Rolesville Diner is located about 15 miles out of Raleigh - We stopped in for Breakfast on our way to Greenville, NC Once you walk in you can feel the family down home vibe. It's a small quant family friendly diner.Lots of regulars we coming in and it seamed everyone knew each other. They treated us like family - excellent down home southern hospitality. The Diner has been open for over 15 years. Food is served up quickly - grits (of course is offered with all breakfast dishes)We ordered up Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, side of Biscuits & Gravy (to die for gravy), biscuits are homemade, also a side of Grilled Bologna.Second dish was Eggs with Sausage. As expected everything was Super Good! Great Spot

We came by chance. A tree hit the power line one morning and we were w/o power. Didn't want to eat fast food. Looked up this place online. It's a bit of drive from Wake Forest and they have a very small door. Honestly I thought it be like one of those Jersey diners. But the lady was nice, with a bunch of local regulars. Food is simple and good. We liked it a lot. Good place for breakfast. I think lunch too. Price is very reasonable.

The low down: I really loved this place! Such a hometown feel! It's like you already know everyone there! Friendly Southern charm service (although our server was from up north) with very affordable prices to boot. They even gave my mom, the birthday girl, a piece of cornbread w a candle and the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday to her!Fun Fact: Our server was once the owner (or part owner) and now she works there! The restaurant has actually been around for over 20 years! Also.. they have old school sugar dispensers on the table which my son thought was salt (since he'd never seen these before) and he loaded his fries with it. I'm so glad this place is within walking distance from where I live! The food was great, we went for my moms b-day lunch and there were 5 of us. They were very busy (Friday at lunch time) and we had to wait a bit to get a table that could be pushed together to accommodate us. We ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch items between the 5 of us! All good was delicious, cooked perfectly and you couldn't beat the price! I will most definitely be visiting this place a lot!

We were searching for a place to eat near us and this diner popped up and so glad it did! Small place with around 13 tables. Can accommodate large parties but it will take some creativity.Have great specials and everything sounds/looks yummy! I went with the banana pancakes special with eggs and sausage and added a side of home fries. My eggs were cooked perfectly over medium and they tasted so fresh! Not sure where they get their eggs but they just tasted really good where I savored them a little more. Home fries had nice flattop crisp on them and sausage was very yummy. Pancake was good, not great...like it needed an extra pinch of salt or something. Gf got the eggs benedict. She was really impressed that it tasted so good that we thought about coming back the next morning to eat here again! We didn't make it but will def consider it for another weekend breakfast.Note: If it's cold/windy out, sit further in if possible. Otherwise you'll feel it...

My friend and I have breakfast regularly. We switched to Rolesville Diner to try a new place. The food is just okay, the service is friendly and efficient. I find the omelets to be overcooked and dry. The fried potatoes are okay, the biscuits are good. Their sausage gravy is horrible, watery and served cold. My last meal there was extremely expensive to boot.Another reason we have left is due to the loud voice of the owner talking to patrons. He's a nice friendly guy, but my buddy and I don't have the best hearing these days, and while we were sitting across from each other, we often couldn't hear ourselves due to the loud conversations of the owner. Finally, while I appreciate the reason, I find an extra charge to use my credit card annoying. I carry very little cash any more.

Very friendly. Good and fast service. Food was just OK. Had burgers and fries and onion rings. Pretty basic. Nothing to write home about. Clearly a spot for regulars and locals.
