Thought it was time to update my review for this place. I let my immigrant mom review it last time and I can't bring myself to delete it because it's hilarious. This place holds a special place in my heart because I used to come here all the time. It's your standard Chinese fast food and the glazed donuts are my fave (ask them to microwave it for 7 seconds to make it even better!). They have special order items where the chef makes the dish fresh if you don't know how long the food has been sitting out. Safe items on the steam table are the fried rice, chow mein, spicy chicken wings, broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, kung pao chicken, and chop suey. Support local businesses! This one's been around since I was born.

TL;DR - Sometimes you gotta enjoy the little things. This place is great. It's quick, easy, and it satisfies that craving that you get for really greasy bu filling Chinese fast food. They even got donuts and coffee to go. They accept card! It's right by the bart station, not hard to miss. They've got all your favorites like sweet/sour pork, orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice, etc. It rang up under $10 for 2 items! The server was really trying to get rid of those noodles because she hammered on those serving sizes!!! I hate to admit it, it's a fun spot when you're looking for that specific taste!

This place has been here for over 20 years. It's rare for a restaurant establishment to last that long in San Francisco because of the increasing rent... so I hope it lasts!! Cross my fingers. The donuts are cheap and delicious. I usually get the sugar, glaze, or chocolate. The Chinese fast food is exactly what you would expect if you want a hearty meal. I usually get the chow mein, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken, fried garlic potatoes, and veggie tofu. For the amount of food that you get, I believe this is one of the best deals in the city if you're craving Chinese fast food. Who needs Panda Express when you can support a local business instead?!? I'll definitely be back.

I sometimes come here after work and have always enjoyed it. Where else can you get Chow Mein, a Baked Chicken Drumstick and an Apple Fritter for dessert all in one place!? I also love the Egg Foo Yung (Chinese Omelette). Sometimes I order an extra one to bring home with me. The location is great because it is right across the street from the 24th Street BART Station, which is very convenient. I just wish they had more tables, because it can get quite crowded at times. But all in all, I would recommend this little jewel on Mission Street.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Waited in line like everyone else for donuts this morning but they served the woman behind me first cuz and lied about it when I spoke up and asked her what she was doing. Don't lie and don't play favorites. I was about to order $50 worth of donuts for work. Hope it was worth it for the other lady's $1 order. Got the Chinese food once and it was so bad. Think of chewy over cooked dark meet covered in a horrendous sauce and loosely battered with a side of undercooked veggies.

Took care of me very well. I went in for just a snack and was served a meal. Portion size for the price was more than I could ask for. I will return on my next trip to the bay area.

As soon as I walk through the door as a black woman she do you need anything or how you're doing she was wiping down the countertop with dishwashing gloves on then taking those same gloves, actually making and dealing with the food I'm standing and waiting for my order to be taken after spending money with them every day and the lady that's normally here was not here today. The gentleman prepared my food as he prepares my food he brings it out. He then took my plate back and did not want to serve my order. This is not the restaurant that I want to get anybody to come and do business with because they're very prejudiced. They're very disrespectful and they're very nasty. You have flies flying all around their food with nothing covering or protecting the food. As you can see in the picture, the plate is on the caner after she prejudices discussed in her language with the cook in the back to say that she was not gonna ring me up he decided not to even allow me to have my plate which is only a sign to me that it wasn't worse me even getting the plate and at this point it's not even worth me doing business with them as I have been coming here on a regular basis and the woman that's here now is a short Chinese looking woman with black hair with a very nasty attitude and at this point I would not want to spend any money at this facility nor would ask any any to come here and the and the the the as well.
