Rising Roll Gourmet Cafe - Atlantic Station

Five stars for a fast casual sandwich shop serving gourmet sandwiches and unexpected options like fully loaded baked potatoes.Rising Roll is a great option for a fast lunch in Atlantic Station. I work in a nearby building and this is my favorite lunch spot. They serve "gourmet" sandwiches at reasonable prices. My current favorite is the pear and goat cheese turkey sandwich. It's served on a large roll and has a generous amount of toppings. For $8, it's a steal. They also offer haas avocado as a topping! Another fun option is the lodes baked potato; it's a giant potato and you can add a ton of interesting toppings. They also serve soup, wraps and hot sandwiches. As far as sides, you can get chips, pasta salad or fruit. They also serve coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. As this is a breakfast/lunch place, I think they're only open until 2:30 or 3 so don't be late!Overall, this is a great option for a fast casual lunch sandwich that's a cut above standard.

We were in the area and stopped for a late lunch last week. Free underground parking was available adjacent to the elevator which took us within a few steps of the restaurant.My wife chose the Curry Chicken Salad and a bag of chips with water to drink. I had the Ranchero Wrap with a side of pasta salad and a pickle along with a fountain drink.Service was pleasant, helpful, and prompt. This was a very pleasant experience. The food was all very tasty. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. We will return!

Fantastic holistic food with great baked good options. The staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They are also willing to sub out anything that you do not want or need. Can't recommend this place enough.

Nice spot in the heart of Atlantic station across from Dillard's. They have a decent breakfast and lunch menu to choose from. I really enjoyed the BBLT sandwich and thier special soup of the day which was Pablano corn chowder. I definitely recommend people try it out, it's not like changing food, however it'll satisfy

Great place! I was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch, it was between rising roll and Paris bistro. I walked into Paris bistro, and the customer service already wasn't to my liking, also there are barely any good reviews the place. So I headed over to rising roll to try their baked potato, and as soon as I walk in I see an advertisement for their hot pressed Italian sandwich! I just had to go for it. Best decision! It was flavorful, hot and juicy. I will definitely come here again when I'm in the area!

5- stars starts with the employees. They are friendly and efficient. I eat her a few times a month and have used them for catering business meetings. They are always accommodating. Good selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads. Stand in line (moves fast), order your sandwich and watch them make it in front of you. Self-serve sodas and pay at the counter. Wide-open seating with approx seating for 60 people. Outside seating with umbrellas are also available. Food is great tasting and value for the money. And the manager is usually walking around cleaning tables! Keep up the good service!

Good quick lunch option for those working in Atlantic station. Even with a line of maybe 10 people in front of me, I was able to order, pay, and pick up my food in about 5 minutes. I got the ham cheezer sandwich on wheat bread. For about 6$ it was pretty tasty. I will be returning for lunch.

This food here is perfect for those with terrible pallets and horrible taste. For what you get, it's a little over priced, too. The main thing here is that the manager is an absolute horror. He stalks around his staff and you can tell they are living in fear, with unhappy and despondent faces that clearly reveal they dread coming, being and leaving work. I bet this manager loves to fire people for no reason. Customers aren't immune to this, either. In a single visit, I was questioned about asking for multiple napkins, told that substituting a spinach wrap for a tortilla was fine 'this time only,' and waited several minutes -- with no line -- to even place my order. To hell with this place. Walk over to Paris Bistro and get better service and food, seriously.

Great place to run in and grab food. Great sitting areas with wifi along with lots of light. The food is good, well priced, and everything is clean as can be.

I work in Atlantic Station and go to Rising Roll almost every day. They do a good job - the food and coffee is very serviceable. What would make the great - hotter coffee, warmer service and heartier sandwiches. Net net - good place for lunch!
