairly certain I asked for the 16oz but it appears I got a small per the label on my cup. I didn't notice at the time otherwise I would have asked. So I believe I paid for a 16 oz but got a 12. I love a good deal, so this was not that. A reverse deal- pay for more but get less lol. For those reasons I give 4 stars. Otherwise everything was good. Sounds like from other reviews the breakfast Sando with croissant is good. I had already had breakfast otherwise would have tried it. The tropical iced was good. Again, the price point not great. It's almost $4 for a tiny cup of iced tea. Y'all do know that ice takes up a large amount of the cup in an iced drink right? So it was good but could have been better.

Saw this cute little coffee shop while driving through the busy street of San Carlos and I just had to try it! Stopped by on a Saturday morning and they were packed! I got a cappuccino and I loved it! Best wake me up haha. And we shared a croissant with egg and cheese (no bacon). I don't have words to describe how much I loved the croissant. Buttery, flaky and crunchy. Yum! This is going to in my regular rotation... next time maybe I'll try one of their iced flavored lattes.

I love cute coffee shops. I ordered a medium matcha latte with almond milk, note it comes unsweetened. It was OK, a run of the mill matcha. I asked for a pump of sweetner cuz i wanted it just a bit sweeter. But the croissant breakfast sandwich I got? It is the best croissant breakfast sando I've had in a long time. I got the croissant bacon egg and cheese. You know when you order specifically a croissant breakfast sando and the croissant is not toasted/crispy? And it's kind of disappointing? Well this had the most toasted croissant and it was freaking divine. I ordered this one on recommendation from the cashier who also made the sando. He said it was his favorite. And to me and my dog's surprise, he gave my pup a pup cup! and it happened to be his first ever. When picking up my items, Shorty popped up to the counter and immediately went for the pup cup, he knew it was his lol. Thanks for making me and my pup's day!

Came in on a rainy day to get some coffee and breakfast. I accidentally ordered the cinnamon maple latte iced instead of hot. The espresso itself was very good but I think this latte would taste so good hot! I also got the butter-jam toast. The bread was so crispy and yummy! A little too much jam for my liking but loved the blueberry jam they use.

After wanting to come here for several months, I finally visited with the idea of having a bite to eat while I catch up on reading. The latte and breakfast sandwich were excellent! The service was fast and friendly. This is definitely more of a grab 'n go type of place, with not much seating and a cold and sterile ambiance. It was freezing cold inside and it's clear that they don't want people to hang around. That being said, I would definitely come back to grab a coffee or a bite on the go.

We recently stumbled upon this small but bustling coffee shop in downtown San Carlos. I got the latte with lavender and it was quite good. I recommend it for anyone looking for a new place to try out!

I came here on a Sunday morning and it was very busy! I heard so many good things about this place and wanted to try it out. There were many drink options, food, and snacks to choose from but I went there just to get coffee that day and got their fall special drinks -- maple oat milk latte and the pumpkin latte drink. Both were both delicious and so much flavor and I really enjoyed it. The staff here are also sweet and friendly!

A cozy cafe offering sandwiches, pastries, coffee, tea, and smoothies. We ended up getting the disco blush smoothie (peaches, raspberries, strawberries, bananas & orange juice), groovy greens smoothie (mango, spinach, kale, banana, spirulina, and apple juice), the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, and the hustle sandwich (arugula, fig jam, prosciutto on ciabatta). The smoothies were light and refreshing, the hustle was heavy on the fig jam, which overpowered the other flavors but was still delicious, and I absolutely loved the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, as simple as it was, the breakfast treat satisfying and made with tasty ingredients, even the bread itself was better than expected, light and fluffy, and slightly buttery. Service was more than sufficient, and our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Also, even though there was a farmers market going on around the corner, we had no problem finding free parking nearby on a Sunday morning.
