This place is 6 stars! Food - service- fun beer selection - great drinks...it has it all. It is my go to place when I visit Boulder. Brittany and Phil are examples of great owners - they bust their butt to make sure everything is great. Sam is a super engaged waiter/bartender that will make your stay fun. And the chef just knocks it out of the park. It is not lousy brewery fare - it's high quality and tasty! All the staff have smiles - just like Brittany. Love this place!

Came here to just say the beachside boba was my absolute fav. I loved it so much I wanted it in cans to take back to Texas. Was DEVASTATED when they didn't offer it as an option! The staff was very friendly and took care of all the foamy drinks. We couldn't establish a good pour but they helped us in the end. Which I appreciated since I don't wanna drink a bunch of foam. There's TVs everywhere and that paid off so we could watch the games on. Also loved that there were indoor and outdoor options for us. Bathrooms were clean and the art was funny. Definitely a must try place!

Amazing cocktails and a self serve tap beer wall. The staff is so friendly? Everything I've ever eaten here I have loved.

This was a great place to stop on our way back home from a hike for some food. My family shared some appetizers and my husband and I shared our entrees. We got:- Stuffed Mushrooms- Crispy Cauliflower Bites- Optimus Fries- Craft Mac & Cheese with Popcorn Chicken- Hot Chicken SandwichThe crispy cauliflower bites were hands down my favorite. They were fried perfectly and were so delicious. I also really enjoyed the fries, but be warned that the portion size is huge. The Mac and Cheese wasn't my favorite since it wasn't very flavorful. They have a ton of drink options between self pour, cocktails, and other drinks. Overall, it was a good post hike meal.

Let's just be transparent here. There are pros and cons to this one. Staff is incredibly attentive! Every 5-10 minutes you'll be asked "are you doing okay?" (which I most certainly am not) so I definitely recommend making sure you're in a good headspace before stopping at Rocky Mountain Tap & Garden lol. A true neighborhood gem - leaving you satisfied, full of great beer, and contemplating your life :) Anyway, totally recommend the cauliflower wings! And some preventative therapy! Haha

Mr and I browsed Yelp to decide on dinner while we're visiting the area. I saw the pictures of Rocky Mountain Tap & Garden's Optimus Fries and that sold me.When we arrived, I was taken aback by the live music. I wasn't sure if this was the atmosphere I wanted, but the guys playing were great and my husband was practically dancing by the end of the night (I'm sure the 5 glasses of beer he had helped too). They had a lovely outside seating area but we opted to sit inside since the sun was setting. You can find their menu via QR code at the table. They had an option to keep your tab open or closed. Self-serve beer on tap was done separately through a card they provide. Mr says it was a great selection of local beers. The reason why I didn't rate this place higher is because it took almost AN HOUR for our food to arrive once the order was placed. I could understand if it was packed, but it wasn't...- BBQ Burger: The Mr said it was good, keeping in mind he had already had 3 glasses of beer by the time food came.- Make my own burger: I got a classic with bacon. I was surprised to see they use bacon crumble vs bacon strips. I found my burger to be almost inedible because of how salty it was.- Optimus fries: The redeeming dish that ALMOST made waiting so long worth it. Fries topped with pulled pork, bacon crumble, cheese sauce, and more shaved chees. Huge portion. I ditched my burger and ate this instead.Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd like to come back on their Tuesday trivia nights and see how that goes.

Fun Fact: The kitchen of Rocky Mountain Tap and Garden in Louisville focuses on American classic fare through sourcing from local Colorado purveyors.Even though the Colorado weather still teases us occasionally, you can't deny more patio weather is afoot. RMT&G offers an amazing space to compliment a delicious array of classics. Who can resist:* Buttered Soft Pretzel~locally made soft pretzel, flake salt, beer mustard, and cheese sauce; I can't think of a better way to start. Fish and Chips~definitely a dish I would expect at a place like this Steak Frites~grilled 7oz Coulotte Steak, hand-cut French fries, chimichurri, and herb butter; honestly, the chimichurri made this dish. Delicious! *Offering an array of Colorado beers, many gluten-free options, a warm neighborhood spot vibe, and friendly, attentive service, RMT&G is a great destination.

This is a great new self pour beer place with great food options that opened up in July 2022. What makes it stand out from other places is excellent food quality on top of the large selection of mostly local beer in addition to many gluten free options and a family focus with a kids menu option and arcade. If you go on a nice day, they have large outdoor patio with heaters. The servers and owners are very friendly and helpful! They offer 30 drinks on tap, mostly beers but also cider and hard kombucha that change daily with unsurprisingly many unique options like root beer float ale. Since it's self pour, you can try as much or as little as you want and it's pay by the ounce with a card that gets added to your tab.We tried a wide variety of their food and the top favourites were the Optimus fries (a giant portion of their crispy French fries topped with cheese sauce, truffle oil, parmesan, bacon, pulled pork and green chilies), Nashville fried chicken sandwich (super moist because they used thighs and fried to perfection, available hot or not spicy), and their soft doughy giant pretzel served with cheese sauce and beer mustard. Their egg and tuna sandwich was also surprisingly tasty and is actually a family recipe. Their burgers are solid and made with wagyu beef. Their fried Brussels and shisito peppers are a nice slightly lighter option and taste fantastic with the Calabrian chilli oil. The mac n cheese is very creamy and I would recommend adding the fried chicken and green chiles for added flavour-however if you're looking for a very strong cheese tasting Mac n cheese this may not be for you.If you're gluten free whether due to dietary preference, sensitivity or celiac this place is great because they offer GF beer, pasta, buns and fries that are prepared separately from the rest of the menu to avoid cross contamination. If you're looking for something to eat or drink go check out this great new local business!

I love this place. The happy hour artichokes are delicious, as are their burgers. Always friendly. Brittany, as well as the bartenders, always make me feel welcome. Fun place for conversation at the bar, and for outside games if you are so inclined. Thank you!

Fun place, had outdoor seating with silent disco. We didn't rent the headphones but enjoyed the vibe. Had sandwich called the Rachel, turkey sandwich that was very good. Brussels Sprout slaw was good as well. The burgers were average. The fries were a bit too salty.
