Management sent a gift card. I had a better experience and will be back again one day when I'm in the area.

I stopped into Woodside Bakery for a mid morning snack. I don't usually go out to Sharon Heights, but I was already in the area. They recently won Readers' Choice Best Bakery in our local paper so why not check it out. The bakery is, like the rest of the shopping center, a bit dated, not quite charming. There were many patrons and I was glad to use the time in line with my party to decide what I wanted to get. All the standard bakery fare was on display--pastries, danish, muffins, cookies, cakes, quiche etc. I had decided on the sticky bun but made a last minute switch to the raspberry cinnamon roll I hadn't been able to see previously. Having never been here before, I didn't know what the heating situation was. I decided to just go with the flow of the other patrons. Nothing was being heated and it wasn't offered during ordering. The cinnamon roll was tasty--soft, sweet, with raspberry sauce drizzled through the swirl-- but would have been improved heated. I would visit again if I was in the area and needed a pick me up, but don't see myself making a special trip otherwise.

I can see why this bakery is so popular with the locals. Their pastries are fresh and taste so good. The hazelnut pastry doesn't have Nutella slabbed on like others but so beautifully crafted. They have several gluten free items in a separate glass container. The brownie was very good. Items seem to sell out quickly.

I was looking for a quick breakfast to pair with my coffee that I picked up next door and stumbled upon Woodside Bakery & Cafe. This cute little shop offers a variety of baked goods, foods, and drinks. There are plenty of seats indoors and outdoors for customers to relax and enjoy their goodies. The man behind the counter was very nice and offered assistance if I needed anything. After looking around at the options, I decided to get the gluten free blueberry muffin. It was really good and moist, the perfect little breakfast I needed in that moment. I'll definitely be back when I'm around the area again and support this little small business.

Stopped by last Thursday to find a chocolate pecan pie and we were not disappointed. I was overwhelmed and overjoyed with the selection. Picked up a chocolate croissant, chocolate pecan pie and a cherry pie. I am in love with the sprinkles on the chocolate croissant. There is an art in the chocolate placement only a chocolate croissant lover can appreciate and they have it down. There is love in their baked goods. They pies were awesome too. Best chocolate pecan pie ever. It's perfect with perfect definition of flavors. I can't wait to go back and try some other goodies. The service was awesome and they were super friendly. The bakery was clean warm and inviting. I need to try a cupcake now :)

I have occasional morning meetings at Stanford, so I usually stop here to grab a coffee and pastry. Most of the time, I eat here, using the time to collect my thoughts and prepare for my meeting. There will be a lot of customers, but almost all of them take their orders to go, with only a few people dining either inside the cafe or outside. There are several types of pastries to choose from, along with cookies, cakes big and small. They even offer a selection of gluten-free treats.

We stopped by Saturday afternoon, no one was at the cafe. The staff was not nice and friendly. We ordered a latte with half pump of sweetener which they got wrong even though no the clients were there. Had high hopes but not returning to this bakery.

Cute bakery with Great assortment of pastries! I really enjoyed the carrot cake. it was sweet but cream was amazing. Pumpkin loaf was a little dry but nice service. Not the most modern café but definitely has a charm and people drinking coffee outside.

This cafe leaves a lot to be desired. For a better experience (both service & food/bev options), head west into Woodside! Lots of local walking trails nearby, also.

For $23 I expected my "Round Challah with Seeds" to be the best challah I've had. IT WASN'T. WHO in their right mind put that price tag on such mediocre bread. Save your money and avoid this overpriced "bakery" with dry challahI just wanted some good challah before Yon Kippur but am disappointed with the quality and price
