House Of Hunan

This is my new favorite Chinese food place in SF. We got the vegetable pot stickers, mu shu shrimp, eggplant with basil and tofu, and fish filet with tofu. Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered as take out too, and it was phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and had amazing flavor. And I think it was some of the best mu shu shrimp I've ever had. Can't wait to order again!

I don't think this is the best Chinese food but it's definitely the most convenient since we live around the block from here. My favorite is the tomato beef crispy noodles. The noodles have a great crunch and the beef is tender. The wonton soup has a nice salty broth and the portions they give are perfect. The honey walnut prawns didn't have a lot of sauce and were pretty soggy. That was surprisingly my least favorite dish. I've always gotten to go. Inside is very small and they only gave a few tables.

Love the food and service - owners are wonderful and food is always yummy. Great for takeout

Got the hot n sour soup (veg no egg), chow fun w/ vegetables, and dried fried string beans. Delicious! Loved each dish. Would come back every time I'm in town

Food is better than most places in SFI've been here a few times the chicken wings, and it is a No! But the flavor is on pointThe fried rice is nit it the croc pot then mix with veggies its actual fried togetherMy go-to spot in SFNote: Try for yourself.

A solid Chinese take out option in SoMa. They're very friendly and helpful. I loved the chicken and green beans.

Great food with great people and I have been coming there for 12 years now. I work for the ball park and this my go to place when I'm hungry and want great food. My favorite Twice Cook Pork in the city. They are very generous with portions size. Besides the TCP I get the Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Pork and Won Ton Soup. I'm not the only Giants employee that has been coming there for years. If you want great food and not oily crap in the City check this place out.

We actually liked the food It's not the best but we enjoyed itI dinged a star because we ordered Sichuan chicken and we got some shrimp dish UghIt was ready in 10 minutes .....maybe take a bit longer and read what the customer ordered We had the green beans, house fried rice and Sichuan dumplings (which was our favorite)
