We went to the pizzeria and beer shop on a Sunday and it was relatively busy, but we had outstanding service. Not only we're we quickly to be seated and fast to be served, but server was extremely friendly and offered great recommendations. I ordered one of the pizzas and it came out burnt, and he immediately offered to take it back and make a new one (without me asking first) and I accepted (the burnt taste overtook the pizza). The new one came out in less than 10 minutes and was DELICIOUS. All in all, great experience between food, service, beers, and price point! Cant wait to try the aviator smokehouse next door.

Tried to bring my family to try the pizza here but was incredibly disappointed by the way we were treated as soon as we walked in. First let me say I understand staffing for the service industry is hard right now, but that doesn't mean you can't give an effort at all. When we walked in we said we've never been here and were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. When we said outside they told us to go outside and sit down. After sitting for 10 min without anyone acknowledging us (and the waiters walking by 5 times) my wife went in to ask and after waiting for someone to help her they told her we needed to check in with the hostess. What's interesting about this is that this was the same person that told us to go sit outside. After finally getting a menu we then waited another 10 min without anyone coming to ask for drinks and we decided to leave. As we were leaving someone came out and said "oh hey I didn't know I had a table." I then told him we decided to leave and go across the street; he then turned around and walked away and said "OK". In no way does being short on staff require you to give up the basic concept of customer service. I can understand waiting longer for my food etc.What would have been nice would have been someone to come out and just say sorry...how can I help you. Anyways...we won't be back.

Aviator's beer shop has expanded and is now a pizzeria and beer shop. My husband and I ordered the pepperoni heaven pizza, veggie pizza and a salad to split. After ordering we visited the bar to order a Hogwild IPA and Mezzanotte. If you do not like Aviator beer, there is a cooler section on the beer shop side (along with another bar). The food all came out at different times. I was not impressed with the salad size for $8.99 plus it was missing half of our toppings. I also did not like the pizza, the flavor of the sauce was not good to me. The staff members, outside of the bartender, seemed a little immature and dysfunctional. I'll stick to just visiting the beer shop, the selection was smaller but the prices were competitive.

The calzones were surprisingly tasty and great portions. Also recommend the aviator bbq pizza and salad, which they use pizza pellets for the cheese. The flights were fun to have and the place was very dog friendly. Based on previous reviews, I'd say the new manager is already having a positive impact.

A modern pizza shop with a bar and beer store attached. Pizzas are 12", thin crust. I found one to be plenty. Ordered the Umami and Mac-n-Cheese pizzas and both were pretty good. The Umamai is strong in flavor and maybe could be cooked a little longer, but it was still excellent. The Mac-n-Cheese is a white pizza and I think on the heavy side. One of the better Mac-n-Cheese pizzas I've had. Pizza was slightly on the oily side, but still pretty good. Bar serves aviator beer. I would say better than average, will be back.

I've been a few times now , the pizza is well loaded with toppings and pretty good for bar food style pizza. The wings are average and are hit or miss if they come out over cooked or not.Calamari is good and waitstaff is friendly, parking can be rough so be prepared to walk a bit if you come in a busy night.

I don't think we will be ordering from them again. I know it is all in the marketing to take beautiful pictures of food to entice you to buy but this was too much.We ordered the Aviator pizza which is supposed to be their house specialty. The photo on the website shows a fully loaded pizza looking hot and delicious. What we recieved was lukewarm, cheese congealed and looks like there was a shortage ration on toppings.

I went to a pizza shop to eat with a party of 6. There was no service except to sit us down. The large pizza is about as big as a frying pan (About 6 slices), so it's not worth the money. I had to send it back as it was missing toppings. I had to ask to clear our table and had to go up front to get our check. The wait staff never took the point of serving our table even though there were more staff then customers. I was very disappointed in the quality of their pizza and level of service

I sat down at the bar and it was almost ten minutes before any of the servers, bartender included, acknowledged I was there. I ordered an 8 inch, double pepperoni pizza to go and received my check at 12:15pm. At 12:46pm I finally got my pizza which had been sitting on the serving counter for probably close to ten minutes. I was sitting there almost 45 mins. It was barely warm and did not have double pepperoni. I have been here before, the food is good but the service is consistently terrible. The servers, cooks and bartenders are always new and seem uninterested in providing good customer service. A real disappointment.
