Wow these sandwiches are impressive and very affordable compared to some sandwich shops.Had 2 sandwiches, bag of chips, and a drink for less than $40.Considering some places you pay $20 for just a sandwich this was a good priced and good portion meal.Located inside like a little mini mart so you can get plenty of other items.Saw on Yelp and was staying local.Service was decently quick with two older gentlemen working, I believe that to be Mike and Ken themselves.A very calm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly service delivered.My first time here and I'm impressed. I'll be back.The rancher was the preferred sandwich the meatball was good too though!

So we read the reviews and decided to drop by and get some sandwiches. CHICKEN CLUB -Chicken Breast.Bacon, Avocado w/cheeseTHE RANCHER -Turkey.Bacon.Avocado,& Cheese, w/GarlicRanch sauce KENNY G- Hot Roast BeefCheddar cheese bacon avocado onion peppers garlic bbq sauce ITALIANO -Salami.Ham. Bolognese mortadella with provolone cheese.It took a while to get the sandwiches. They only had two Dutch crunch bread loaves left. Definitely a popular request. The sandwiches were good. Very filling and shareable or abundantly good for 2 meals!

If you are driving on 101 coming in from the Aiport, heading to the City, or Peninsula, stop by this deli. Best sandwiches ever, they offer the choice of San Francisco famous Dutch Crunch or Sourdough Breads. Each order is handcrafted and served exactly the way you request . Today's order was served and prepared by the original Mike and Ken, so good to see these guys... parking can be a little rough at times, but you can place your order. Call them ahead of time. It'll be ready when you get there. They do have a couple of tables that you can sit inside.

My god! Where to start. I first tried this place 1-2 years ago by accident. Got a bacon breakfast sandwich, drove to Oakland to catch my bus and started eating. I was amazed how good this was that I had to eat here again. Came back and ate my sandwich outside the store and BAM! Even better!! I've been here a hand full of times and THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT!! Not only is the food great but the hospitality/customer service is amazing! RIP Mike! Your brothers are doing a great job! Very comforting walking into this store!!

Cozy, hole in the wall deli. Got the roast beef, everything in it. Yum! Quality ingredients, homey service, and really good prices. $9.99 + tax. Will be back!

The sandwiches and service are always amazing. If I am ever by oyster point, that's my go to spot for sandwiches. All the sandwiches are delicious

A no-frills, delicious deli! I've been on a sandwich hunt lately and today was one of those days I genuinely craved a sandwich. I wanted a place I had never tried before and this did not disappoint. The deli is in a small market in the outskirts of SSF. There's street parking right in front. The sandwich counter is to the right when you walk in. You wait in line at the counter and someone will get to you. The menu is on the wall and they have a placard on the counter with the bread, cheeses, and condiments they offer so it's easy to reference what you want. I'm a simple turkey on sourdough. The amount of meat is great and the other toppings are standard. I did wish there was more garlic sauce. The garlic flavor is usually what takes sandwiches to a new level for me, but it was still a solid sandwich. Regular sandwiches are only $8.99 (or $9.50 if you pay with card because there's a 50 cent card fee for orders under $10). It's definitely a deal these days and you can support a small business. Whether you're in the area or want to make a special trip out, you'll leave with a solid sandwich!

Have been coming here for years. When I moved out of town I would stop by anytime I was close. Garlic spread on sandwiches is fire. Great stop for a sandwich.

Such a huge sandwhich for the price. I got the breakfast sandwhich with bacon. The feedback from the Cali club was the Dijon mustard, my boyfriend does not like it. I am not sure if it was on the menu but confirming the mustard type would be helpful as neither of us like Dijon. Other than that I was impressed with the sandwiches.

Nice little find. Not the best neighborhood but the sandwiches are worth the stop. I wish I got more piroshkis. They were piping hot!Service is what you'd expect from a two person operation. Slow service with the warmest of smiles. They put a lot of love in what they make and you could taste it. They have seating but not much. When we arrived it was almost closing time so the chairs were already up so we ordered to go. Sandwiches are good to share unless your famished. Oh and don't forget the piroshkis! Ask for it warm. Will definitely come back if were in the neighborhood.
