Salaryman Toco Hills

We had such an enjoyable first time dinner experience the other night. Our server, J. Was very friendly & helpful. She suggested ordering different items to get an idea of the Japenese/Korean inspired cuisine. And we did just that!J. Charmed me with a story about the sake, the drunken whale. Loved it! The sake was good too. it paired well with the tuna tartare & salmon sashimi. We then tried the gyoza, shrimp, beef bulg. on soft yeast bread, & the white pizza. We had a great variety. Everything was tasty & came out in a timely manner. It's a very casual environment. There is a small bar area. They also have outdoor seating. Families, families with young children, dates, older, younger...quite a mix of folk that enjoy this restaurant. The restaurant was filled with people & it was quite loud, but nothing unusual nor bothersome. It was a vibe & I definitely enjoyed it. We will go back to try more items & repeat some of the ones we've already tried.

The Pho bowl was humongous, flavorful and very filling ( I shared my bowl ) The soy garlic wings were amazing , I wanted MORE they were Delicious !!! The service was great, because our waiter shared her own personal favorites and was able to give details about food items we had questions about. The ambiance was cool , since there's an area where you can sit outside. Kids eat free on Tuesdays! Grade: B+

We had a great experience at Salaryman. My favorite items were the bulgogi quesadilla, Korean fried chicken wings, and the bulgogi pizza. I'd definitely come back here to eat. Great spot for casual dining. Has amount of seating and you can either eat indoors or outside.

Nice spot for a casual dinner with friends or family if you're looking for good fusion food and a decent bar!I tried a few dishes and I wouldn't say any of them were stand outs or the best food I've ever had, but I generally enjoyed all of plates that I tried! The fried chicken and the quesadilla were pretty standard and you can never go wrong with them, and I thought the bibimbop pizza was unique, but tasted really good too!The service was good and it wasn't too pricy, so I'll definitely be back when I'm craving Asian food!

well..... our family visit here was AWESOME! Our server J was cool! The food selection and quality was top notch. I will fill this back in later with more info but its worth a try!!

did not expect this place to be good, but the $13 lunch bento on a sunday was pretty decent. I really enjoyed the two sauces they gave for the dumplings and beef bulgogi. everything paired very nicely!waitress was nice and the restaurant was very open and breezy.

Ate here with a large group of women. The service was excellent. The food choices ranged from pizza to bento boxes.

I recently visited Salaryman in Toco Hills in thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I sat out on the patio that gave me a beautiful view of the sunset. My server was super helpful in helping me choose items from the extensive menu and just provided great service throughout the entire experience. I had the beef bulgogi quesadilla that was so flavorful and provided a nice crunch with the added kimchi. I also had the tuna tartare with chips that was definitely an interesting combination. I absolutely loved the sauce on the tuna tartare but wasn't expecting it to be served with regular old Zappo's potato chips. I wasn't the biggest fun of this combination but still enjoyed the tuna. Lastly, I had the duck confit buns which was delicious. The duck leg was flavorful and crispy just how I like it. I enjoyed all these apps with the refreshing TKO cocktail that had lychee, hibiscus, aperol, and sparkling wine. It wasn't overly sweet and was the perfect patio drink to sip on. Overall I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning to try more of their delicious menu items!

My husband and I have driven past Salaryman a few times and have always been curious to stop and give it a shot. I'm glad we did! The day we visited, it was sunny and 78 degrees - perfect weather to sit outside with our pup, Mira. Our server was super kind and brought us waters immediately as we sat, even some for Mira too! We started off with the Soy Garlic wings, which were so flavorful with that savory umami taste. For our main dishes, we opted for the Fried Chicken sandwich and the Bulgogi Bibimbap. Our meals were great and tasted so fresh! We'll happily return again - and we're so thrilled to know their patio is pet friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Straight up good service, the food was alright, but the prices are a huge turnoff for what you get. Details: Street Corn was delicious, but knowing even organic handpicked corn is very inexpensive, it was a bit shocking to pay double digits for 4 baby corn. Steak and noodles, the oil overpowered the meal. It was good, but too much oil can just overshadow everything. The steak was slightly fatty on top of it, which just makes you feel like you're chewing on the very cause of an artery blockage. The pizzas looked good and decently priced and we may return to give it a try, but definitely can't repeat the previous order.
