The space was nice, they have TVs so we were able to catch a soccer game and a few of the big windows overlook Lochmere Golf Club. If you want beer to take home they have a small selection that is available to purchase. Cheers!"

Doesn't matter if it's just a six pack for ourselves or more for a party Keith always has what we're in the mood for. I love this og location and there are a rotating selection f food trucks weekly as well. Highly recommend if you haven't already checked out house of hops!"

Lots of beers on tap, great wine selection (looking forward to coming in for their wine dinner), full bar, and craft beers to go. This neighborhood bar has a friendly crowd of locals that welcomed us at the door. We will be back. There are numerous events to draw a person in--poker night in March, daily specials and the wine dinner."

Lana L. "Wonderful local wine cellar. The owner was incredibly sweet and helpful, and made sure I found what I was looking for. He offered a sample of a sweet Italian moscato that was absolutely amazing, so I purchased a bottle of it in additional to another moscato and a white wine. They offered unique brands that I had never seen before (at extremely reasonable prices), and they have 300 different wines every day. There are only 2-3 bottles of each for most of them, but you can order more in advance. Love that I live so close. Will be a regular for sure!"

Stephanie J. "This wine store is so cute. We discovered this place on our way to dinner in the Village District and had to stop in and check it out. We had a few samples of wine. You purchase a card (we preloaded $10 for 3 of us), insert it into the machine (whites/roses or reds), select your sample size and it pours the wine. After the tasting we browsed the selection to take home. I liked that most of the options were more affordable. They are planning to get different colored umbrellas to share the patio space located outside. I can't wait to return soon."

I have had great caterers before, but UTO goes above and beyond to serve a 5 star meal. I worked with Lara for over a month for a meal for around 50 people. She helped me make the perfect decision. We went with the filet, chicken piccata, roasted vegetable's, garlic mashed potatoes and 3 passed appetizers of chicken and waffles, crab cakes and shrimp ceviche. The southern salad was one of the most delicious salads I ever had. The shrimp ceviche was my fav thing of all. But every single item was perfect. I have never heard so many people say how good the food was. The servers and bartenders were great, too. I would definitely use them again! Loved it!"

You are not allowed inside during COVID-19 except to quickly place your order at the entrance. The draft list is posted on the window and is also available on their website. If you are looking to pick up cans to go, you can place your order online for pickup or delivery (delivery is available on Wednesday or Sunday). There are picnic tables available outside or you can bring your own lawn chairs (I guess? others were doing it and it seemed spacious)."

Andrew D. "I had some frustration a few years back with these guys and how they provided service, but something changed - not sure if it was them or me.Everyone has a "good beer selection" nowadays but these guys definitely stand out. It's not just the same 6 NC breweries - not that they're bad! But everyone has Foothils and Fullsteam and Wicked Weed. These guys do a better job of *also* having national brands, plus really great imports - I'm not sure what they have besides Belgian, because every time I'm here I go with whatever amazing Belgian beer they have *on draft* - not Stella or Leffe but the really top-notch ones, like Sasion DuPont, one of the top of the style; or Westmalle, an actual trappist brewery who make a great Tripel."

Some tables are near the windows. The menu has a variety of items to select from. I went with a cheddar burger with bacon. It was cooked the way I asked and very good. I went with a side of fries but could have gotten a salad. I also had a slice of apple pie that was yummy too.The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dan H. "I owed a friend big-time that lives by this store, and literally lives by this store as her go-to place for all things fermented. She also claims they have the best wine prices in the entire USA. Can't confirm that bold claim, but will take her word for it.She is known to enjoy a glass or 3 from time to time of the Quilt Cabernet, which she said they normally sell 2 bottles for around $50. I couldn't find it on their website so I called in directly to the store. An extremely friendly (it is the South for goodness sake) and helpful gentleman picked up and answered a few questions, and made great recommendations. BTW, the reason I couldn't find that particular vino was they were out of stock when I called earlier today.I settled on a couple of great Napa Cabs, and Chris promised to set them aside for my wino friend. So, if you live in the area or if needing to ship to some lucky soul, this is a great place to keep in mind."

They provide tastings in a separate bar area and provide plenty of information to educate customers on all things wine. You may notice the beautifully painted maps along the walls which show the various wine regions in the world. These hand painted maps were created by the owner's wife so you can see for yourself exactly where each region is located and where your wine originated. There is a decent variety of cheese here as well and you can always ask for pairing recommendations. If you forget what you bought last time, you can always look it up in the store. You don't usually find this kind of personalized service in a big box wine store. In addition to wine, they also have a nice selection of sake. Finally, they are dog friendly and they keep a jar of doggie treats on the counter for their furry customers."

They also have a cooler section if you want to browse that and beer available to take home. There is seating available both inside and outside. What if I started to like it too? Does that mean I'm a beer ho, and I just want beers inside me and I don't care who or how hard and fast they are giving it to me? I'm ashamed of myself.Browsing B.R. is like going into my best friend's man cave. The beer shelves are screwed together with milled lumber. The walls are painted with simple color, color I can pronounce. TV. Fake plants. Small tap fridge. Simple. Efficient. Great! If you are fluent in Twitter and social media, you can actually tweet your order to @btlrev before you coming to pick it up. It's like ordering a pizza from Papa John's. Neato! To seal the deal with B.R., you can also become a member of the selected few, the BEER-OF-THE-MONTH CLUB. Holiday season is near, forget about book-of-the-month club or cheese-of-the-month. THIS is the gift of membership your love ones will enjoy. Trust me on this.P.S. I thought this was just a fling, but now I might have a full-on affair with Bottle Revolution. I'm sorry Tasty.
