QSR version of harbor view, you order cafeteria style here and the food is good, portion and prices are both solid but variety is limited based on the day. I would check the menu before coming here. The beef and noodles both tasted good but were a bit simple from a flavor profile perspective. The service is friendly and attentive. Space is clean and well lit, no sit down option.

$19.55 seems a bit pricey for a rice & meat lunch combo (Harborview Beef & Fried Rice) from a to-go counter. It is better than Panda Express for sure, but not *that* much better. Thus is the state of lunch downtown in San Francisco!Harborview Beef: I am a fan of this beef. It's tender, yet firm. It's full of great marinated flavor. It looks lacquered, yet it's not sticky. One of the better stir fry beef options I've had actually. It's not cooked in veggies, but it's resting on some raw cabbage shreds so the portion isn't as big as you'd initially think. With the side of rice, it was filing enough for lunch, but I was hungry a few hours later.Honey Glazed BBQ Pork: Surprisingly tasty. More lacquered and candy-like than what you'd typically get in Chinatown. Less fatty too. At $16.29 with fried rice, it's not exactly a steal, but it's also not as offensive as the $19.55 beef and fried rice. Felt like there was more meat here too. Also, the cooked cabbage underneath the pork was a very good contrast the porky richness.Fried Rice: While the Harborview Beef and Honey Glazed BBQ Pork are packed with flavor, this fried rice was pretty weak. Not much flavor, as one can infer from the weak light yellow coloring and scant amount of veggies. Would have been nice to have a little roast pork and egg mixed in for substance.

Glad to see this place back open again, but they only have limited hot options on hand. When I went, they only had beef with seasonal vegetables, kung pao chicken, and spicy eggplant. You need to order most of the items online before you arrive or order in store and wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to prepare your dish. Unfortunately, they no longer sell the restaurants dumplings here anymore.

I came here way too often lol fulfilling my Chinese stomach.Price & Portion: 5/5For around the same price as a Panda Express combo you can get an authentic Cantonese meal. They give you a huge portion too! It's a really good deal. Food: 5/5 Princess chicken set 5/5Roasted duck set 5/5Bbq pork and tofu set 5/5 They later started to offer noodle soups where you can choose either the chicken, duck, or bbq pork as the protein. Tears of happiness. I think the noodle soup goes really well with the bbq pork and tofu! With some steamed bok choy as the veggie. 5/5!Special beef 5/5 My favorite item on their menu! Staff: 5/5Staff are all Cantonese people who are very friendly and SUPER GENEROUS in feeding you a lot of food haha.

This is a weekday lunch takeout-only option downstairs in a separate space from the main Harborview restaurant and bar upstairs, though they share a kitchen and use a dumbwaiter to transport steam trays of food back and forth. It opened a couple months ago, a few months after the Harborview opened upstairs. It's basically Panda Express style, you can choose fried rice or chow mein and then your option of 1-3 vegetable, meat, or seafood entrees. They also have okay dim sum and Cantonese roasted meat options. To be honest, I preferred the taste and quality of the old Crystal Jade To Go in this same space, but the fact remains that Harborview Go is the best quick Asian food option in the immediate area if you're tired of Onigilly directly across. They are also on MealPal, which is a pretty nice perk. MealPal here is fried rice, steamed broccoli, and then one of the protein entrees, rotating every day.

Saw some people eating yummy looking Chinese food in the plaza looking toward the Ferry Building and found out Harborview has started a takeout lunch. It's $9 for 1 item, 1 side and $11 for 2 items, 1 side. I got the 2 item plate and got Kung Pao Shrimp (good sized shrimp with good amount for veggies) -- this was the star of the combo plate! My other Main was a special beef which was good -- well seasoned and not too dry. I chose fried rice, but I think they were running low so I got to try both fries rice and chow mein. It's standard issue rice and noodles. I'd say Yank Sing's lunch plate fried rice is better, but there you're getting dim sum and not cooked mains. Great lunch option addition to the area! Real Chinese food, reasonably priced for this neighborhood and fast service.

The food was good. It is a bit on the pricey side. Just a bit. But the food was really good. Very authentic Chinese. The service was actually good and very fast. If you're looking for really good Chinese food this is the place but don't be surprised with the bill. It's worth it. If you want to impress you can with this place.

Just meh. Had the one item lunch with pineapple chicken and noodles, both tasted bland. Had expected more from this restaurant.
