Hopping place with a lot of people on their laptops even on a Saturday morning. The breakfast tacos were delicious with the pico, perfect. Would get again. The only thing I would possibly switch is the tortilla. Just regular. The avocado toast was no good: fresh avocado but too much salt. The salt overpowered the dish. The bread was not great either, hard edges soft soggy middle. The Smith burger was delicious and the side of fries masterful.

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon while walking around downtown, honestly I wish I kept walking. We chose this restaurant as they it looked like they had good brunch, salad, and coffee options. I get that salads are ~$20 these days, but I do expect some abundance of leaves in there and a decent amount of protein. My salad portion was so small, barely the size of a fork squared. My coffee was mediocre and came out lukewarm, which meant it had been sitting for a while. And the service was nonexistent. We sat down, scanned the QR code, and ordered food from our phones to our table. A friendly nod or acknowledgment when they were putting the food in front of us would've been nice. Not going back again.

I had a midterm the day I was heading back to LA so I knew I had to lock in at a cafe with WiFi somewhere. Coupa Cafe was recommended a lot on the Stanford subreddit, so I decided to take a look! There's lots of great seating for working and studying, so it's probably for the better that I don't go to Stanford, because otherwise I'd probably blow all of my money studying at cafes.I got the sugar-free chai forgetting that "sugar-free" means fake sugar, so that's on me. It's a premade mix so I'd probably stick to their coffees here.

I came to Coupa Cafe on a Thursday for lunch, a little after noon. The cafe wasn't packed to the brim, but there were many people sitting at the tables doing work or studying. There were only a couple of people in front of me in line, and I was able to order within 5 minutes.I ordered the breakfast wrap, but Coupa has a pretty large menu covering breakfast items as well as lunch items. It took a while to get my order, and I did notice that someone who had ordered the same item after me had gotten their order first. Nonetheless, I enjoyed how the breakfast wrap came out fresh and warm. The wrap itself was not the largest portion, but the ingredients were fresh. Meshed together, it wasn't anything extraordinary, but it did serve well as a reliable breakfast wrap -- a typical one you'd expect. Again, not bad, but nothing out of the water. Overall, Coupa Cafe has a cute vibe that can be enjoyed whether you're looking to be productive or just looking to relax and eat. They have a pretty comprehensive menu, and I'd love to try some of their other breakfast items next time. Looking forward to future visits!

Came by to work here for a bit today-- I live nearby and have always wanted to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately the food was pretty bad, and I wouldn't eat here again. I ordered the turkey panini and it was pretty disappointing all around. Way better options nearby for lunch. The ambiance and service, however, are great. I would come back to just get a plain coffee and work for a bit, as the location is great and they have a lot of tables so it's not hard to find a spot. Overall I'd say it's a great working spot but not so much for food!

The coffee here is good, they have quite a wide selection of beverages. The desserts in the refrigerator looked appealing too although I didn't get anything other than the coffee here. They have some boozy coffee options which seemed interesting! The inside was dark and very casual. Not a very uplifting cafe to sit and enjoy. I personally prefer a brighter, well lit cafe with refreshing space to work or hang out at.

I'm happy to say Coupa has really improved their service. Love coming here for healthy food, meeting with friends or work colleagues, and the maya hot chocolate. Would love to see this open even later on weekdays. The ambiance is definitely still very much a locals scene. For us locals, it feels like home. Pro tip: Try the maya hot chocolate

Such a cute cafe. Came here as part of our food tour. Parking is easy inside a parking garage. They don't have servers. You order up in the front and get a buzzer to pick up the food. We ordered:- BACON CLUB PANINI: bacon, turkey, avocado, baby gems lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, garlic aioli - good - EMPANADITAS: gluten-free artisan handmade four venezuelan fried mini empanadas, two ground beef & two fresh white cheese. Comes with 3 sauces. These taste like cornbread empanadas. The beef ones are very good. Cheese was ok. - COUPA BURGER: angus beef, caramelized onions, bacon, romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, side of fries - good sturdy burger. Love the pile of caramelized onions. Stacked with bacon. They don't skimp.- BREAKFAST CREPE: scrambled eggs with gallic mushrooms, avocado, Gouda cheese, and guasacaca. - my favorite dish. Super garlicky! Garlic fans will love this dish!- CARAMEL MACCHIATO: love the strong coffee flavors, but should the drink be a little sweeter with caramel flavor as I didn't taste that?- SPICY MAYA MOCHA: didn't taste this, but seems to be one of my cousin's go to.Good atmosphere. We were lucky to get there right before the crowd. The place was packed!Definitely will be back.

Came here with a few coworkers for a quick coffee break. Not my favorite place to go, but it's close to the office. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your drink. I ordered a Medium Cafe Au Lait ($5.05). The medium is more like a small at other places.Cashier was not the friendliest. Price is on point for Palo Alto.

Quality of service and food has gone down rapidly for many years here since 2016. Its not the same and the staff doesn't seem happy anymore. The younger staff looks lifeless and miserable.I would think this is a result of poor management and sloppy work procedures.
