(This review is only reflected of them and not the other offerings as I've never deviated from what I LOVE)Super fresh, filling & flavorful bowls that i can never finish in one sitting, because they are substantial. The service is super quick and super super friendly! I typically order for pickup as I'm walking there. They do have several tables inside and out for seating if you'd like to enjoy your goods there. It's super quaint with a tropical vibe.Bowl'd is always consistent, so if you're nearby and need a healthy fix, definitely head here."

Sher T. "Wow! We weren't expecting such great food at a food court! This is restaurant quality food and they give you so much of it! The elderly gentleman who works there (owner?) is very sweet. We got the lamb shank and the lamb ground beef kabob (not sure if that was the right name). Both were delicious, tho the ground lamb was a bit too spicy for me. The lamb shank was excellent. But my favorites were the sides. Their "special" rice has so much flavor without being too spicy. Their chickpea is also delicious and I'm not usually someone who likes rice or chickpeas THAT much. There was also yogurt and some other veggies that were all delicious on the plates. This mall is struggling. Come support these ppl at the food courts. We have been here twice since we discovered Mashallah. Will go back soon. So good!"

There is a parking lot nearby but you could also just pull up real quick to grab your food. I def recommend asking for salsa on the side and most importantly for them to grill the tortilla for the burrito which they are happy to do. The burrito tastes extra yummy this way!!"

Jay P. "Ramen in Potrero, Torraku was once a popular food truck that has now planted itself in a nice brick and mortar location that has coffee and empanadas close by. In 2017 it was listed on SF's best food truck list and if you've been a fan they've carried over their black and red color scheme to the restaurant. The good thing is they are used to operating at high volume with fast turn around so the food comes out really fast. The menu is small but they do serve Japanese beers and sake.Shoyu Ramen: Noodles and broth were perfect and the chashu and seaweed were abnormally large, it was very tasty. For being proportional I would have loved more green onion.Spicy Miso Ramen: Perfect for warming you up on a cool SF day, it's savory with a delicate heat and thicker cut pieces of meat. Overall size may be perfect for other people but my friend and I could not finish our bowls, it seemed like we kept eating and eating and the bowl looked exactly the same so great value for the price."

Make your tacos a SUPER and you won't be disappointed. It'll come topped with shredded cheese. I usually order Al Pastor Super Tacos and they haven't disappointed. They come with pickled carrots, radish, and jalapeños which I love to have in every bite. They also have other dishes aside from tacos but those are my go-tos. We ordered a carne asada Torta as well but I personally didn't get to try it but heard it was good. This truck is parked right across from the Tanforan Mall next to the flashy gas station. There's usually a lot of free parking on that side of the street where you can just munch down on your order. Recommend this place if you want some cheap super tacos!!"

They also had a pretty tasty Hong Kong milk tea.Takeout Dim Sum also available. For the sampling I bought half a dozen har gao/shrimp dumpling and a handful of egg tarts. While they were pre-ordered and picked up warm, the hargao was sitting in a pool of water (from the steaming?) and we're soggy. The egg tarts were also warm with a nice flaky crust. I found the filling to be on the sweeter side, not to my liking.Would I be back? Would try some of their other dim sum next time...and for a another refreshing milk tea.Situated at a production site. Tiffany D. "From the past pictures of this taco truck, I didn't get any turnips nor jalepenos. Maybe they stopped it or ran out. It would have been nice to have experience the full package if that is what it is usually. Regardless, their tacos are still packed with flavor and sauce. A bit on the dry side, but that's why they give at least lime wedges to help with the dry side. Their beef cheek is superbly tender! Chorizo was nicely spiced up as well as their pastor. I wish they added the pineapple and made it al pastor instead. It would have made it one upped on that taco! They ran out of fish, which is what I wanted as a seafood taco so I just ordered up two pastors. I should have gotten like carne asada beef, but desired pastor a lot more at the time of ordering and substituting the fish instead. They have rice entrees and burrito wraps. My eyes are always on tacos when it comes to taco trucks! Their drinks are mostly bottled. I wished that they served up more fresh drinks, such as horchata or iced tea. I didn't want any of the bottled sugared drinks. I delved right into the tacos and it surely satisfied the cravings of tacos!"

After scouring the map a little bit, I came across the Spark Social SF and the Parklab Gardens food truck area! I reviewed the list of available food trucks on their Instagram and decided we wanted to give Rasa Rasa a try! I knew I wanted to try the shrimp laksa and my partner was curious to try the Beef Rendang. Sadly, we arrive a bit late (~7pm) in the day and they ran out of shu mai and rendang. We decided on the laksa, satay platter, and a San Pelligrino (all drinks are ~$3)I loved how flavorful and piping hot both the dishes were! The shrimp was fresh, soup was nicely spicy, and the chicken satay was perfectly balanced and delicious. The laksa had a rounder rice-ish (maybe has other starches) noodle which was tasty, though I wish it had a rice noodle or egg noodle to absorb more of the broth! I loved the food and hope to try the rendang next time. It was perfect pre-event food and it's only about a 5 min walk to the Chase Center!"

So finally with nice weather we ventured forth, complicated by The Giants opening home series and a game that day. But literally parking car-ma had us right near the actual trucks spot even tho we meandered around checking out all the other foodie trucksThis area is so densely populated, the strip upon which this and the other vendors sit is pretty nice. A great place to chillax and pretty much have any food item you could think of. So Bae got her Al pastor burrito first while I spied for a table to sit. I took one bite and pretty much eliminated anything else from consideration. I went back got the street tacos and a burrito sans rice n beans. It was approaching 12 noon and fortunately there was no line yet. My order came out in 7 minutes. Only ate the two Al pastor street tacos and was full!. By far this is the absolute best Al pastor I've ever consumed. Golden in color strips of pork that are tender, salty, fatty ,sweet and succulent. I ate the burrito for dinner later, having tried to heat it up without foil in microwave. Damn if that suckah wasn't still juicy delicious! Cat C. "Unassuming but delicious. We've always passed by the little red food truck, but glad we finally checked them out one Saturday for lunch. My husband got a combo of carne asada and carnitas tacos. While I was in the mood for a super carnitas quesadilla. It was busy, but for a good reason. The tacos' tortillas are homemade and tacos reasonably stuffed with meat, chopped onions, and cilantro. Also tossed on the plate are the picked carrots and onions, and you may get a jalapeño. I believe all but one of their salsas are on the hotter side, we chose a red one which luckily was pretty mild. My quesadilla was huge and even came with lettuce inside, so it's a little healthy, right? It also came with salsa, avocado, and sour cream (I requested on the side). The carnitas wasn't dry and had some crispy parts, yum! However, it was a little soggy, probably from all the ingredients. But to be honest, a lot of quesadillas are on the soggy side. Hubs enjoyed his tacos, especially due to the tortillas. I tried a few bites of carnitas tacos and knew that next time I'd have these tacos. Flash forward, several weeks went by and I got carnitas tacos, while he got his usual split. Happy we finally checked them out. The menu is more straightforward, so no agua frescas or chips, but that's ok!"

Adam B. "A Mexican-Filipino fusion truck that seems to be Mexican in format, but with Filipino flavored meats. So tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. Since the Filipino meats have so much personality, it really was quite a wonderful combination.Sisig Nachos: I like that they didn't try to be fancy and just used that kind of bowling alley nacho cheese sauce. However, no chips from the bag here, they used fresh made tortilla chips. Fried up thick and crispy so they didn't get soggy on the journey back to the office. The standard nacho toppings, but with some deliciously spiced sisig. I especially liked the chips in the corner that soaked up some of that yummy vinegary sauce.Tocino Burrito: Slightly sweet pork gives this otherwise normal burrito a nice upgrade. Tocino is pretty intense so all the carbs of the tortilla and rice carry it well. I like that they toasted the sides of the burrito, for a little texture contrast.Ubechata: I like ube anything, so this was hit. Creamy and quite sweet. Very rich, so I actually preferred drinking this a little later in the day as an afternoon dessert "milkshake"."

It was okay, definitely tasted like carbonated tarragon. I did enjoy pulling out the Google Translate on the bottle. As for the Pelmeni, I fear they put way too much sour cream on it. The dumplings were good, but next time I'd ask for the sour cream on the side. The potatoes were fine, they're potatoes. Same with the cabbage slaw. The bright orange paint of Tacos El Flamingo has always drawn my attention when parked in downtown San Mateo, but the first time I actually found it active was at the Sunday Burlingame Farmer's Market! Tacos, of course, are the thing to get--I asked for a recommendation, and the server touted the pastor spicy pork, made of strips of lean and fatty pork grilled to perfection with a delicious marinade. It was served on two yellow corn tortillas and dressed with chopped cilantro, onion, and salsa verde, along with pickled carrots, radish, and lime on the side! While tasty, the pork was definitely on the greasy side. I also tried the asada steak taco, made of chopped pieces of grilled steak with the same toppings. Overall, this was a nice plate of tacos, though not the best I've had and rather expensive for the portion sizes. But this truck will continue to stand out to me, thanks to its bright, flamingo-like color if nothing else!"
