We used Seismic BBQ for our annual BBQ at work. They were a pleasure to work with & Steven was extremely prompt answering all of my emails. Seismic was very accommodating, professional, and EARLY to set up. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even came to bring fresh food for our evening crew. Their brisket (with their homemade sauces--the mustard one was my fav) and peach cobbler (with FRESH whipped cream) were my personal favorites. We will be using them again, for sure!

I had some catered lunch from them a few days ago. The Low n' Slow Pork Shoulder was amazing. There were nice portions of fatty pork that were truly delicious. Some of the best pork I've ever had. On the other hand, their chicken sucks. It's extremely dry and just isn't worth biting into.

Steven was the best overall! Quick response to all emails and questions. He was always willing to work around what we wanted and also let us know if it would be best if not for us. Food sampling was what sold us! Tons of samples for a small group of us, it was a last-minute request and Steven delivered great customer service once again. We just needed to tell him how many people and when and he made it happen. Day of my daughter's birthday Steven and his team set up all food items and all came out perfect! He went above and beyond with no complaints for extra items we needed.The food! Ribs, brisket, chicken, and more! Compliments all around for the food! All guests had nothing but positive feedback for the food. Thanks again Steven and your team!

My favorite BBQ caterer. We've used them a couple times and the whole office goes wild. People start coming out of their offices to find out what that mouth watering smell is. Heavenly, brisket, ribs, chicken - Texas style, smoked over oak logs and with a visible smoke ring. I don't feel the need to sauce the meat, it's that flavorful on it's own, but I do love the Texas red sauce and South Carolina mustard. They make all their stuff from scratch. Beans and coleslaw are my favorites. Our vegetarians actually love it too- several sides are vegetarian and they have a rotating veggie entree. Last time it was smoked baby portobellos in a charred red pepper sauce. And there are several gluten free options. For this quality, it's an awesome value for what you get. Plus they are easy to work with, prompt and professional.

This place has the best BBQ Brisket in the bay area!!! I recently ordered 5 pounds worth of it for a birthday party and everyone loved it! The the slices was perfecty cut. Amost every single slice was tender and juicy. And the outter part of the brisket has a crunchy and smokey texture to it, which I like b/c it adds different texture to the brisket. The TC and KC sweet sauces are amazing! After mixing the sauce with the brisket and eating it, I was speaking Southern the whole day xD. Lasty Steven was very nice and promt. Love the fast and professional service I received. Will definately come back for more!!
