Rising Roll Gourmet Cafe - Downtown Atlanta

I've only tried the chicken salad sandwich! It is one of the best sandwiches in the downtown area! The guys making the sandwich is always friendly and tell you enjoy and come again!

A "gourmet" coffee shop that can't produce a halfway decent iced latte. The bacon egg and cheese croissant did not taste very fresh and had the texture of being microwaved. I drank about 1/4 of the latte and tossed the breakfast sandwich after a few bites. Thank god the conference I'm going to provides lunch.

All the sandwiches I've tried here have been be good, and the man who puts together your order is always great. The coffee is Caribou, which is excellent, and the potato salad is unusually good--which is rare. The pickles are good too--not too soggy; this is also rare. The people staffing the cash register are not friendly, but perhaps that would be too much to ask. Prices are reasonable and in line with most downtown lunch spots, for the most part.

Went while in town for a conference with 9 of my colleagues. Food took no time at all!I had the curry chicken sandwich and subbed in a gluten free wrap. I added a pickle and potato salad on the side, each for $1 and some change. Rising Roll was very careful with my gluten free food - they prepared it in the back and wrapped it specifically so it wouldn't get contaminated with anything else! Very appreciative. The menu was large with breakfast items, hot & cold lunch sandwiches, and salads. They have a small coffee bar too. The sandwich was so good I went back the following day with a few other colleagues. All employees were wearing masks and gloves.

Friendly and fast. A solid spot to pick up breakfast before you start your day. Egg and cheese croissant, oatmeal with fresh fruit and plenty of vegetarian options.

What could've been a delicious catered breakfast, wasn't able to be enjoyed because of the soggy rolls. The contents of my roll seeped throughout the breakfast burrito and soaked the entire bottom. It was wrapped in aluminum foil to keep warm, but it was hardly warm and ultimately the heat and wet contents inside ruined the wrap. It would've been best for us to build the wrap and them package the foods separate to avoid this issue. On a better note, it smelled and looked delicious.

Rising Roll is a great lunch spot in downtown Atlanta! They have tons of sandwiches and wraps. You can get hot sandwiches too! They also have loaded baked potatoes and salads! Right now they have a Hot Italian Press sandwich as the special and it's great! Parking can be tough around here but if you work in the area or go to school in the area, walk over here for lunch!

I enjoyed my croissant with egg and Swiss cheese. It only took a few minutes to get my meal as well. I had to park on the street, but didn't have to pay due to some sort of holiday.

Great place to go for lunch. Always fresh! Wait usually isn't too long. Menu has a lot to choose from.
