Came for a car wash and shockingly surprised by how good their sandwich was! At first, I thought it was a taco truck. I got the kid size beef brisket sandwich and it was the perfect serving size. I can only imagine how big the other ones are! I would come back again.Easy to order with the iPad on the side of the window. Parking is easy as well. There are picnic tables outside for you to eat. Guy who helped me at window was super friendly!

I've been a big fan of these guys for the last couple of years. I first discovered their amazing brisket sandwiches at Pedro Point Brewery (R.I.P.) and have been following them around ever since. From Harmonic Brewing in the city to the Linda Mar Ace Hardware and anywhere in between... a trip to Sweeney Ridge is well worth the effort. I was stoked to see that the truck has found a permanent location at the Pacifica Car Wash in the Manor neighborhood. Close to the highway and extremely convenient. Sandwiches w/ signature smoked meats, delectable beer cheese, house made pickles + sauces & amazing local bread. I'm hooked and would encourage anyone to give this truck a try. I recently stumbled upon Sweeney Ridge in Pacifica, and it's safe to say this place is a new favorite! Their "Sweeney Ridge" sandwich is nothing short of spectacular. Picture this: thinly sliced, smoked brisket dry-rubbed with house-roasted coffee and chili maple syrup, sliced really, really thin. This brisket is layered with a delightful thin shredded cabbage salad, creamy garlic sauce, and extra crunchy coriander dill pickles. Topped with a combo of cherry peppers, Muenster cheese, American cheese, and a touch of their "million island sauce," this sandwich is packed with flavor in every bite. All of this goodness is nestled in your choice of house-made maple rye butter bread or a Rize Up Bakery sesame hoagie roll. At $18, it's worth every penny.I also couldn't resist ordering the bread chips and tuna salad side for $8. The bread chips are perfectly crispy, and the creamy tuna salad is an excellent dip that complements the sandwich wonderfully. This side dish is a must-try if you're looking to round out your meal.As if the food wasn't enough to rave about, the owner came over to chat with us, adding a personal and welcoming touch to the experience. The location is super convenient too, right next to the Pacifica car wash and just minutes away from where I play Final Fantasy and One Piece TCG at Anime Imports. They have two cozy benches on the side, perfect for enjoying your meal on a nice day.Whether you're a local or just passing through, Sweeney Ridge is a must-visit. Holy Mary mother of Jesus! This is a great sandwich place. My first bite I literally said out loud "F&$k me!". They probably have the best brisket I've ever had (outside of Texas). The sandwich was juicy, full of complex tastes, I mean who puts cabbage salad on brisket? I'm telling you it worked!!!! Oh, and they throw in a probiotic just for good measure.

This food truck moved into our neighborhood at the car wash I pass every day. Didn't know what to think as I generally don't eat at food trucks.So my wife and I gave it a shot on a Sunday and whoa!, these were really tasty sandwiches! My curiosity was piqued by the Asian influences in the food and it turns out Nicholas, the owner, has a really interesting history and knows Korean cuisine well.My fave is the "Sweeney Ridge" sandwich w/extra cherry peppers (hot) and my wife favors the "Great Plains." Bring your credit card, they don't accept cash.

Randomly stumbled on this sandwich truck since we saw it across the street from Humble Sea. Really glad we checked it out because it was delicious. They specialize in brisket sandwiches. The sandwiches were loaded and I loved their bread. They also gave us some complimentary bread chips with dip while we waited and it was also super good. We'll definitely be back again.

Ordered online a kids KBB sandwich and a Hallasan beef brisket, side of the bread chips and dip. Order was on time, no line, 2 workers. Both breads were burnt black on the bottom, not toasted, but dark black charred gave both sandwiches a nasty ass bitter unbearable flavor. The quality control not there, not busy, you can not serve sandwiches with burnt ass bread. It was not busy, no excuse. Threw out the outer bread and ate the inside. Hallasan beef brisket was all dry flat meat. Spicy flavor, but shit my tastebuds were ruined from biting the bitter burnt ass bread. I can not recommend, won't return, burn me once on a $40 order, no second chance to make a first impression. If this was a restaurant the line chef should be fired for not noticing over burnt black bread. I learned about Sweeney Ridge while participating in a workshop nearby from fellow participant living in Pacifica. SW lunch truck was parked in the ACE Hardware location.I bought lunch both Saturday and Sunday.Sandwich with bulkogi kind of beef the first day but learned that they have kim bap so opted for that second day with a jar of homemade kimchee.Kim bap and kimchee was my favorite and it was filling too.Since the owner Nicholas is inspired by Korean food I hope to see more Koresn fusion sandwich like using japchae or korean bbq meats.

Incredibly Delicious Sandwiches. I was so bored with average sandwiches, found this place. Will definitely return.
