"I have been visiting mami's for almost five years. It's been one of my go to weeknight meals since I moved to Raleigh. I typically order a half chicken with black beans and rice and salad. When I am feeling feisty, I get some plantains too. When I have had guests and I'm too lazy to cook, I will also get a full chicken meal with sides. The food is always consistently good. The chicken is moist, well seasoned, and delicious. The cilantro vinaigrette for the salad is so good and unique and all of the sides are always delicious.Service is wonderful, everyone is friendly and attentive. If you are a newbie to the restaurant, they will walk you through how to order and help you pick the best sides as well. The price is also surprisingly affordable for the serving sizes and the quality of the food. It's a great option for feeding a family on a budget when you don't have time to cook as well. They have a nice amount of seating if you want to dine in but they move pretty fast for take out order, I've never waited longer than ten minutes."
"Heavenly Buffaloes has multiple locations in Durham and we landed at this one because it was the closest. That said, this location is take out only. And while I definitely wanted some wings, I did not want to eat them in my car.The young lady at the counter was very polite and directed me to their other location. As for this one, I'll be back when I'm looking for takeout in this area.[Review 15527 overall, 1031 of 2021, number 3066 in North Carolina.]"

"Went with a group of 15 for lunch. They were expecting us and were able to take our orders, serve us, and let us pay in one hour. Amazing for such a large group. The chicken tenders were delicious. Great crunch and a tad spicy. Kimchi was quite good. This is not a fancy place, but it was clean and the food was hot and tasty. I need to try something else to determine if this should be 5 stars, not 4, and plan to be back soon."
"Really good BBQ there I said it! You can smell Aviators from blocks away and the smell takes you to the right place. We got the palooza after a long day and I'm so happy we did! Everything we tried was spot on! The brisket it so tender and delicious the BBQ sauce is kickin but in a great way. The teriyaki sauce for the smoked wings were a perfect pair and the pork was juicy and if you mixed it with the beans it was melt In your mouth. The ribs were sooo good we got some to go. Great meal and everyone at our table enjoyed their food!"
"Been wanting to come here for a minute and decided to today and glad I did. I started with the mimosa flight which came with 3 glasses of one juice each:orange, cranberry and lavender . They were the bomb, the lavender one was my favorite. I got the chicken and waffle sandwich and chose breakfast potatoes as my side. The sandwich was good but it can get messy especially if you put syrup on it, end up using my fork towards the end. Overall good brunch for a Saturday and definitely will be back soon."
"If you watch a lot of kdramas, you end up craving the foods that they're eating. They tend to show a lot of KFC (Korean fried chicken not Kentucky fried chicken). And I've been craving some KFC anyway since it's been a while so I knew I needed some takeout from Chicken Bee today! Also, it's cold and rainy today so that was also a factor in deciding tonight's dinner. Chicken Bee is my favorite KFC restaurant in Durham!I will say that the chicken isn't as crispy as BonChon's but they are more generous with the sauce. I always order soy garlic wings and sometimes will get the half order of the hot and spicy chicken. I decided to just order both today since I don't have it that often! Leftovers are also a plus for me since I've been too lazy to cook lately. I like to throw them in the toaster oven or air fryer to reheat. The sauces have great flavor and the chicken is juicy and not dry. I also appreciate that the wings are on the bigger side. The hot and spicy is a pretty good spice level for me; it's got good heat and is tolerable. I always get pickled radish as my side.I ordered on doordash for 2 reasons: I didn't feel like driving in the rain and I know parking is very limited there. I do wish they had a better way of packaging the food so it's not as exposed and could be easily tampered with. The middle part of the bag is tied pretty tightly but it's still open because the handles aren't tied together. Also, the box has a small opening that you can see from the top of the bag."
"I have been craving some good wings so I decided to give this place a try. It's a dive bar which is right up my alley. I ordered the Cluckers dozen; 6 boneless and 6 regular wings. The sauces I chose were spicy garlic Parmesan and medium buffalo. I also ordered a Hell Yes Ma'am beer. It was delicious and cold, definitely one of my favorite beers on draft. There were only 2 waitresses working, but they were hustling and friendly. My wings took forever to be brought out to me though and that sucked. When I received them, they were barely warm! What a bummer! The flavors of the sauce were delicious. I'm not sure if I would return."
"Wing snob approved-- and hello check-in offer!Wingin' It is quite tasty and has the perfect crunch on the bone-in dry rub. Hubs and I cozied up to the bar, and had a drink and wings. The Bold Rock hard cider was nice, and the Awesomesauce and lemon pepper flavors were great also. Service was fast and friendly. There are also TVs everywhere and it's suited for a nice game watching/sports bar experience. Overall, Wingin' It is well executed, and I can't wait to return. Cheers!"
"Spare Ribs!!! Nice char, tender, nice pull off the bone, and great sauce. Bread, beans and greens also excellent."
"Shame on us for taking so long to try Try, cause this is a seafood lover's dream! Two of us tried them out on Monday for an early lunch. They open at 11, which was perfect for us. Very small inside, but there are a few tables and a counter area for seating. Very clean. Very friendly. We were told we could sit anywhere. Table, which already looked clean, was wiped down again for us. Love their menu. Love that they have such a variety of ways to enjoy seafood. Not just the same old calabash style. Not just fried. They did have some under ten dollar lunch specials, but you can order off the regular menu as well, which is what we did. Blackened Catfish for me with collards. Fried shrimp and scallops for Husband with chile sauce and Onion rings. The fried food came out first and you could actually see that it was well seasoned. They are not afraid of spices here, which we couldn't appreciate more. The onion rings came with a tangy dipping sauce. Tastes of his kept me going until my beautiful catfish and collards arrived. Served with lemon and melted butter. Definitely some of the best of both that I've ever had! Very generous portions (took plenty home). Do know that the collards are called spicy for a reason. Very spicy! Very yummy! I also loved my unsweetened tea. (She even sent me home with a to-go cup). If I could ding 'em on anything it would be that they don't make their own tartar sauce (they have little packets of them), but even those were good quality, so it's an unworthy nitpick. You can tell there's a lot of pride and hard work that goes on here and I can't wait to go back. There are so many things on the menu I want to try.Watch out, they are closed on Tuesdays!"
"Great location great atmosphere excellent and friendly service. A gem in the area. The food is nothing special. Got fries tots and wings. Great little drinking joint."

This was my first time eating from here! The salad I ordered had rotisserie chicken, onions, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The green vinaigrette dressing was good with the honey mustard dressing. The salad was big enough to save for later. The food was fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong here. You will leave feeling satisfied!

Visiting from nyc. Wanted something quick for dinner. My partner is vegetarian so figured this would be perfect spot.Food: ordered the boneless (8piece) sweet Thai coconut chili wet sauce with the half order Idaho potato waffle fries with lemon pepper dry seasoning. These are the best waffle fries I've ever had. The boneless wings were good (all chicken breast). The sauce was a little too spicy for me (I am sensitive to spice but order it anyways) but the flavor was still great. Partner ordered the vegan chicken "wings" with same sauce which was pretty good and the half order sweet potato fries with sweet mesquite bbq dry seasoning. Best sweet potato waffle fries I've ever had... so crunchy and flavorful! Service: the person at the counter was nice and gave recommendations. Happy to serve new customers to the establishment. One thing I appreciate is the all in with the vegan option. They had the thought to also serve vegan ranch... many places will serve vegan "meat" but not consider vegan condiments. Much appreciated even though we didn't ask for it specifically. Price: I thought price was pretty decent for amount of food we got. Ambiance: I like the little sitting booth on the outside. Very simple and just a window to order from no indoor dining. Nothing fancy but up-kept and clean. Overall I will be back to try bone in wings and other sauces and dry seasonings!

Chicken batter is crispyyy. Their batter exterior is different than most places. It's more like a shell than a batter.. it's very light, but crisp.. it stays crispy until the next day. The hot and spicy has heat, and the Soo special is a ginger/five spice sort of flavor which I'm not used to in Korean food, although good, and not overpowering. Their bibimbap is good as well, but they do not have ban chan, fyi.

TLDR: Excellent BBQ. Large portions. Reasonable prices. BBQ is a bit dry so be sure to ask for sauce. Excellent place for BBQ. I honestly was surprised considering Aviator is known for their unique brews. While enjoying a flight at the aviator taproom across the street, I placed a takeout order at the smokehouse. I wish they could walk it across the street to enjoy at the taproom, however, it was no big issue to pick it up from the smokehouse. The order was ready upon arrival and accurate. We enjoyed the pulled pork, fries, tater tots, and coleslaw. The pork was a little dry and needed the included sauces. I am unsure why one order had 2 sauces while the other only had one. The mac and cheese was okay, mainly tasted like buttered noodles. I think the cheese was too thin and melted right off. The portion sizes are large and prices reasonable. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and have already recommended this restaurant to others!

Definitely don't skip the garlic knots! They are delicious! The wrap was good but pasta salad was amazing! They also had trivia which is always a fun time. The setup for trivia was less crowded than other places I've played which is always a plus.

Best wings I've had since I've moved to NC! The wings were crispy, good amount of sauce. The wings were great sizes. The ultimate Nacho lived up to its name! A must get for an appetizer. Also, our server is the nicest and very knowledgeable of the food! They play nice tunes and the tv are tuned to good entertainment. I couldn't try the beers since I'm pregnant. If you are craving wings, it's a must place.

Just had my first visit to Wingin It and I have to say that they served the best wings I've had in the area. We tried both the boneless and bone-in wings which were cooked to perfection. Super tender with the right amount of sauce distribution. In addition to the wings, the atmosphere was great- two bar areas that made it a great spot to hangout and watch a game. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and held great conversation. It's clear that I've been missing out having waited so long to visit this place. I recommend any wing fans to give it a try!

"We continue to always have good food from this location. If I'm craving wings, nothing is better than the grilled barbalo wings. They are always perfect. Husband enjoys their sandwiches and pizza, but this time he decided to try their boneless wings with habanero lime and loved it. We also shared the jalapeno poppers which are excellent.Take out service is fast & friendly during these covid times. They also have a lot of room inside to space folks out. You can order online via different services, but I prefer to call and make sure our dollars are going straight to them. Was just saying to Husband this weekend that I don't believe we've ever had anything from here that we didn't like and he agreed."
"Food was good. I ordered take-out and they finished my meal promptly. My enchiladas tasted really good and the portions were generous. The salsa that comes with the chips was really good. Fresh! My mom enjoyed her chicken with rice. I had asked for beans but I think they didn't hear me. I hope to come back one day. I would love to try more of their food. It's really authentic and reminds me of my grandfather when he would cook for me.Service was good. They were nice and accommodating to a food allergy. Whenever people came in, they were seated pretty quickly as well. I didn't stay, but I was impressed. The couch to wait is also very comfortable.Overall, I enjoyed it very much. A plus!"
"TLDR: Phenomenal customer service plus great food at a reasonable price.Note: they are located on Timer drive not on the Wake Tech campus. Their past location still shows up on Google maps even though they have requested its removal. We have ordered food here a few times. I am always impressed by the flavors, portions, and prices. Plus it is easy to call in an order or place one online. I like the comment/notes section when ordering online. The employees here read all the notes and answer any questions you may have. Most recently we ordered a 12 inch cheesesteak ($7.69), chicken Caesar salad ($7.49), baklava ($2), and gyro pita ($6.49). Our food is always ready on time and accurate. The cashier (owner?) is awesome. He is so kind and helpful. He seems to form a personal connection with each customer, making for special and unique experiences. In addition to the excellent customer service, you get a satisfying meal at a reasonable price. We highly recommend ordering from here!"
"Big T's made the Triangle's best fish and chips list. Curious to test it out for myself, I ordered delivery for lunch today. I really enjoyed my catfish platter. I decided on hush puppies and fried okra. Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed the hush puppies. They were cooked perfectly and were huge. They provided the adequate amount of condiments. A fresh lemon, delicious tarter and cocktail sauce. I would definitely dine there again."
"I quite enjoyed my brief experience at Heavenly Buffaloes. I saw they had vegan wings so I stopped in. Ordering was quick and easy. I love ordered vegan wings to go, and a beer while I waited. They have many sauce options which is great. I got the hottest sauce they had and a BBQ. Both were great. The interior is clean. The employees are nice. The vegan wings are tasty. I'll return if I stay nearby again."
"The fresh cut fries are EXCELLENT! The slow service SUCKEDBurger was good, to me the wings were a little dry. The experience would have been better if they cooked the food faster. Now I know why so many had called in their food ahead of time. I'd return but only as a take out fir fries only."
"Last night, my wife asked if I would finally be able to make time to mount, wire and hang our living room TV since it's been lying on the floor of our new home since moving in on Sunday. Knowing that organizing multiple wires, drilling, measuring and hooking up this TV would take me some time, we settled on ordering pizza delivery with a new, local pizza place to us. After my Mrs. asked around at work, many mentioned that Randy's has some of the best in the area. So, Randy's is what we ordered. FOOD: 12" Supreme Specialty Pizza and 14" Cheese Pizza ($38.28 after tax). Both pizzas were very good but I gravitated toward the supreme over the cheese. The veggies, pepperoni and ground up sausage were great. The sauce isn't too tangy and is actually very pleasant. The dough is very good dough but was very limp and had very little structure to it, once held in hand. A couple of the slices had some slight char to them but I was hoping for a firmer crust with a little bit of crunch to it. Honestly, I believe if these pies were left in the oven for just another 2 and half minutes, they could have been fantastic. Each bite, the dough was soft and chewy in consistency so I'm wondering if I could ask Randy's to leave it in a little longer next time? It might make a big difference for my next review. SCORE: 3.9 STARS!!SERVICE: Ordered Grubhub directly through Yelp and the delivery driver was pleasant, although this is not a direct reflection of Randy's' immediate staff. No way to gauge service for this visit, aside from the order was hot and delivered on time. SCORE: N/AOVERALL SCORE: Pretty good local pizza. Looking forward to trying them again when I ask for my crust to be well-done. 3.9 STARS!!"
"Saw this spot after leaving Big Lots and thought I would give it a try. This place is super big and clean. The tables are social distanced, and all staff members are wearing mask (properly) with gloves. I ordered the shrimp po boy sandwich with cajun fries. The wait for my food wasn't long at all and it came out piping hot. My waiter was really attentive and kept my drink full. The food was really good - fries were crispy but not hard, the shrimp was seasoned perfectly and the lettuce was crisp. This was my first time here, but definitely not my last!"
"Wow. This is definitely a "don't judge a book by it's cover" type place. The number of times I passed by but never was tempted to try it. The food was amazing though. This spot is located in a shopping center and the store itself seems to be an empty grocery store (aisles of nothing in it) with the order counter to the left. Don't expect any type of ambience or a place to sit. People were coming in and out too so I'm glad we placed a phone order before we came because I assume it's popular. The wings are SO good, better than any wings chain here and listen to the reviews when they say they are worth the drive. You have the option to choose whole wings or ATL wings, we chose ATL wings. They have a long list of great flavors to choose from too. They also have multiple combinations to come with the wings which is great and makes the meal really filling. We got the cheesesteak with 6 ATL wings (honey mustard flavor) and fries. It was devoured. I got the 6 ATL wings and shrimp fried rice for myself and got the wings honey garlic pepper flavored. I also got 6 more honey bbq wings just to try. I am not even a lemon pepper or garlic parm fan but this honey garlic pepper was SO good I wish I could've switched out my other 6 barbecue wings for them. The fried rice was so delicious too and I'm not even into the fried rice and wings combo, just wanted to try it. The cheesesteak is soooooo good wow. I want to say it's a top 5 cheesesteak because they did everything right but it's just really small so you would need to order 2 if you only wanted a cheesesteak. However they are only $6.95 so it's not bad. The prices are good, the portions are great, and the food is seasoned. This is definitely my new spot."
"Take-out at HG is easy and when we called to ask about curbside pickup, the employee quickly offered to bring our order out to us. We were able to pay over the phone curbside and someone came out for a signature and she was wearing a mask.I wasn't thrilled to find out at pickup that the potato salad I ordered was not available but they were able to add pasta salad while we waited. Not a big deal, I realize restaurants are getting back into the swing of things under a different landscape right now. The pasta salad was delicious and it was a generous serving. The avocado wrap was delicious and included the tomato basil wrap that I requested. We have been looking for a good takeout place to replace some of the restaurants we enjoyed before the pandemic and HG is looking like a good option for us. Rock on, HG."
"First time trying this franchise, and I was impressed. The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy, and the level 2 hot wings were the perfect heat level for me. The dry rub was my favorite, and the price was reasonable for the quality. I also appreciate that they're open late until 1 a.m."
"It's bar food. We checked this place out for lunch and had an okay experience. I started off with a Foothills Hoppyum, the draft list was good. Next it was the BLT with a slice of cheese and a side salad for me and the house salad with chicken for my husband. The service was good but the food was just okay. They have a pool table, a few dart boards and lots of TVs so it could be a fun time to play a game at or to watch a game."
"Sports bar restaurant located on retail dr in wake forest. Lots of TVs for you sports fans. The service was great for our table of 10. We shared the spinach artichoke dip which is served with bread and chips. Still trying to figure out what cheese was melted in as it tasted different from the usual. I opted for a turkey and cheese melt with fries. The Sammie was good, hard to mess that up but the fries were not good and I gave them away. They were soft and I like mine crispy. The pizza looked unappetizing as well."
"My mom and I dined at Chaska on a Sunday for lunch and the experience was just okay. We both opted for the buffet which was a good option to try different things but was not worth the price for us. Next time I'll have to return for dinner to check it out a few of their menu items. If you are looking for an Indian option around the area it's an option."
"Local bar/wing place. Tried it because my family was in the mood for wings and this was the closest place where we were at the time. Took a while for someone to come to hostess stand and take our order but when she did, she was pleasant. The ambiance is your typical bar with TV's. It's rather dark but everyone that was there while I waited for my to-go order seemed to be having a good time. The wings were great! They were seasoned well and the portions were a good amount. We have since placed another order and again happy with the sauce flavor and the amount of heat on spicy choices."
"One word: Delicious! I ordered a steam pot with crab legs and shrimp. I mixed the granchio butter with lemon pepper perfection. Everything was cooked perfectly! The shrimp and crab came right out of the shell, the butter seasoning was excellent. You scoop up some of that seasoning with your meats and it's amazing. The potatoes and corn are a perfect match with the boil. The best part, everything was so reasonably priced! So many seafood boil places are so pricy and this place is pretty reasonable. It's a intimate little spot but definitely worth the visit! A gem for sure!"
"My family and I are fans of Carajillo's. The place is huge and a great spot for a large group. If you are looking to head in when it's less busy, definitely head in for an early dinner. The menu is huge and what you would normally expect, but they also pride themselves on huge photo worthy drinks. I ordered a sangria and it was large and brimming with fruit. I enjoyed it!My son couldn't get enough of the black beans and I enjoyed the refried beans. I ordered a carne asada dish, which was tasty, I enjoyed the charred peppers with it.Service was friendly and accommodating to kids!"
"Great find in the Greenville area! We tried their food twice on a recent trip, once for take out and the second time eat in. Both experiences were excellent. The building itself was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. The seating setup was a nice combination of booths and tables. The interior was very welcoming and the bathrooms were clean. For both meals I had the BBQ Pulled Pork, which was delicious, moist, freshly chopped with a light peppery kick and paired well with their house sauces. Perfectly cooked pork with a nice wood flavor. The hush puppies were crisp, fresh, slightly sweet and dangerously good. The sides were ok: mashed potatoes were good and the green beans were average.I felt the portion size was just right and appreciated the staff walking by and occasionally asking if we needed everything. The place was packed for a lunch rush and they handled it well. There are some great BBQ places in this area of North Carolina and Moore's is one of the best I've had in my humble opinion."
"I walked in skeptical, I left a believer! This is an 8 table buy from the counter and sit at a table place. The chicken hibachi dish was plentiful in size, large in flavor, and robust with vegetables. This dish had fried rice, chicken, zucchini, onions, carrots, and broccoli. It came with Ginger sauce and yum yum sauce, both were excellent."
"I like this strip of businesses because we stopped in for a beer at House of Hops before heading over to dinner at Venture Pizza. The wine and beer are self pour so you get a card to pour then pay afterwards. I tried a few different pours of wines in different sizes then my husband and I split the simple side salad, great smoky pizza and wolfpack pizza. All of the food was really good but we really liked the chianti wine pour and wolfpack pizza. If you are in the area, check this spot out."
"I was early to meet my friend and while there were no other tables in use, the waitress seemed a little bummed that I was only going to sit here with my laptop and sip at a beer. And then when my friend arrived and was quite indecisive about her dinner order, our waitress was a little frustrated. But honestly, so was I. This isn't a super complicated menu, folks.I got 13 wings (they do bone-in wings in 7, 13, 25, 51, 103 and 251 because yes, let's have odd numbers) in hot sauce. The arrived promptly and were pretty good. Not as meaty as some I've had but they were hot and fresh. Not swimming in sauce, the "hot" was only mildly hot. Going up to Zass-hoff would have been too much, so this was good.We also got a half order of the waffle fries, of which I tried one. A sweet potato with the zesty garlic parmesan, they were good. I wouldn't break keto for them, but good. The place slowly got a little busier but not enough that giving customers more time would have been a problem. TV's tuned in to two different movie channels and a wifi that I wasn't able to connect to and didn't really bother.A few options for people who don't eat wings (and why are you hanging around with them at a wing joint) including vegan wings (soy) and a chicken sandwich and salads with or without chicken nuggets. Some macro beer options and wine in a can.I can see returning to Heavenly Buffaloes. It was good.[Review 15528 overall, 1032 of 2021, number 3067 in North Carolina.]"
"Fantastic. The food was perfectlyncook and hot. The service was outstanding. We did not have one but there milkshakes are apparently the best around."
"Met a couple friends here on a Thursday night. Place was not very busy at about 6PM. Staff helped us rearrange some tables and then patiently took our orders. There are plenty of drink options including some great local-ish craft beers, on tap and in cans/bottles. Cocktails are also available. The food that others ordered looked good. A chicken wrap got a positive review from my niece. My wings made me sick. This place bills itself as having the best wings in the triangle. I have to disagree, after spending an evening on the toilet. It could have been one or two that were underdone, but if you decide to try them, look closely as you eat them. And honestly, they weren't the best wings I've ever had. With so many options in the area, I don't think I'd ever return."
