The baker gave me some free cookies to try. Very friendly lady and very tasty cookies. They were decorated wonderfully.

We ordered the Valentine's Day DIY cookie boxes that came with the supplies! The cookies were fresh and it was such a fun activity for my husband and I! They also offered delivery in my area so we went with that option especially during this time with COVID. I was looking for a custom baker who can do custom cookies for my baby shower. I stumbled upon Pretty Little Bakers so I emailed them right away. Kellie reached out to me quickly and we started discussing my event. She was so friendly, lively and fun to chat with even just on email. She was so excited to do my cookies! She asked for my theme and my ideas on designs. She was very open with the designs and also made some cute suggestions. She was so easy and fun to work with. My cookies ended up being so cute and adorable! My whole family ate them all - they were supposed to be party favors. LOL The cookies were also delicious. They weren't overly sweet - just enough sweetness. Kellie was such a delight to work with. She was also quick to respond and very accommodating on my requests. It also feels good to support local businesses. I'll definitely order from her again!!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Pretty Little Bakers is! I worked with Kellie directly and her customer service was amazing, with quick responses and genuine interest in my event! It made me feel like she was going to make sure they did the best job for me and they DID! I ordered 6 dozen cookies to send out for my virtual baby shower and even a week later, people are telling me the cookies taste delicious! They are not too sweet, which is hard for a sugar cookie. They were perfectly balanced with taste and texture, which is why I couldn't stop eating them. They look PHENOMENAL and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. See for yourself! Our cookies were for a mama-to-be who has a nut allergy, and Kellie gave us the confidence to order from her, really impressing us with the clear labeling and respect of the allergy. Our preschooler wanted to host a cookie decorating activity at preschool for her classmates. We got in contact with Kellie after seeing her offer cookie decorating kits on her website.We corresponded via email. She was super responsive and easy to work with. She was even able to deliver the cookies to us the day before in San Francisco. We were able to buy a specific number of kits for each child, which was nice too.Every kit was individually packaged which was a requirement from the school. I could see Kellie put a lot of care assembling each individual package with cookies, a mini frosting bag, and sprinkles in its own bag.Of course, the kids loved the cookies.It was a great experience working with Kellie.

I created a Yelp account just to give Kellie and Pretty Little Bakers five stars. If I could give more than five, I would. From start to finish, Kellie was a joy to work with. She made beautiful cookies for my friend's Divorce Party, which made my friend feel special during a time that can often be shrouded in pain. The cookies were such a big hit that I shared Kellie's contact and website information with all the partygoers. Since the party, I have made it a point to convince anyone and everyone to get custom treats through Pretty Little Bakers. You have a repeat customer in me for sure. Thank you, Kellie! Kellie makes the beat cookies. I almost feel guilty eating them they are so beautiful. They are a must try!!!
