Caramela By Ines

This review is long overdue! Ines designed this cake perfectly. I sent her a handful of images of what I wanted on the cake. It came out beautifully and exactly what I imagined. My niece was SO thrilled when she saw her birthday cake. She loves pink and Minnie Mouse so this made her incredibly happy. The cake itself was also delicious! We got a vanilla cake and fresh raspberries. Thank you so much Ines!!! I'm definitely ordering again in the future.

The owner Ines was very responsive and made the best cake for my son's first birthday. We had a baby shark theme and ordered a two tier cake with her orange/toasted hazelnuts and the lemon/lavender flavors. The cake was gorgeous and also delicious! We got a lotOf compliments on both the looks of the cake and the flavor. Also the cake was not very sweet which is very rare to find these days! Highly recommended! Thanks Ines :)

Ines created an amazing cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Due to the pandemic, we exchanged information over Email and she took our order. The result was amazing! My daughter loved the cake and the taste was excellent-light and not too sweet! I can't recommend Ines enough, she was very easy and pleasant to work with and instantly unserstood what we needed. I placed a two-tier custom cake order for a baby shower and it was FANTASTIC! Everything about it was perfect - the design, flavor, details! I had the cake delivered and it arrived on time. Not to mention, I was busy setting up for the event but Ines sent a text message letting me know the cake had arrived and was placed in the fridge. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this talented baker/bakery. We received so many compliments from our guests - 10/10!

OmgThe Yummiest cake ever!I don't even like chocolate cake much but my husband loves so we ordered chocolate flavor and it was most delicious chocolate cake I've ever tasted!I found this place online for my baby's first birthday.And I asked Ines to see if they can make special Korean dol cake topper and she did! It was too perfect and they delivered our cake to our door in perfect time!I'll definitely order another one for next birthday party next year!

Ines is exceptional. Our son's 1st birthday cake was absolutely perfect. Family was very impressed with the decor and flavor of the cake. The buttercream, vanilla, and raspberry were excellent - not too sweet, which we appreciate and value. We've ordered cakes through another baker previously and although the decorations looked nice, the taste of the cake wasn't there.  This one had it all!! It was also surprisingly easy to transport, which put us at ease! We'll most definitely be ordering future celebration cakes with Ines!

I am two years late for this review and thought of our wedding cake while watching Great British Bakeoff! A few notes about Ines: super attentive and accommodating, easily understood my cake request (simple, rustic, clean), and made the most delicious cakes that I still think about today. I got a two-tier with lemon lavender & chocolate espresso, and they were both outstanding. Makes me wish I could get married again!

Wow!! Look no further. If I could give Ines six stars, I would without hesitation. She is so talented... a true artist. She created a beautiful and delicious gender reveal cake for my husband and me. Everyone loved it. Communication and coordination were easy. We'll be working with her again in the future, that's for sure.

Ines is immensely talented and a great artist. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries, collaborative, and full of suggestions regarding the theme I wanted for my twin daughters' first birthday cake. Ines used her creativity to deliver the most beautiful birthday cake for my babies. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous and elegant it looked. Moreover, it tasted delicious! (Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream and Toasted Hazelnuts) I highly recommend Ines and would not hesitate to contact her in the future.

This is my wife's business. Yes I'm biased! But also, no one else has seen how much passion, hard work and love she puts on her craft. Can't count how many time I've seen her redoing things at 2 in the morning because of the high standards she put on herself and business. To the long term loyal customers out there, making orders year after year, Ines frequently mentions you came back! This brings her so much joy and pride, you are prob now aware. Thanks!To the new customers, you are in for a treat. But, if you are looking to order in the next ~5 months, you are out of luck. We are having a baby mid Nov, and she'll be back April 2022.
