Bloom Bagels

Finally got to try Bloom Bagels after drooling at the reels popping up on my instagram feed! We got lucky and got there w/ no line at 11 am on a Saturday.It's a tiny shop so it's hard to find a place to sit and eat vs taking to go, so keep that in mind! We ended up going to the pruneyard to sit since it was closebyI shared corn cheese, pork floss, and ube almond bloom bagels with a friend. We both tried the corn cheese one first as it was the one we wanted to try most...and we both had the "omggggg" foodgasm reaction. It was so decadent, buttery, cheesy, and soft. The pork floss has a nice sweetness to it and also has corn in it, but you don't really taste the corn since the pork flavor is strong. I liked this one but loved the corn cheese.I haven't bit into my ube almond one yet because I need the food-itis to pass first but I tasted the filling and its got a great balance between the ube and almond flavoring.The drinks here are as good as the bagels, and that's always a plus for me. Good food and good drinks? Sign me up.My friend got the pistachio hojicha latte and I got banana hojicha. Loved both! The banana hojicha at the end of the cup tasted like the banana pudding from magnolia bakery, yum!I'll definitely come back sometime but this is the ultimate cheat day kind of place because of how rich they are. Probably only once in a while :')

I came here on a Saturday morning around 8 and there was already a line, but it was not too bad. The shop is small, so it makes sense that there was a line. The line actually went by pretty quick. I decided to order the ube almond, pork floss, and miso scallion. I also ordered a banana matcha since I saw a lot of people raving about it on Yelp.The pork floss was probably my favorite. It had ham, corn, and pork floss but it all went well together. Miso scallion was also good too. The ube almond was the sweet one and it was a little too sweet for my taste. I think I prefer the savory bagels here. The banana matcha was tasty. The banana cold foam didn't have any artificial flavor, which I like. Overall, I would probably stop by again to try their other bagel options!

Went here with my friends yesterday and while I had a smooth experience, I think the bagels are kinda expensive for what they are. Don't get me wrong: they were super tasty. Half of the options in the menu were already sold out at 11am. Line still went by pretty fast. My favorite is the corn cheese one. I got a banana matcha and while it was yummy, it was way too small to be $7.

Their specialty coffees, like the einspanner, are really good. I'm not sure which brand of coffee it is, but I'd like to find out! The pistachio foam Dubai chocolate latte sounds gimmicky but it's delicious! The bagels are filling and also greasy from being dipped in garlic butter. On three separate visits I tried the original bloom, the everything bloom, and the jalapeño bloom. The jalapeño is the best of the bunch -- slightly spicy and creamy. The line can be long on weekend mornings, but they get your order out fast. No place to dine in, takeout only.

Why did the jalapeño go to the comedy club? It wanted to spice things up with its hot punchlines!At 7:55 AM, I was the 5th person in line, and the queue began to grow shortly after opening. The staff were super friendly. I tried the jalapeño bagel it was delicious, though not mind-blowing and my hot latte was very average. They have a bunch of specialty of coffee. I'll definitely try something new next time. No seating inside, they are attached to a large parking lot.

My friend told me there is a place that sells Asian flavor bagels. In general, I like pastries and breads, and I love Asian flavor baked goods.This is a small store for take outs only.Miso Scallion - miso cream cheese with green onion on soft bagel, yes.Ube Almond - almond taste is dominate over the ube which is good cuz I heart almond. Banana Hojicha latte for $7 is a wonderful dessert, not too sweet, banana bits and flavor, premium Hojicha from Kyoto, what a symphony of taste.Love everything, but they are far away for me and not cheap, so I will keep them on my list for special occasional visits.

Stopped by here to pick up some asiago cheese bagels. I did not get the stuffed bagels with cream cheese.The location is very convenient and there's ample parking in the little parking lot area. Walking in, the bakery smells amazing. It's got a very Crisp and efficient menu. They offer beverages as well as bagels stuffed with various specialty cream cheeses.The order system and pick up area are efficiently run. Their bagels look amazing and smell delicious. I plan to have one tomorrow morning so I can't really comment on the flavor, but I cannot imagine it not being anything other than fabulous.

Came on a Sunday morning at around 10am and there were a few people in line in front of me. Thankfully not too long compared to all the reviews I've been reading about. Come early because I don't think it's really worth waiting very long for this place. Plenty of parking in the lot. Very small space, only 1 little table/chair on the side by is blocked by where the line forms so you can't really sit there and another standing table by the pickup area. Cute interior. The wait for the drinks are longer than ordering! Got the corn cheese bloom and espresso einspanner! The bagel was sooo good- the filling wasn't overwhelming (I always think people put too much cream cheese on bagels so the amount they put was perfect for me) and it was easy to eat since the bagel was sliced into smaller pieces!! Cheesy and lots of corn pieces (Iove corn so nothing to complain about)!!!! The bagel had a slight crispy outside and chewy inside which is my perfect bagel. The einspanner was also delicious! Good amount of sweetness/creaminess to balance out the bitter espresso. Only complaint is the price point of the drinks and bagels but definitely will be coming back to try other bagels as a treat!!

Finally had the chance to try this spot and it was the perfect start to our morning. Although the line was super long out the door at 1120 on a Saturday, we expected it. What we ordered:-Garlic Asiago bagel: the cheesy crust was delicious, and the cream cheese was nice and fluffy, but too much filling-Corn Cheese bagel: very creamy, loved the corn cheese flavor, but also too much filling-Banana Pudding Matcha Latte: the banana flavor complimented the matcha extremely well. nice unique flavors, would definitely order again-Einspanner: strong coffee flavor with a light foam on top, but too much foamIt's nice that there's a parking lot, but I wish there were tables either inside or outside.

Had the Jalapeño and Ube bagel flavors. They were scrumptious, will come back for more.
