You can get on the waitlist through Yelp to cut down on your wait time. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that you could do this and there were a bunch of people waiting. Luckily the wait wasn't too long. My daughter was hoping the robot would seat us but it wasn't in use.Even though the restaurant was packed, the booth we were sitting at was surrounded with planter dividers and it was very secluded. We were impressed with the staff. Our drinks were kept full and our server checked on us often to see if we wanted to place another order. The staff walked around pretty regularly to check on our grill. When they noticed that the food started sticking to the grill plate, they quickly replaced it with a clean grill plate. My favorite was the Seol Steak. I also liked the Bulgogi but it wasn't as sweet as I've had at other Korean BBQ places. My daughter's favorite was the Premium Brisket which I thought was tender but lacked flavor. There is a 100 min. time limit from the moment your order is placed. I'm not sure how close we were to the time limit, but it was enough time with 4 people ordering several rounds of meat. This will definitely be on our rotation when we visit our daughter & son-in-law. I can see why they were voted Best Korean Restaurant 2 years in a row!

So, I know this is the motif, you cook your own food. Not what I go to a restaurant for. If I undercook it and get salmonella on their goofy little grills, whose fault is that?People are nice, just not my cup of tea.

The food was really good; however, a good dining experience is more than just good food. Especially in this economy. I came here on a Thursday, where it was a light crowd. I was excited to try it; however, the menu and restaurant model is ridiculous. The buffet costs $40 a person for UNSEASONED meat. Who comes to Korean BBQ for meat that's not marinated? Bc they didn't have marinated meat, we upgraded to a combo A meal for two people, which started at $89. For marinated meat???? Plus No alcoholic drinks!????? The combo A came with those basic complementary sides, but the rice isn't a part of the complementary sides. So, we have 36 oz of meat and One small scope of rice per person? At other Korean BBQ spots, rice is a part of the complementary sides. At this establishment, extra rice costs $2!!!!! The $2 rice is still a SINGLE scoop!??? An entire box of rice is $2!!! I've been to Michelin Star-recommended Korean BBQ locations and they at least give free rice!!! Since this was my first time at this location, we didn't know the additional sides the combo came with (souffle egg, soybean soup, cheese corn). We got everything since the waiter said the corn was good and the soup tasted like miso soup. The soup DID NOT taste like miso soup. And the souffle egg was nasty. We asked to exchange them for corn since we didn't like them and they said "No because it already touched our table". What!!!? That is crazy. How were we supposed to know we would not like these & the waiter did not describe them accurately?? This business feels like a scam to an extent. The manager came over to ask what could be done, and we asked for corn instead of the sides we were basically forced to keep. He stated, "The corn will burn the to-go box". If that is the case, what do you put the corn in for take-out orders? Overall, the food was good, but I've had better, if not the same for way less!!! This business model should consider a change. The servers were great and just doing their job. The manager did not speak to us when we left. Maybe bc we spoke up? Idk. I am not rushing back to this location bc of this experience.Coming back to review bc the owner just messaged me calling me a "dumbass" behind a fake account over this review. LOL! Maybe if he had better service this would not be the case. Let's all remember, that this platform is made for people to review their experience.

This is my new favorite KBBQ spot in the triangle! The food was delicious and their late night AYCE deal is a fantastic value. They also have fun drink specials which we loved! We came here for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved the service and the food- we will definitely be back!

We visited Seol Grille and while the food and service were top-notch, the wait time was a bit lengthy. However, I appreciated that they utilize Yelp's waitlist feature, which made it convenient to join the queue remotely.Once seated, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. From helping us navigate the menu to promptly attending to our needs, their hospitality was commendable. Tip is automatically included.

Came around 8:30pm after the dinner rush and took us about 10 minutes to be seated. The staff was cool and allowed us to hang out at the bar while we waited for our table. It gave us a chance to see that they serve Korean plum wine! Our group of three did the AYCE and ordered mostly beef and pork belly. They give about 5-6 side dishes, or panchan, which were all yummy! We ordered the corn cheese and lettuce (which is a $2+ up charge). FYI- They give about 4 pieces of lettuce for each serving. The meet was all well prepped and were easy to cook on our own. They also serve dessert! I chose the monaka, which is a waffle filled with ice cream, and I got strawberry. It was delicious! Totally unexpected to see on the menu, but was a nice treat to end the meal. 8/10 - okay meat selection, not happy about the lettuce upcharge, but everything tasted delicious

I'm from Southern California, where Korean BBQ places grow uncontrolled in shopping centers like weeds. They are delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect at Seol Grille, but it blew me away and surpassed my expectations. The meat is excellent (spicy pork to die for) and the service is profoundly attentive-- I never felt judged for asking them for 9 things at once, or for our fifth round of banchan. Love this place. It's a little pricy, but very worth it.

Amazing experience at Seol Grille. Everyone was so friendly. The experience was overwhelming at first but the staff walks you through how to warm the grill and cook on the grill. The food was good and it's a great fun way to bond and have an interactive lunch or dinner. They have plenty of seating at tables, bar seating and for groups. There are lots of choices in meat. They do have tofu and mushrooms for vegetarian and vegan options.

Stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night while down Raleigh for the YGO tournament with my brother Vog. For those of you who follow my Yelps and then pop me for them, Vog is the captain when we go to hot pot or KBB places- seasoned veteran, 5 star general, etc etc. Upon walking in I signed in on the waitlist right before the hostess came out and told us we were being immediately sat. To take us to the table, a mechanical robot cat led us - different, our brother Reese seemed dialed in to the robot, and I knew the whole trip was going to be a movie. Standard AYCE KBB, side dishes on the table, ordered several meats per trip, but what was different (and appreciated) was the call button on the table in case we needed something quicker than the table-touches. Our waiter was still very attentive and didn't need a whole lot of prompting in terms of refills or replacing our grill. If they replace the grill top, that's how you know you're at a real one. Meats were the typical - also tried the Korean corn dog which was great until I got to the actual hot dog part; fried dumplings were good, and the kimchi pancake was VERY GOOD. Overall, I put away 5 tins of rice (shoutout Nick & Cupples) like it was nothing as well as enough Bulgogi and brisket curls to choke a horse, and we got out of there. Great spot - highly recommended!
