Food is amazing. I stopped by before a meeting to get some pinakbet and sinigang as a combo with rice and it hit the spot! They also have turon the sell and I will always go here to buy a box of 30 pieces! It is a fan favorite at work and parties! Service is amazing. Ate and Kuya at the register always remember me! The store is small, but that's not a problem!

this review is just gonna be for the chicharon bulaklak only!I was craving for some chicharon bulaklak and stumbled upon this place - I paid about $10 for the chicharron bulaklak which was a fair price considering it was a good amount of chicharron in there. I enjoyed their chicharron bulaklak, it seemed fresh still and it was still really crispy/crunchy when I was eating it, would definitely come back again if i ever have my chicharon bulaklak cravings!

Been going here for their Turon for a couple years now. Very sweet and tasty with the perfect crunch. I've also tried their squid pusit and dinuguan. Very tasty but a little salty. Definitely gonna try it again soon. They give a big portion of their dishes. They also sell Filipino snacks and other ingredients also.Service was great. Very kind people. Not much to say but overall 5/5 for serviceGreat lighting inside. No indoor seating or outside. The store is a little cramped but it's very organized inside. Clean place!

Family arrived here around 12:30 pm to get some Filipino food to go and order catering. It's a small shop a part of a larger plaza that has lots of parking spaces in front of the shop or with minimal walking distance. The moment I walked in, the shop definitely had traditional inviting warm Filipino vibes from smell of crispy pork to the Filipino goods decorating their shelves. It's led by two sweet Filipino ladies who help the community with their bulletin board that raises awareness on what's happening in the berryessa/milpitas area. My family ordered their 2 item plate for $11.99, 3 pork skewers for $4 each, and some turon/fried banana rolls. The service was quick but there was long queue behind us for sure. The pork skewers were delicious in flavor and chewy in texture, but the only displeasure was that the meat was cold. :( The turon is one of the best fried banana rolls that my family and I ever had with it being crunchy, warm, and filled with sweet bananas. Not too sweet but sweet enough that balances the dryness from the shell. 2 plate item of half/half white rice and pan it and 2 meats of garlic steak and 1 skewer. Garlic steak was alright but my family wouldn't order it again. Good amount of sides with the meats. We decided to go to this place for catering and ordered lots of skewers for an upcoming party.

I enjoy the Kilawin at this place during the weekends; however, it is a bit pricey for my liking. Considering the cost, I might as well take matters into my own hands, purchase a whole goat or a portion of it, and prepare it at home. Nevertheless, backyard slaughtering isn't feasible, and time constraints prevent me from doing it myself. Despite this, the time saved is well worth the effort of paying for the Kilawin or Kaldereta. When it comes to Chicharons, Lechon Kawali, and Lumpia, it's advisable to save those cravings for Seafood City. Anywho, Gabriel's Food Market offers a selection that includes a fridge on the side containing Filipino street food like fishballs, which happen to be my favorite. However, the taste might be less authentic due to FDA regulations, unlike what I experienced back in the Philippines. Besides that, it's a compact mini market within a one-story business building with plenty more units, crampy enough to make your clothes smell like lumpia and chocolate meat. The parking lot is spacious, providing plenty of room, especially during less busy hours.

Found this place online after a search for turon and decided to give it a try. So glad we did because we will definitely be coming back for more! The service was great and the ladies there were kind. We recently had a terrible experience at Valerio's across the street and will be taking our business here instead. Their turon is just as great with better service! Highly recommend!
