We have been wanting to come to Reveille for awhile ever since we heard that they went from food truck to a brick & mortar. They use to be located at Lone Pine Brewery and now they are locate in Pinehurst. My husband and I came for lunch, sorry no photo of menu, We both ordered the 1 meat, 2 sides and 1 drink "Blue Plate Specials" price was $14. I ordered the Brisket, Mac & Cheese, Borracho Beans (made with beer) and I got a canned Sprite. My hubby picked German sausage, Mac & Cheese, potato salad and got Sweet Tea. For me the brisket was delicious I love the peppery crust on the brisket, I really enjoyed the creamy macaroni and the beans definitely tasted the flavor of the beer. My husband really liked the potato salad and the sausage has great flavor. Made the right choice stopping in We look forward to coming back!

Very clean and welcoming establishment. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They have a great menu, with a lot of side optionsFood is always great, this is my 5-6th time enjoying their masterpiece BBQ. For a quick and tasty lunch I usually get the Brisket Tacos, they are one of my favorites! Highly suggest stopping by and giving them a try!

So being new to the area thought I'd try out some local BBQ because that's what everyone raves about here right? True Texas style BBQ has to be unmatched!? Well, when the sides taste better than the actual BBQ itself, to me something is wrong. From the moment I stepped in I felt like an inconvenience to the establishment, despite the fact there might have been one other customer in the entire joint. Dude at the register could use a better attitude, and maybe don't talk poorly about other your online customers to your co-worker while someone is literally standing in line waiting to order food. Eventually when I got my $35 worth of food, I'll say the pulled pork was pretty average while the brisket was only saved by the BBQ sauce cause without it, I probably wouldn't have finished it. Plus, $35 for two slabs of brisket and a tiny portion of pulled pork? Come on dude. I know the Mac and Cheese and pickles are extra but if I'm gonna spend close to $40 for one BBQ meal it won't be here. Save yourself the trip until their food and attitude warrant the cost.

I stopped in to Reveille for some lunch & what a delicious find it was for me! The employees were inviting, it was clean, and their recommendations were spot on! The brisket was a thick cut, tender, with amazing seasoning. The Mac & cheese was my favorite, for a cheese lover like myself, it hit the spot! I'll definitely be stopping by again when I'm in the area!

My first time here. Had the pork ribs & pork belly. The ribs were very tender with a great smoke flavor. The pork belly stole the show though! Tender, moist, flavorful, and the best I've had in Houston! A must go for sure!

Legit BBQ spot in Tomball. IMO the first real competition to the other super popular BBQ joint in old town Tomball. We had the moist brisket which was totally on point. A generous half pound with a great meaty bite followed by melt in your mouth fat. Then we had the smoked pork belly which was peppery and melted away as you chewed it. Turkey was moist with some good skin on the edges. Sausage was a nice Smokey flavor with a good tasty grind.Tex-Elote was exactly what you would expect for elote. Green beans were tender with a bit of snap and some fatty bacon pieces mixed in. Mac and cheese was a white cheese that was thick and creamy. Shishito peppers were nicely salted and lightly charred as they should be and a totally welcome surprise as a side dish at a bbq joint. They've also got the good house made pickles and pickled onions. Will totally be going back!

Went here for the 1st time today due to the meat market not having my chicharrones and this was 100% the better deal! I would definitely recommend & come back as a regular! Only things I would suggest to the owner is as followed:1. Have a bin for FREE "DOG BONES" 2. Celling fans 3. Music for ambience of the dining room or more TV's for NFL Football days

I would not recommend eating here. The Brisket is ok and sides are not too bad. Unfortunately their service is very lacking. I had just dropped in to get 3 thin slices of BBQ and a side to have an evening meal for one, to go. This is what you get when you request the cutter to give you thin sliced BBQ (1 1/4" slices). I'm not a big fan of thick slices when ordering lean as sometimes it can be dried out (depending upon where your getting your Q at, how long the slab has been sitting after being cut, time of day, etc). If there is not enough fat cap along the edges to balance out a possible dried out lean piece , then a thicker cut doesn't work out so well. Cutter stated you can't cut brisket much thinner as it will not stay together. I advised that places such as Cork Screw, Truth, Killens, Terry Blacks, Louie Muellers, never have had such an issues. I would not rank this establishment with the names listed above, but would give it higher rankings than most chain establishments. Maybe the late crew is not the full time pit master? Not sure?? I had advised them in previous visits I had asked for thin sliced cut Q and received Q that wasn't very thin. Oddly enough this visit was the thickest cut Q I had ever been served, thus making it my last visit.Additionally, even though it's sold by the Lbs, apparently they will not sell you meat unless it's ordered in 1/4 lbs increments even though they weigh everything they sell? Oddly enough you end up ordering at the bar area and just wait to see what ya get. I guess this establishment frowns upon the cutter interacting with the customer as in most independent BBQ restaurants. The cutter and the other guy working were short with irritable attitudes and appeared to just want to hurry and close up 10 mins before closing). The location has a lot of trash in the pk lot in a run down strip center. To their credit, the inside of their establishment is fairly clean with several tables.

For reasons unknown, I was following Reveille BBQ on social media and was waiting for the opportunity to visit their store on 149. I think it was a Thursday when we pulled into the busy parking lot, but soon realized the crowd wasn't there for Reveille. We entered around noon and noticed there were only about two other tables with diners. I ordered a moist sliced beef sandwich and wife got the hamburger with a side of mac cheese. I asked for a cup of water and was given a bottled water. I asked for a cup of ice water and she turned around to what appeared to be a dishwashing sink and filled the cup! The wife ordered iced tea. So let's start with the drinks. The water tasted like my grandmothers old well water! It was undrinkable. When I tasted my wife's tea, it was also terrible like the water, just tinted brown. Now for the moist brisket. It had a beautiful bark but... while the 3/4" slice seemed tender it was dry. Almost to the point where it would ball up during the chew. It was almost like a reheated/or held over brisket, in my opinion. The wife thought there was something not right about the flavor of the burger. Maybe a personal taste preference but she only ate a few bites. Needless to say, we did not find Reveille to be a place we would return to, especially with the likes of the other craft BBQ in Tomball, and in Montgomery.
