The cheesesteak I had was awesome. The ordering process with the QR code was easy. Just find a table and use your phone to order, brilliant! It was packed and hectic but I will be back because there are a lot more sandwiches to sample.

TLDR: Hearty meaty sandwiches and vegan options (eggplant, falafel, or meatless cutlet). Flavorful, fresh ingredients. Friendly employees. Customizable menu. Ample fillings and options. Good place for a sandwich packed with fillings and flavor. I recommend the boardwalk Italian and Buffalo chicken sammie. The Italian on a round sesame roll is more than enough for one person. It is packed with salami, hot capicola, and rosemary ham. The pickled onions are overpowering. Personally I prefer this, but if you do not like pickled onions I recommend requesting them on the side or omitting them. The Buffalo sammie was also tasty and has a strong spicy aftertaste. The menu is pricy, however, we did leave full and satisfied so it was worth it. I have dined in and ordered takeout. They also offer delivery and online ordering. We ordered at the counter. Ample laminated menus are located beside the cashier. When ordering takeout, you can chose to give them your name or phone number. Then they either call out your name or text you when your order is ready. We sat on the bar stools so when our order was ready it was easy to pick up. All of the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent place for a quick, satisfying meal.

Good Sandwich shops are hard to find. Especially in Raleigh. This location is easy to find and parking. Easy to order! The cons:Pricing is bougie. But where isn't? Two sandwiches, 2 sides and an appetizer(with tip!) was $65!The pros:Everything else. Food is delicious! We ordered the Dagwood (turkey sandwich) and the Clifford's cutlet. Both on the best sesame bread. Big portions for sure!We got the mozzarella sticks and those were the best I've ever had. No frozen cheese stick here. Housemade mozzarella cheese!!! The sweet potato tots are delicious too!Worth the stop if you want a good sandwich!

This sandwich shop in Raleigh's Ironworks delivers just what it should. Really good sandwiches. Order at the counter. Get a number and they will bring it to you. Took a little while for the five of us to get our orders, but they were worth the wait. I loved the Turkey Kimchi Reuben. Others enjoyed one of the katsu (fried chicken) ones and a steak sandwich. The Italian one couldn't have had more meat piled on it. And folks liked their buffalo cauliflower as well. (spicy). Not inexpensive, but not out of range either for the level of quality.

The sandwiches are great. Period. But the operational side leaves a lot to be desired. They should 100% have a fountain machine for water, sodas, and ice. Right now, there's a spout for lukewarm water and no ice. I guess you order a canned soda or beer with your order. You also scan a QR code on your table to order...service is spotty so you have to hop on their WiFi. Wait times can get long, prices are steep. It's just a long way to go for a sandwich. A New Yorker would have a panic attack trying to order lunch here.

Delicious! My husband and I stopped at Eastcut to grab some lunch and were floored by all the choices. The place was packet but everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the restaurant had both indoor and outdoor seating. Great music playing in the background and lots of sunshine!

Very strong sandwich joint with friendly service and most importantly, delicious sandwiches. I had one of their turkey sub varieties and the turkey was fresh, bread/toppings were excellent and fresh. I also couldn't leave w/out also ordering one of their hand-pounded/breaded fried chicken sandwiches so ordered one of them too. Drove back to the Airbnb, ate half of each for lunch then ate the rest for a midnight snack. This is definitely one of those places that when I go, I wind up wishing "I wish we had one of these back in Charlotte. Nice work Eastcut!

This place has a great outside dining option, with slides nearby, and it's an enjoyable way to eat this spring. They deliver your sandwiches to your table, and my sandwich was good, but nothing to write home about. I know this is a personal opinion, but I found myself thinking during dinner that two sandwiches and drinks shouldn't be close to 40 dollars and that if my wife had been with us with no fries or extra, it would be 55+, for a get-your-own-utencil sandwich I just found myself enjoying my experience a lot less.

This place was delicious! It was the first time I'd been to Iron Works and things were pretty quiet as many of the shops are still in the process of opening. There are parallel parking spots in front of the stores fronts on the main drive, and then a parking deck underneath the nearby apartments which I'm sure will be used more once the area picks up. The employee greeted me upon walking in, which I appreciated, and explained their menu to me. She was happy to share which sandwiches were most popular (a cheesesteak, the Dagwood, and Boardwalk Italian). I opted for the Dagwood because the salami sounded good, and they agreed to toast the bun for me when I asked (good decision). For sides I went with the curly fries (huge portion) and a side salad which was very good. The chipotle aioli had a kick, as did the buffalo cauliflower bites which a friend let me try.I'll be back to try more of the menu (and apparently there's an adult slide nearby so you can get from the second level of the shops yo ground floor). They're a bit pricey...had it not been for a coupon all of this would've cost me close to $25.

This place was good, but their bread was really dry and hard when I went. I had to replace my the other half of my sandwich on a different bread when I got home. I'm not sure if it was just that day when I went or what. Also, there was a hair on our mozzarella cheese sticks. We went back inside to tell them, and they offered to make us a new one, but we declined and they refunded our money and gave us a gift card.
