Happy Buddha is a great vegetarian dish, with glassy noodle, tofu, black mushrooms, black fungus, cabbage, carrots, and more in a wonderful sauce. Order another and a side of rice, and you'll get a lot food.The restaurant doesn't get a lot of people dining in, but I'm sure they get a lot of takeout orders.Dining in is itself a simple and quiet experience. You order, you wait, you eat, you pay, and finally you leave saying thank you and goodbye to the waiter.

I've been ordering from them FOR OVER 15 YEARS +I there a MINUS ZERO? Rating???This evening I ordered my regular order. Walnut Prawns and Combination Won Ton Soup. The delivery guy shows up, I tip him. he leaves I get the order to the kitchen and I have the Won Ton Soup but no Walnut shrimp. only some stupid rice.I call them. They say (broken English) they'll send someone w my food. he shows up same delivery guy NOTHING In HIS HAND!! what??? The ?/FUCK???I tell him get off my property and don't come back empty handed. He looks at me like he wants to fight. I stand my ground, TRY IT MOTHER FUCKER. He leaves. Smart Man. I call Jasmin tea house and the phone rings off the hook 50 rings no answer... ASSHOLEs. take my money and not deliver what I ordered!!

Absolutely fantastic and cozy spot for comfort Chinese food. Their general tso chicken is AMAZING. Their indoor seating is very cozy and they're fairly quick with takeout as well. I've been here two Fridays in a row now.

They really need to update their menu.I ordered their combination dinner to go expecting to receive multiple items, but instead was bamboozled. They want you to choose ONE item. They really need to change that.Their portions are small, and so is their to go soup. I feel cheated and there's a reason there's no one at this restaurant during lunch time.Their small broccoli plate was overly salty and like I had mentioned was not worth the price tag.Skip this place. Don't fall for their combination menu.

First time ordering from JTH. Ordered via GrubHub. Delivery was on time but food was Meh!! Got the Sui Mai and the chicken chow mein. No sauce with either. Not even a packet of soy sauce. The chow mein is greasy and the chicken is sparse and slimy. I am not impressed! I'm kind of grossed out actually

I love to come here for the lunch specials. My fav is eggplant with chicken and shrimp. The lunch special comes with rice and hot and sour soup. Good value, good taste, can't complain! The restaurant itself is always empty during lunchtime and I think they do mostly takeout orders. Only street parking if you're driving and it's on a pretty busy street

I had ankle surgery so I'm depending on apps to feed myself bc I can't walk. I used to frequent JTH and I don't remember why I stopped. But to ugh t's experience wasn't great. Maybe it is because it's the holidays and a Saturday night so I am not going to sweat off them forever yet. It took an hour to get my food - the driver waited 30 minutes at the restaurant to pick it up, then it was 3 minutes to my house, so not the driver's fault. Ordered sizzling rice soup and potstickers. They forgot the sizzling rice! Like, that's the whole point of the soup! And the potstickers were burned on the outside and semi-raw on the inside and just not appetizing at all. I feel like I just wasted a lot of money I don't have because I can't work with this injury. Such a disappointment.

The food is really good and flavorful. (I've been to this restaurant many times before, since 2010). The service could be more consistent and attentive, but the waitress was welcoming and friendly. However, the restaurant was a little disorganized and dirty. This could improve. There are boxes and to go materials for their take out orders all over the back part of the dinning room, some dirty tables, no condiments. The windows are dirty, too.
