The food was great. The taste was amazing. I would say, if you're going to go, do anything with lamb. Soooo good. The wings were great also. They have a wide variety of drinks as well. I had an espresso martini and it was delicious. I did have tequila in my espresso martini and I am a tequila drinker so it fit what I was looking for.The service was amazing. They are patient and ask about allergies. I have a family member with nut allergies, and they were very accommodating with every dish making sure that none of the allergies were touching the plates. So I appreciate that greatly. The ambience is very nice. Very middle upscale type environment. I dressed in sweatpants and a jersey, and I was definitely underdressed for the way everyone else was. But I didn't feel like I was out of place.I must warn that it is on the expensive side. You can probably get away with getting a couple of appetizers and mixing up plates if you're in a group of three or more. That would cut the cost a little. But it is on the expensive side .

Ii came here to celebrate a friends birthday and they never disappoint. The hostess was amazing because she had a lot of people checking in and she kept her cool, delegated and managed to get everyone seated and accommodated. We ordered falafel, humus with lamb , chicken, ground lamb etc. (see the pictures)Malik and Jonathan were great and they kept the glasses of water full and very attentive. This restaurant has their customer service training down and they know what they are doing. The food was amazing and barely anything left over. I think we only had rice. They offer gluten free chips for an additional cost. The restaurant is clean, open concept and spacious. You think that not many people can fit there but you would be surprised.if you are planning on attending during a weekend. You need a reservation or you will be eating at the bar. The inly suggestion it is that they should not allow baseball hats. Such beautiful and elegant restaurant and they allow hats . I even saw a kid with short and a barely clean Clemson t-shirt.

This super elegant spot deserves a spot on your list! It's Persian food, known for their kabobs. We ordered the falafel, chicken kabobs & lamb kabobs but all of this was so much food for two people! We took half of it home. All delicious flavors and very fresh tasting. My chicken was a little tough but the citrus flavor was very refreshing. Overall great food, great drinks, great service!

Lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and ambiance. Even on a Monday it was very crowded. Service was great for our large group as well. I had a couple of different glasses of wine, which were all excellent. The falafel, hummus, and chicken wings were all delicious to start. I loved the veggie platter and pita that came complementary to start as well. For my entree I got the sea bass, which was great quality and tender; however I do wish there was some sort of sauce with the dish. I asked for hummus on the side because it needed something. The rice was tasty but would have been better with potatoes or veggies as well for such a price of this entree. We also tried the white chocolate cake for dessert, which didn't taste chocolate-y at all but was still soft and lightly sweet. Overall, it was a nice dinner spot though, the flavors just lacked across the board.

I was advised that this was one of the best Persian restaurants in the country from an Iranian person, and the restaurant was truly lovely with impeccable service. The atmosphere was lively and elegant, and interestingly, the server will lay either a black or white napkin on your lap to most closely match whatever color you're wearing. The food was attractively prepared, and I assume it's a wonderful version of what it's supposed to be. I enjoyed it, but honestly did not feel like it was spectacularly different from any other koobideh I'd had before. I did like it better than the lamb shank, which I thought I would love, but I found the lamb nice in texture, but slightly bland in taste. The bread is freshly made and the eggplant was my favorite dish of the night. The restaurant was crowded on a weeknight, and I understand that this is always the case. Valet parking was available, and may have been mandatory, but it may also have been free. This looks like a special occasion place, and it was a really nice experience, but I didn't feel that it was someplace that I would necessarily want to return to again and again.

Amazing staff, very welcoming. We came in around 3pm on a Thursday, we were seated immediately. Service was quick as well. We ordered the lamb hummus and another dish. We ended getting full from the complimentary pita and appetizers so we didn't get a main dish.We also ordered a drink as well. This is a feast date spot or quick bite at the bar. Welcoming scenery, does look like a more formal place but we had on very casual clothes and they seated us anyway/

I have been eyeing Rumi's for quite a while! I was ecstatic about trying it out! SERVICE I did not catch our servers name, but he was so kind and the service was top tier here. Everyone definitely represents Rumi's Kitchen very well. He was also super knowledgeable of the menu and answered every question my friends and I had. PARKING Parking was Valet Only I believe. They were quick and efficient and at the end of the night it was $2 plus tip for valet on a Tuesday night. FOOD + DRINKSNow for my favorite part. My friend and I ordered the Chicken Kabob and our other friend ordered the Chicken Barg. I love a good kabob, but I was a bit underwhelmed. The server did let us know the Kabob is a little dry and the Barg is juicer, so I knew was I was ordering. I enjoyed my friend Barg more, I will be ordering that next time. I highly advise ordering that if you want something juicer. The rice was cooked very well, and paired well with the tomato. I definitely had to grab a Togo box. Since it was my friend birthday, we also had a free dessert which consisted of Baklava and ice cream (not pictured). I overall had a good experience!

I loved Rumi's Kitchen! This was the second time I went (I didn't really enjoy my food the first time because I had the chicken kabob), but this time I had the Chinjeh Lubia Polo and I loved it so much--10/10! The meals are pretty expensive, but the portion sizes are really good and fill you up. I also tried the baklava, which was to die for. It was so flaky and sweet, and the ice cream paired so well with it! For dessert, it was $12 and very filling. I went on a Thursday night without a reservation, but I would recommend one because it was packed for dinner. The service was great, and the restaurant is beautiful. Parking is $2, but there are free parking spots about a 5-minute walk away. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice date night or family dinner!
