Red Snapper

Service was great by the lady that was there... but they snapper was very fishy.. the catfish was very mushy (cause it was swai) NOT CATFISH... the shrimp was the best there...

Service was great....Food was fresh will be back.Also clean seating if you wanted to dine in.

I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. I got the plate with snapper and catfish and it was GOOD. Fried perfectly, not too salty, nice sized pieces. The fries were good...I just wish there were more. The customer service was also good which is always a plus. I'll definitely be coming back.

I love Red Snapper, the fish and chicken are always fresh and prepared to order. The food is tasty, everything you're looking for in fried food...tasty but not greasy. The customer service is pleasant. I will be a frequent customer.

Two stars because the customer service was great. However the food hit below target. I ordered a catfish sandwich, and a cheeseburger. The catfish sandwich was very bland, the lettuce drenched in grease & lacking crunch. The cheeseburger was made incorrectly, and just one of the saddest burgers I've ever seen. My daughter didn't even want to eat it. We threw it away. Onion rings underwhelming. Never again, thirty bucks wasted.

I ordered the red snapper it was too crispy and dry they got better fish places on this side of town.

The fish is cooked awesomely a d not hard which is a plus. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. Ask for the tiziki sauce to dip them in. My new tab fish place in Atlanta area. And to actually sell red snapper as a choice umongst many others to choose is just goshly darned superb.

Finally stopped in to try after leaving an emergency hair appointment. Considering I already ate, I felt compelled to try this place. I can't really give it a five star rating because I only ordered a fish sandwich.Now, let me tell you, I didn't know what to expect of a Chicago style fish sandwich. Ok, most places have lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce on a fish sandwich. Right? Right.Now I'm used to sliced bread not a big azz soft submarine bun. You would have thought I should have asked, what is Chicago style? But nope, I didn't. Now, I know. So let's talk about this sandwich. Bun was fresh, but way too much bread and not enough substance. The shredded lettuce was lacking, only two slices of tomato and 1 whole 8 inch whiting filet. Yes, 8 inches! It was the length of that whole bun! Oh and the tartar sauce, well that's the main reason I got the sandwich and it was no where to be tasted. I guess the heat from the fish absorbed it. And this is why there are only 3 stars. I must have tartar sauce to enjoy my fish. Oh, I did ask what type of fish comes on the sandwich and she said catfish. Ewww. Yuck! Substitute please...which is how I ended up with whiting. Thank you kindly! I threw away the bread. The sandwich was $5.99 + high behind tax. I probably won't rush back because the fish didn't quite excite my tastebuds, but I will go again. The pricing of other menu items are comparable to the other Chicago seafood competitor (JJs), but more extensive in food selection.You probably can't go too wrong here.

Met Brian who per the manager will hold down the kitchen for the next week. Brian is dedicated, loyal, and true to the game.

First and last time to this establishment The fish is breaded and not seasoned until after it's fried with some lemon zest seasoning that I got on the side. The fries appeared to have been refried and not fresh. While I was there a customer brought her shrimp back because they were not extra crispy. The owner apparently said we don't do extra crispy shrimp and told the cash register employee not sell the jumbo shrimp anymore He apparently lost over $20 on that for she asked for a refund and that was not a good thing for him but all he had to do was cook it the way she wanted it. No offers in time to this red snapper establishment ever again.
