Salty Flame

I haven't been for dinner yet but wow! Their happy hour is unmatched! Drinks are delicious, different, and the best part is they're $8! Try the guava cocktail- you won't regret it. We ordered everything on the happy hour menu (also all $8.) Can do without the spicy tuna pocket - lacks flavor and small portion. The shrimp tempura sushi roll is GREAT, we ordered seconds and it's shareable. The chicken is delicious, and the fries and edamame are classic shareable options. All in all, great choice for Brickell happy hours and i will be back!

We had a great experience at Salty Flame. They have both inside and outside seating, but the vibe inside is awesome. To start, we tried the Siu Mai Dumplings. They came out within two minutes of us ordering! The service throughout the dinner was spectacular. My recommended entrees:Noodles - Song Hua Ban Noodles. They are filling and very flavorful.Fish - Branzino. It's flavorful and melts in your mouth.Sushi - Salmon Avocado rollSalad - Asian Chop - this one is great for splitting as an app as well.To drink, I we tried their classic Lily Pad cocktail as well as a mezcal margarita. Drinks were unique, and not too sweet. I'll definitely be back!

First and foremost the restaurant is VERY chic and cute. The dj was also the singer which I thought was very cool! The staff was EXTREMELY attentive. Our waitress Andrea was super sweet. The hospitality was fantastic the rating does not go toward that. The food was okay, very basic tasting food I wanted to love it but the flavors weren't all there for my specific palate. We tried the dumplings 3/5, Korean chikin 4/5, edamame 2/5, salt and pepper shrimp 2/5, sweet and sour chicken 3/5, sashimi plate 3/5. The drinks were very cute but sweet which again is up to the person personal preference.

Perfect spot for a date night! We absolutely loved the ambiance, the vibes, and the music. The drinks were the highlight for us--especially the lychee pop, which I could sip on all night. The service was fantastic, and the food didn't disappoint either, with generous portions. I probably could've shared my plate, but ended up taking home the leftovers. It is a bit on the pricey side, typical for Brickell, but definitely worth it for a date night or brunch!

This is such a great location to have a girls night, catch up with friends, or anything if you're looking to add a little something fun to your dinner. Food was delicious, the drinks could have been a bit stronger, the DJ was awesome, and the service was quick! Overall would come again!

Came here for Miami Spice with a large group. We made a reservation and I'd recommend doing so especially on the weekend. There was live music and a DJ performing and while great for entertainment it was a little difficult to hear the other people at my table because it was too loud. For my main dish I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It was good but I wouldn't say it was earth shattering. To me, the real stars were the appetizers. All delicious. The pork ribs and the fried chicken (not pictured) were delicious. If you're going to order anything it has to be the pork ribs. The dumplings made me wish that the order came with more than 2. The drinks were fun and tasty and the dessert was okay. If I were to back it would definitely be for drinks and appetizers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salty Flame in Brickell with two friends, where we decided to take full advantage of their Miami Spice menu. The plan was simple: order one of everything and savor each dish.We started with the Siu Mai Dumplings, which were filled with a blend of shrimp and pork, wrapped in a tender dumpling skin, and steamed to perfection. These dumplings were a burst of flavor with each bite. Next up was the Korean Fried Chicken, which quickly became a favorite. The chicken was crispy and coated in a sweet Gochujang glaze, garnished with scallions, sesame seeds, and Fresno chili. The combination of sweet and spicy made this dish irresistible. We also tried the Paigu Pork Ribs, five marinated spare ribs coated in a sweet and sticky Chinese BBQ sauce. The ribs were tender and flavorful, with crushed peanuts, Fresno chili, and cilantro , perfection. For our entrées, we shared the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Jasmine Rice, Branzino, and Ribeye. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a perfect balance of tangy and savory. The Branzino was light and perfectly cooked, and the Ribeye was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, a bit on the small side but none the less delicious. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the Chocolate Cake and some gelato. The cake was rich and decadent, while the gelato added a creamy and refreshing finish to our feast.But the food was only part of what made our experience at Salty Flame so memorable. The vibe in the restaurant was lively and amazing, with a live singer and DJ creating an energetic yet relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect backdrop for a night of great food and even better company.

Sooo delicious. The kimchi fries and cucumbers are my favorite. I love the steak options too, it's always amazing and the price is very fair for a nice Brickell restaurant. The only thing I didn't love sadly is the chili martini. I like the idea of it but it's just a cup of mezcal with one drop of chili - I hope they become bolder and do a lao gan ma rim or something! The blue drink is delicious though and the decal on top is so cute. The decor is so fun and unique - I love the sign on the ceiling and the bar layout - and it's a great time when they have a DJ. The servers are super nice and give great recommendations. They had a better Miami Spice menu than most places as well, with pretty good portions, instead of tiny dishes. I'm already craving the kimchi fries again.

Salty Flame was the perfect date night spot. The ambiance was lively with a live dj and singer. Angie gave the best service behind the bar and was very attentive. The food was great as it had an interesting twist on Asian food.

We had a fun time. Food and service was great! Así for the ambiance, I'll give it a 10.
