Brunch was wonderful! They staff was super quick and friendly and the place was clean. We enjoyed eating with our toddler here ... and this was the first time I've seen my toddler eat all her food. We all enjoyed our breakfast and the price is reasonable! Strongly recommend this place!

No reservations, had to wait 13 minutes to be seated. Well worth the wait, they seem to have something for everyone. This place is a hopping place for brunch, and the food is light, fresh, and clean with just right portions. Cute inside despite being kinda loud. All kinds of people come here young, old, long time residents, and those new to the neighborhood. My only suggestion would be make sure the coffee mugs are clean before service, the first one we got had someone else's lipstick on it, not my shade

Ruperts seems to be one of the more popular breakfast locations near Sloan Lake as it sits directly across the street from the lake/park. There is definitely a wait on the weekend, we arrived shortly after 10am on a Saturday and waited about 20 minutes for the first available table which happened to be on the patio (late May so it was very pleasant outside). I got the breakfast sandwich and my husband got the Sloan's breakfast. Both were very tasty and the hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside without being soggy. These two dishes are our breakfast go to's and we were not disappointed. Overall, Ruperts is a cute breakfast spot. Make sure to get here early or plan to wait a little bit for a table.

Very kind hostess who seated us immediately even though we missed the original call to come for our table. Lovely river/lake view from the patio.I found this place on yelp when I was on my way to Denver and the statement about mimosas and brunch made me want to come here. Food was great but I was a little disappointed that they didn't bring everyone's dishes out at the same time. One of our party's food arrived several minutes later (it was waiting but nobody available to deliver it).Prices for mimosas by the bottle great! Not enough juice was delivered for each bottle. While the patio was nice, chairs need replacement. They lean way too far back and no cushions.I might try this place again on a future visit to the area.

This is busy place. And remember they close daily at 2 PM.The menu is pretty limited. But everything we had was very tasty. We did ask about a build your own and the waitress ignored the question and made her suggestion of a sandwich. So, I'm not sure if that can or cannot be done. If not, it definitely should be an option.The waitress also has you pay for your bill on her handheld machine. I thought that was a great idea until she handed me the machine and walked off to take care of other customers. The machine wanted some code put in it... I didn't know what to do when she returned. She said oh yeah I have to do that. After I sat there for probably five minutes, trying to figure out what I needed to do. Definitely should not walk away from the table when she admitted to the other people in our party that the handheldhandheld machine is not user-friendly. There was outdoor seating, but it was kind of chilly while we were there so we sat inside. However, the outside looked very inviting as across the road is the river.

Rupert's is still amazing! Every single time we've been in, they are always packed (aka have a line of folks waiting) and despite that, we are always seated quickly. This is a feat, in and of itself. My friend and I had two versions of their eggs benny. Not a morsel was to be seen when we left. Ya gotta love folks who aren't afraid to season food. Fresh ingredients never hurts either. I don't think I've had a bad dish at Rupert's. We've taken friends here many times. They've got a laid back vibe, fabulous view and are always kicking. Read the signs, man. This is yours to go! Finally. I have been on a hunt for good eats in Denver and at least we have a good brunch place. I've seen this place as we walk Sloan lake often and luckily they're dog friendly. We had the mimosa bucket, he got the banana nut bread french toast and I got the corned beef hash. Both were really good and had great flavor. I got the potato cakes which were pretty good. Overall, we were very satisfied and the service was great. We've decided this will be one of our go to brunch spots. Highly recommend.

TLDR; massive breakfast burrito, great burger and nice atmosphere near Sloans lake.The service is usually pretty good and there are great views of Sloans lake in front. Be prepared for a wait on weekends. Most of the food tried here has been good. Solid breakfast spot near the Sloan lake area!
