Our first visit and I'm not 100% sold. I tried the biscuits and gravy - very bland. I tried the potato soup - very bland. My husband had an omelette and pancakes. I asked if he'd rather have Waffle House (a fav of his). He said it was a step up. So that will help with a second visit. We'll try lunch next time.

We stopped in before our drive back to Ga. The service was fast and friendly. A very small place with clean decor next to a motel. The hamburger steak I had was good but the star of the show was the fried squash which was epic! The hash brown casserole was tasty as well. A varied menu with a broad breakfast selection that my wife says the french toast was good. If you're ever in Graham NC area I recommend this small diner.

Everything here was very mid level. Nothing was bad, the biscuit was definitely dry. Very dry. The hashbrowns needed some oil or butter. The facility is ok looking but looks really beat up from the outside. The service was fine and they keep the coffee full. But like I said its really hard to describe other than very average food.

Our new go to for! We're new to Graham and our friends invited us. The ambience was nice, loved the music and plants, we love when we feel welcomed in small restaurants since we are people of color there have been times we feel out of place and get looks from others but here not at all the server ask how many and we were 8 so we had to wait around 8ish minutes for a table but ended up with two booths near each which was fine with us. The price were very reasonable our boys food was all under $5! I got a waffle and side loves it ! Our waitress was lovely and checked on us. Overall we will definitely be back!

2 ate breakfast for $23.40 before tip. This is not a chain. Portions are good and the food is delicious. Do not be in a hurry if they are busy. The pictures ought to day it all!

Good food. Home fries very tasty. Biscuit just out of the oven. Flaky. They only had margarine so I put my bacon on it. Very good. My eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband got the Hueves con chorizo. Came with rice, beans and tortillas. Said it was very good. Will definitely be back. It was busy but the service was excellent and the wait for our orders to come was not excessive.

Historically slow slow slow, when it comes to weekends. The place is pretty small only about twenty tables. The food is good but it will take a long while. Here is our scenario, we got there and had a "10" minute wait that turned into almost double that. We sat at 1104 and our order was taken within three minutes of sitting down but it took over 27 minutes to get our food. I would just say it is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. I would also say there are better breakfast options that won't take as long. Oh by the way when it came out after 27 minutes it was wrong. Heard others around me say the same.

Out with my parents and their usual go to restaurant was closed so I looked at Yelp and found Rise and Shine. They were very welcoming and patient. My Dad cannot hear very well but the server was very kind and funny! Menu was extensive. I had hamburger steak with grilled onions and two sides were cabbage and fried okra. Service was great. Very attentive. We will go back.

I ordered the chicken Gordita and OMG it was phenomenal!!! The beans were perfect, the chicken was tasty and all the toppings were delicious!! I highly recommend trying this!! I decided to leave a review after eating, which is why my food is half eaten so sorry but it's soooo good!!! Not to mention the service was great and they are very attentive always checking on you and making sure you're all set. Love this place!
