Noe Valley Bakery is my preferred Bakery in San Francisco. Amazing selection of pastries, cakes, etc. Super friendly staff. It's such a popular Bakery, there is usually a few people standing in line just to get in the door

Pricey, but the mini cupcakes are perfect for a weeknight treat. Most frosting is a rich buttercream unless you get a cake with a chantilly cream or cream cheese frosting. Sometimes has a line during busy times, but they are a well oiled machine.

I recently stopped by Noe Valley Bakery and had the most incredible pistachio tart with a raspberry filling inside--seriously, it was divine! The raspberry filling was perfectly tangy, with just the right amount of tartness to balance the rich, nutty pistachio flavor. The contrast between the filling and the light, flaky pastry shell was *chef's kiss*. But what really took it over the top was the pistachio rim. It added such a nice crunch and extra layer of flavor that made each bite feel like a little celebration in my mouth. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the craftsmanship is spot on. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area--I'm already dreaming about going back for another one!

New year, new mannerism. I've stopped by a couple of times recently and left turned off.No greeting, cold interaction, and overall uncomfortable experience. I've always B-lined to Noe Valley Bakery for the best sweet treats but fair to say not the best service on the block.

I enjoy going to Noe Valley Bakery in the Autumn . It is especially a good place to celebrate Rosh Hashana the Jewish New Year and grabbing some Challah Bread. Noe Valley Bakery Challah Bread was soft and smooth with a good taste. There is also my favorite dessert of all four seasons when available which is pumpkin pie cheese cake. I have been waiting for it to be available and it finally dropped this week in October at the Noe Valley Bakery. I enjoy a good pumpkin pie and Noe Valley Bakery has the right amount of savory and sweetness ( not too sweet) but it is pretty rich. The flavor of the pumpkin pie was tasty. During the heatwave the a chilled pumpkin pie hits the spot. Noe Valley Bakery always delivers some great desserts to enjoy at anytime of the year. They also have Honey Cake available along with their cupcakes and celebratory cakes. Noe Valley Bakery is the place that makes and bakes One of the best personal pumpkin pie cheese cakes

Came here to pick up a lemon raspberry tart for Cindy's birthday! The pre-order process was easy. I wasn't able to do it on the website because I think I was too early (? or maybe it was too late?), so I placed a phone order instead and provided my credit card info over the phone.Everything in here looks SO good. I want it all. Next time I will have to try the other items here, but they have something for everyone!The least exciting part was waiting to get helped. We stood at the "pick up order" line for a while like 15 minutes, even though we were the only people in this "line". The employees just kept helping people who came into the store and never asked us if we needed anything. Maybe a bell or something placed here would be nice? After we picked up the tart, the employee was very kind and even helped us write some words on the tart.Overall, yummy pastries! Would definitely come here again.

Such a delightful bakery. I ordered the pound cake and the baguette roll. The baguette roll was the perfect amount of light and fluffy on the inside and was perfect for dipping into olive oil. The outside was a little chewier than I would have like, but I'm wondering if that's also cause I came later in the day. I loved the pound cake. It has the nice sugary flakey crust that I like in a pound cake (which I don't see very often at bakeries). And the inside was also the perfect sweetness. It would have been perfect if it was more moist but overall a very fantastic pound cake.

Amazing service and baked goods, NVB is my go to for treats and bread. Always fresh, and delicious. The staff is kind, lively, and a joy. I recommend the cakes, cupcakes, and baguette

Noe Valley bakery is a staple in this neighborhood, and is so good that it always has a line. Weekends are a disaster, but honestly, it's worth the wait. I've never tried anything bad from this bakery. Their fresh breads are incredible, especially the chocolate cherry bread, which is EXACTLY as sinful and decadent as it sounds, and the fig bread (ditto). They also started a delivery service, so you can have baked goods delivered to people you love in San Francisco.
