I came in with my family last night 2/27 and was highly disappointed. My drink came out wrong and when I told the bartender he was extremely argumentative and said well that's how it was rang up. I asked could I get a side of tajin and I would just wipe the sugar off the rim instead of asking for a remake. The dude almost threw the cup across the table with so much attitude. After that it took almost 30/45 minutes just for our food order to even be taken. I ordered a medium steak and it came almost burnt. Well over well done. Not a single drop of red in the entire steak. Our Order took so long to get taken and then delivered that we were the last people in the restaurant. For the food prices I would highly recommend one of the other restaurants on the pier. Crab house is also on this pier with similar prices but the food quality is way more superior with a beautiful view. I only came here for the arcade so I would suggest going to the arcades before the pier and eating elsewhere. Heck even eating at Applebees would be more enjoyable than this place. Spent $150 and will never come back again.

Didn't come to eat just to enjoy a few drinks at the back bar of the arcade to enjoy the view. It was busy due to fleet week but the Bartender Jackson was friendly and very tentative and served us quick. He continued checking on us. He made us great tasting drinks and knows exactly what he was doing behind that bar. Order a Spicy Margarita, Pina Colada which was amazing! and a Paloma. All drinks had the perfect amount of flavor and were strong. I would recommend the back bar for the drinks and to just sit there and enjoy the view of the bay while on Pier 39.

**Only came for the arcades which were extremely expensive.Definitely a run down version of Dave and Busters from a game perspective.Servers when we entered were friendly.

This is one of the places I went to with my girlfriend on New Year's Eve. We wanted to get a small bite before we watched the fireworks. They were one of the few spots that were open. And we had just played the arcade for a couple hours to kill time.My GF and I had the homer chili in a bread bowl and the players hot wings. We were a little disappointed with the quality of our food. The wings were dry and you could tell they tried to cover it up by drowning it in hot sauce. The chili was okay. it was definitely hardy but could've used more salt and maybe sour cream. The bread bowl was also dry. The place was poppin. There was a lot of people, but the resturant could accommodate all of us. The servers were nice and kept checking up on us to see how we were. When we got to our table, my seat was sticky but I'll give them leeway because of how must it was. I recommend this place only if you're drinking. Then maybe the quality will go up a little.

Came to watch the USA Copa game. Had it on tons of TVs! The cheesesteak was good, nothing special but not bad. The waiter took a 30 min lunch break while we were there which was odd (I've never worked at a restaurant where you don't just eat on the go) but we were checked on by someone else in the meantime. Expensive for what it was- 1.50$ to add jalapenos to a sandwich and $3 to toss your fries in garlic. But good experience! Wish they had a bathroom inside other than the public one next door because the line could get long.

This was our first time at this location because every time you go to Pier 39 it is super busy. There were a few tables. we loved the view of the Bridge, it was incredible. Our drinks were the best especially the Mai Tai! Highly recommended!!! And last but not least pesto flat bread with pepperoni, FIREE! Our waitress was super attentive, super friendly!

The restaurant is right at Pier 39, has good seating capacity, servers are attentive but asking too much too often sometimes does become overbearing, hence pretty avoidable. The food quality and draft beer is okay. Caesar's Salad had much too much cheese and dressing. Also, for the price, onion rings portion could not do justice, at all. The sandwich and chips were avg tasting. Considering the location at Pier 39 one can overlook the value for money bit, but cannot overlook the food quality. They validate one hour from the overall Pier 39 parking charges ($12 per hour). The place can get very noisy cos of the gaming arcade next to the seating area and there is no partition between the spaces. Overall a tepid experience.

Food was horrible - we came to get out the heat today and it was not worth the $84 we spent to eat here. 40 mins for food to come out when barely any customers. No refills on any drinks, my daughter's $12.00 Mac and cheese was Kraft stale old Mac and cheese the manager tried to tell me it's made fresh daily and they heat it up for customers who want it, dude it was barely warm?!? like what? So I'm paying for hours old Mac and cheese because it was 4:30pm when we were eating for 12.00 your trippen! My Caesar salad was small for the price and the chicken was dry and bland.. learn to hire better chefs! Yall used to be the place years ago always ate here.Only thing good was the fries.. wouldn't choose this place out of all the restaurants to eat here with your children or even yourself. Try some where else!

This was exactly what I expected it to be, plus very entertaining for my kid. The host was very kind (owner vibes? Not sure) and the food was what I assumed what I'd get (typical sports bar). People complaining about the prices, realize what they probably pay for this location and it makes sense. Beer glass was chilled, always a plus.
